Abstract

Currently, business development in Indonesia is increasing in complexity, competition, change and business uncertainty. This situation creates intense competition between entrepreneurs. Competition in the culinary business is one of the fields that has more and more enthusiasts and makes competition in the culinary business increase. Donat Ratu MSME is an MSME established in 2019 in Kalisat District that uses social media as a place to market its products. This research was conducted to solve existing problems at Donat Ratu MSMEs, namely alternative marketing strategies to increase competitiveness in the digital era with SWOT analysis. The SWOT model used in this research is the strategy-formulation analytical framework, which is divided into 3 main stages, namely the input stage, the matching stage, and the decision stage. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data and information collection methods used in this research were obtained directly through interviews and observations, and indirectly through literature studies. The results of this study are based on SWOT analysis, the position of MSME Donat Ratu is in a favorable position so that the suitable strategy to use is an intensive-aggressive strategy and horizontal integration. Abstract

Currently, one of the business competitions occurs very tightly in businesses engaged in the culinary field. This is due to the rapid development of business in the culinary field of cafes in various cities including in Jember City. Some people choose to be in the culinary field because the business is considered the most profitable. The development of the Cafe business in Jember City, Puger Village, is marked by the increasing number of competitors in the same business. HerdaCake which is located in Kerajan Hamlet, Puger Kulon Village, Puger Jember District. Jember City is one of the business ventures in the culinary field of Cafe with a modern and instagramabel, kidsfriendly and comfortable feel. Various strategies have been applied to HerdaCake to be able to grab and attract the attention of customers and be able to keep up with the fierce competition. The purpose of this study was to determine the marketing strategy of Café Herdacake using a SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, it shows that Café Herdacake is positioned by the Herdacake café, which is in the square V marked astrix (2.82; 2.60) in quadrant V, this means that the Herdacake café should apply a Stability or Growth strategy which is a growth strategy through expansion and expanding the area of marketing and product sales or it can be product dissertation. Abstract

In the current era of globalization, competition in the business world is getting tougher. This becomes a demand for every company to be able to maximize the company's performance in order to be able to compete in the market. In the current era, many cafes have sprung up in Jember Regency. Soe Jember Coffee is one of the businesses in Jember Regency which is engaged in the culinary field. The competition that occurs requires all business sectors to provide the best service, for example strengthening brand image, determining the right price and good product quality. This research was conducted to determine the effect of brand image, perceived price and product quality on customer loyalty Coffee Soe Jember. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the population used is Coffee Soe Jember customers with a total sample of 100 people. This study shows that brand image, perceived price and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty in Jember soe coffee. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explore and explore the decision to adopt or not adopt Software as a Service by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Lubuklinggau City. This research uses a qualitative approach with an exploratory research design. Researchers collected primary data using in-depth interview techniques with 12 informants from 6 MSE’S sectors that most dominate businesses in Lubuklinggau City. The results of the study show that the adoption of Software as a Service innovation in the form of cloud accounting services in Lubuklinggau City is still relatively low. Personally, MSE’S players are still at the awareness and interest stage. Meanwhile, as a business group, MSMEs in Lubuklinggau City are still at the level of the early majority to the late majority and can even reach the laggard. Factors that influence the adoption of cloud accounting service innovations for MSE’S in Lubuklinggau City, namely: 1) Supporting factors, namely the ease of accessing and inputting data and effectiveness in business operations. 2) The inhibiting factors are the weak ability to understand technology, lack of competent human resources, limited financial data, and weak business management. Weak ability to understand technology into performance expectancy, lack of competent resources, and financial data is still a little bit into facilitating conditions and weak business management into effort expectancy. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotion, service quality and store atmosphere coffee shop Warkop Nonik Tulungagung on consumer interest. In addition, it also aims to find out how much influence the promotion, service quality and store atmosphere coffee shop Warkop Nonik Tulungagung simultaneously have on consumer interest. This research approach is quantitative with the type of associative research. The sample of this research is Warkop Nonik Tulungagung consumers who have made purchases at Warkop Nonik. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with a sample of 75 respondents using a closed questionnaire method. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing show that service quality and store atmosphere have no significant effect on consumer interest. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine directly or indirectly the effect of workload and WFC on employee performance through organizational commitment as an intervening variable at the village empowerment office of Bondowoso Regency. The number of samples in this study was 110 using the Nonprobability Sampling Technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Model (SEM) using Pls 7.0 The main finding of this study is to examine the coefficients of direct and indirect paths to improve employee work through the WFC workload variables, organizational commitment and employee performance. Abstract

Risk management is important for MSMEs because risk management is useful for gathering information about possible risks that will occur, as well as for developing strategies that need to be implemented for Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs. This research aims to find out the application of risk management and describe or describe the activities at the Djoeragan Jember Es Teh MSME. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using risk analysis in management. The results of the analysis show that the implementation of risk management at Es Djoeragan Jember MSMEs has been implemented well for financial risks, marketing risks, while for HRM risks it is still not good. It is proven that there are still errors in the calculations carried out by HR at Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs. Therefore, it is important for Djoeragan Ice Tea MSMEs to improve and implement good risk management so that they can minimize risks that occur in the future. Abstract

This study intends to examine and learn more about how social media marketing is used and how it affects consumer purchasing decisions at the Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) Jember Transmart location. Researchers use characteristics including community building, linking, and content creation. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. In the meanwhile, researchers employ questionnaires, observations, interviews, and papers as study tools to gather the required data. The participants in this study are KFC Transmart Jember customers. 385 persons in total responded to the survey. Then, researchers use purposive sampling as a sample technique. Multiple linear regression analyses were performed on the already-gathered and acquired data. The study’s final findings demonstrate that the four factors: content creation, sharing, connecting, and community building have a positive and significant impact on consumer choices when they are making food and beverage purchases at KFC Transmart Jember. Abstract

The background of the phenomenon in this thesis is the phenomenon of setting flexible working hours which makes employees negligent in using working hours so that this results in high levels of absenteeism due to not being able to balance work and personal life thereby reducing a worker's performance. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of flexible work. The Impact of Work-Life Balance and Organization on Employee Performance. PT Chahra Event Sidoarjo is the subject of this investigation. Quantitative research is the type used. PT. Chahra Event Sidoarjo personnel constitute the research population. In this research, 55 respondents were sampled. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Both primary and secondary data sources were used to obtain data for this investigation. The relevance of flexible work arrangements (2.906) and work-life balance is demonstrated by the t test finding (3.842) greater than 2.006 so that it partially influences employee performance. Regression analysis shows that flexible working arrangements (0.300) and work-life balance (0.397) improve employee performance. Work-life balance is the variable that has the most influence on employee performance, according to test findings using the t test. It is recommended that further research combine other characteristics, such as job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explore and analyze the influence of information technology, motivation, and commitment on employee performance RSUD Dr Djasamen Saragih Pematang Siantar. A research design, specifically a direct survey of the population by the researchers by creating, and distributing questionnaires data collection, with a total of the respondent is 100 respondents. For analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. Information Technology, motivation, and commitment were found to test the F value of IT variables, motivation, and commitment had a significant effect on the performance of Dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematang Siantar employees with (p-value < 0.05). The t-value calculated for the information technology variable is 2.015 with a significance value of 0.047, the t-value calculated motivated variable is 3.064 with a significance of 0.003, t-value calculated for the commitment is 4.160 with a significance of 0.000. This shows that these variables had a positive and significant influence on the work performance of Dr. Djasamen Saragih Pematang Siantar Hospital.
