Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan terkait dengan teknologi, informasi dan komunikasi baik secara teoritis maupun empiris terbukti sudah memberikan dampak positif bagi berbagai sisi kehidupan masyarakat. Perkembangan ilmu Bidang Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi sudah banyak memberikan manfaat bagi peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam berbagai kegiatan berbagai bidang ilmu. Kategori Jurnal TIK menghasilkan berbagai produk seperti; Produk Hardware (Perangkat Keras), Produk Software (Perangkat Lunak), IT Security (Keamanan TIK), Mobile, Storage (Penyimpanan), dan Networking(Jaringan). Demikian pula halnya dengan ilmu Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi kemudahan pelaksanaan tugas-tugas administasi baik dilembaga pemerintah maupun non pemerintah. Hingga saat ini, penelitian terkait dengan Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi sudah banyak dilakukan oleh akademisi, praktisi maupun peneliti yang konsen terhadap bidang ilmu tersebut. Namun tidak semua hasil penelitian dapat dipublikasikan dalam jurnal ilmiah. Kehadiran Journal Informatic, Education And Management (JIEM) tidak hanya bermaksud untuk mempublikasikan hasil kajian empiris dan teoritis terkait dengan system informasi, system komputer, pendidikan, dan manajemen. Tetapi lebih dari itu, JIEM menjadi salah satu sarana diseminasi hasil penelitian yang berkaitan dengan ketiga bidang ilmu tersebut.

This study aims to examine the influence and the degree of effectiveness of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) on the mathematical problem-solving abilities of elementary school students. Employing a quantitative approach, the research utilized an experimental method with a one-group pretest–posttest design. The participants consisted of fourth-grade students at State Elementary School Telaga Tujuh Langsa. Data were collected through problem-solving tests and analyzed using paired sample t-tests and the eta-squared effect size formula. The findings indicated a significant influence of RME on students’ problem-solving abilities, as evidenced by a tcount > ttable, which was 15.961 >1.753. Furthermore, the eta-squared coefficient was calculated at 0.944, suggesting a very high level of influence. These results demonstrate that RME is highly effective in enhancing the mathematical problem-solving skills of elementary school students

The proliferation of public complaints regarding road damage has created a predicament within the community, as it has led to an increase in accidents among road users due to the prevalence of several damaged roads. The existing road damage complaint services have been suboptimal, resulting in unfulfilled complaints due to inadequate responsiveness to community submissions. In order to address this issue, it is necessary to develop an application that can effectively disseminate information about damaged roads to relevant stakeholders. This would enable prompt follow-up actions to be taken for road repairs, hence enhancing the convenience of road users. Complaints regarding national road damage are often addressed by one of the public facilities and services, specifically the Aceh National Road Implementation Center I. The concerns regarding road damage have not been effectively communicated, leading to misunderstanding regarding the appropriate recipient of the complaints. In this project, we want to develop an Android application specifically designed for submitting road damage complaints. The program will streamline the process of submitting complaints, particularly at the Aceh National Road Implementation Center I. The road damage complaint application can be designed to allow road users to submit evidence of complaints by uploading images using the android application. Users can capture photos directly from the camera or select them from the smartphone's gallery for reporting purposes.

This research aims to analyze the use of lexicon of curses based on supernatural beings in the Sambas Malay language from a sociopragmatic perspective. The focus of the research is to understand the social and cultural functions of these curses, both as tools for joking and insulting, and how these curses reflect the cultural values, local beliefs, and identity of the Sambas Malay community. The research method uses a qualitative approach with data collection in the form of oral and written discourse. The analysis was conducted using Dell Hymes' SPEAKING framework to uncover the social context, communicative purpose, and cultural meaning behind the curse words. The research results show that lexicons such as "antu," "setan," dan "tuyul" serve to joke as an effort of familiarity and to strengthen social relationships, as well as to insult to express dominance or dislike. This research contributes to enriching the study of anthropological linguistics by highlighting the role of language in preserving local beliefs and traditions.

Mathematics lessons are often considered as frightening learning material for most students. In the view of students, mathematics is considered a complex subject because it involves various confusing formulas and concepts. The existing facts that occurred in the even semester of the 2022/2023 academic year, based on the results of the initial test given to grade IV students of SDN 4 Jeumpa on the Geometry and Measurement learning material were still very low, namely out of 18 students, only 1 (5.5%) student got a score of 80 or had reached the KKM, while 94.4% of students' level of mastery of the material given was still low. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research approach. Data collection techniques in this study are tests and observations. The tests conducted were pretest and posttest. The questions given in the pretest and posttest were 5 descriptive questions. The data analysis technique used is descriptive data analysis, namely data obtained from the pretest and posttest. From the research results that have been obtained, it can be concluded that there has been an increase in students' ability to solve measurement problems with the help of the use of teaching aids, namely an increase of 72.3% of students who have been able to solve the problems given related to measurement material.

The topic of movement in plants is material that is taught in junior high schools in class II semester 2. Meanwhile, when the teacher explains the subject matter, students do not respond to the material taught by the teacher. The formulation of the problem in this research is how students respond at MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh to the use of multimedia on the subject of movement in plants in class VIII MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh City. This research aims to determine the response of MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh students to the use of multimedia on the subject of movement in plants. For this reason, the author took the subjects of this research in class II3 MTsN Rukoh Banda Aceh as many as 23 people. The data collection procedure is through distributing questionnaires to students. Meanwhile, data analysis techniques use simple statistics or percentages. The results of the research showed that the majority of students gave a positive response to learning using multimedia on movement material on plants as a whole was categorized as good. Thus, the teaching and learning process (PBM) using multimedia on movement material on plants was generally positive.

This study aims to determine : (1) the differences competency between students taught with Richpeace Software and students taught without applying Richpeace Software in making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration; (2) The application of Richpeace Software has an effect on the competency of making fashion patterns for Semester III PKK students with Fashion Design concentration. Type of research used Quasi Experimental Research with NonRandomized Control-Group Pretest-Posttest Design model . Research conducted on Semester III PKK students , Fashion Design Concentration , Syiah Kuala University. The results of the study show that : (1) there is difference results Study between students who study with implementing Richpeace Software with students who study without implementing Richpeace Software in making fashion pattern with mark probability or significant 0.000 < 0.05, so H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted ; 2) the existence of influence in Richpeace Software Implementation to competence making fashion patterns , this is proven with mark probability or significance is 0.000<0.05, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted . The response results student to Software implementation Richpiece show 58.33 % agreed and 33.33% strongly agreed , meaning student give positive response to learning in the Basic Fashion Course . Furthermore , the application of Richpeace Software can made into alternative in learning in the Basic Fashion Course , because making pattern with digital way can increase competence student in meet the world of work in accordance with the 21st century era .

Motivation to learn is very necessary in learning activities for the realization of learning success. However, reality implies that many students have low learning motivation. This situation can be seen from various student attitudes, such as not focusing, not interacting enough with the teacher, not being active, and so on. Students' learning motivation has a close correlation with the teacher's role in designing and organizing learning activities, especially in Indonesian language lessons which tend to be considered boring. The teacher is the determining factor in order to revive the enthusiasm of students in participating in learning activities. Based on this explanation, this research aims to find out and describe the role of teachers in increasing students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian. This research is descriptive qualitative research with the research subjects being the principal, 5 class teachers, and 10 students. Data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. Data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions are needed in data analysis. The research results show that teachers have tried to fulfill their role in increasing students' learning motivation in learning Indonesian at MIN 6 Central Aceh. However, it is still found that the role of teachers has not been fulfilled optimally. Therefore, reflection and evaluation are needed from teachers so that the teacher's role can be carried out more optimally so that students' learning motivation can be maximized.

Education plays a crucial role in enhancing the intellectual life of the nation, and in the era of globalization, Indonesia's education system faces various challenges, particularly at the primary and secondary levels. School-Based Management (SBM) emerges as a solution to decentralize educational management by granting schools autonomy to improve educational quality. This study examines the implementation of SBM in improving education quality in public schools, focusing on planning, implementation, and managerial evaluation. The findings indicate that SBM improves academic and non-academic quality as well as management efficiency in schools. However, challenges such as resource disparities and limited understanding of SBM principles need to be addressed to make the implementation of SBM more effective. Therefore, further support in terms of training, resources, and community participation is needed to optimize the outcomes of SBM.

This study explores the development of teacher competencies at Dayah Babul Mustaqim Bireuen, with a focus on how these competencies contribute to improving the quality of education in the institution. The main objectives were to identify the strategies used in enhancing teacher skills and to evaluate their impact on the overall educational process. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, using semi-structured interviews with school leaders and teachers, focus group discussions with students, and classroom observations. The findings revealed that teacher competency development at Dayah Babul Mustaqim involves strategic planning, needs identification, and the implementation of training programs, which have significantly contributed to the improvement of teaching methods and learning outcomes. Teachers reported positive changes in their pedagogical approaches, including the adoption of more interactive and student-centered teaching strategies. The research also highlighted the role of professional development programs, such as peer mentoring and independent training, in boosting teacher confidence and effectiveness. The results underscore the importance of continuous teacher development in enhancing both personal teacher growth and overall educational quality. This study provides valuable insights into the role of teacher competency development in Islamic education settings, offering recommendations for other institutions facing similar challenges.
