Abstract

ABSTRACT The cigarette industry is one industry that can contribute to PAD. Increasing competition in all lines of business means that the cigarette industry must also be able to determine marketing strategies in order to survive in business. The aim of this research is to determine the impact of product quality, price and promotion on customer satisfaction among consumers who consume Golden Taste 88 cigarettes. The population in this research is consumers who use Golden Taste 88 cigarettes in Bondowoso, East Java. The number of samples was determined at 100 respondents. To answer the proposed hypothesis, multiple linear regression analysis was used. After carrying out analysis using various analytical tools, the results of this research are: the quality of Taste 88 Cigarette products has succeeded in providing increased customer satisfaction. The prices set by Taste 88 Cigarettes can increase customer satisfaction. Promotions carried out by Taste 88 cigarettes can provide customer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the strategy of handling and resolving problem financing at BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch. This research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. A sample of 22 respondents was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data was obtained using interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires and analyzed using SWOT Analysis. The results showed the results of the SWOT analysis of BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch that a growth-oriented strategy is used to implement the strategy, this is because the IE matrix shows that the highest overall score is in quadrant I. Where BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in this quadrant is in a very favorable position. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar has many capabilities and strengths that can be optimized to overcome threats and weaknesses in BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Jember Branch. Abstract

Employee performance is an indicator of organizational performance. If employee performance is good, indirectly the organization's performance will also be good. The aim of this research is to determine and test the impact of job analysis, job evaluation and work motivation on employee performance at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. All 61 employees at the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat were used as the population and also the research sample. To describe respondents, descriptive analysis is used. To test the research questionnaire, validity and reliability test analysis was used. Structural Equation Model (SEM) with WarpPLS 5.0. used as a tool to test research hypotheses. The findings from this study are that the employee position analysis variable has a significant effect on employee performance. Job evaluation variables have a significant effect on employee performance. Variable work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This study entitled "The Influence of Entrepreneurial Orientation Models and Business Strategy on Increasing the Performance Cosmetic Entrepreneurs in Wuluhan Jember" which aims to determine the partial effect of entrepreneurial orientation models and business strategies on entrepreneurial performance. This research uses descriptive quantitative research with a population of all female cosmetics entrepreneurs in Wuluhan and a sample of this study amounting to 46 respondents. Data collection methods used were interviews, observations and questionnaires and were analyzed using regression analysis and t-test with the help of the SPSS 26 application. The results of this study indicate that the entrepreneurial orientation model has a partial effect on entrepreneurial performance by 0.362. Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of influencer marketing and digital marketing on consumer loyalty for Emina products. This research is quantitative research. The population in this study was 1423 students at Muhammadiyah University of Jember from the 2019 to 2022 academic year who used Emina products. Researchers used sampling techniques using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling. Determining the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, so based on the Slovin formula the number of research samples was 312 students. The analytical method used is descriptive and quantitative statistical analysis with SPSS application tools, version 21. The tests used are validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, t test and coefficient of determination test. The results of this research state that these two variables, namely influencer marketing and digital marketing, have a significant effect on consumer loyalty for Emina products. Abstract

The Role of social media, especially TikTok, as a promotional tool for Muhammadiyah Buton University. In the digital era, online promotion through social media has become an effective solution to enhance the appeal of higher education institutions. With the extensive usage of the TikTok app, universities are competing to utilize it as a promotional channel. Challenges arise in content variation, requiring creative strategies to maintain prospective students' interest. This research aims to analyze the extent of Muhammadiyah Buton University's Promotion Strategy in attracting new students through the TikTok application. This study employs a qualitative approach to comprehend the phenomenon of TikTok's social media usage as a promotional tool for Muhammadiyah Buton University. It integrates marketing communication theory and uses and gratification theory. The research takes place at the Muhammadiyah Buton University campus. Research informants involve the Public Relations staff (UM Buton) and new students from the 2023 intake following the TikTok account (UM Buton). The research findings discuss Muhammadiyah Buton University's Promotion Strategy on the TikTok Application. Leveraging the TikTok trend, Muhammadiyah Buton University creates engaging content that captures prospective students' attention. Interview results indicate that using TikTok as a promotional medium is highly effective, with content successfully making it to the For You Page (FYP). New students obtain a lot of information about Muhammadiyah Buton University through TikTok, demonstrating the success of the promotional strategy. TikTok content from Communication Science students successfully attracts prospective students, providing a unique insight into Muhammadiyah Buton University's strengths. Despite the Public Relations team facing Human Resource challenges, particularly a lack of staff, this was overcome by involving student contributions in creating promotional content. Students responded positively to the content, noting that TikTok promotion helped them better understand Muhammadiyah Buton University's programs and activities. The TikTok Promotion Strategy successfully raises awareness of Muhammadiyah Buton University and has a positive influence on new student enrollment. Although there were some less positive views regarding the lack of content depicting the campus atmosphere, TikTok promotion managed to create significant attraction and positive impact. Interviews with new students indicate that TikTok content was effective in influencing their decision to join Muhammadiyah Buton University. The success of the promotional strategy involves creativity in content, focusing on relevant information, and student involvement. Overall, TikTok promotion creates a positive and convincing image for prospective students. People from the community who provided services at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office. The data analysis technique used is an interactive model. Checking the validity of the data is done by triangulation of sources and methods.The results of the study show that the implementation of public service quality in Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement services at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office is seen from the aspects of Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, Empathy, Tangibles. (1) The community is satisfied with the services provided at the Industrial Relations Dispute Settlement Service Section at the Bengkulu City Manpower Office in terms of reliability, reliability in the accuracy of the service process (2) employees who are ready to help people who need special services, people who minimal information, with officers who convey information by communicating well with the community. (3) Security at the Bengkulu City Manpower Service Office has provided good service quality, by providing a sense of security to people who perform public services, and ensuring secure data storage. (4) The Bengkulu City Manpower Office provides an aspect of empathy with a pleasant impression, this can be seen from the attitude of explaining as clearly as possible regarding service procedures and applicable SOPs. (5) The tangibles aspect of the service room and waiting room is sufficient, with waiting chairs and tables, but the mediation room which is not spacious plus there is a table inside sometimes makes the room cramped when there are many people in it. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of each economic sector in Kediri City by identifying which sectors are basic and which are growing relatively fast, because economic growth and community welfare are one of the factors. The data used consists of secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Kediri City and East Java from 2019 to 2021. In addition, the quantitative descriptive approach used in this research is also used. By using methods such as Location Quotient (LQ) analysis, Shift Share analysis, and Klassen Typology analysis. The results showed that based on LQ analysis Kediri City has 1 base sector which is the manufacturing sector, based on Proportional Shift Share analysis there are 7 sectors that grow relatively fast, based on Regional Potential Shift Share analysis there are 9 sectors that tend to encourage the growth of East Java GRDP, and based on Differential Shift Share analysis there are 5 sectors that have local advantages. Abstract

Gurami Seiduri Tourism is a local tourism that was originally formed by the Tourism Awareness Group community. This group consists of approximately 6 people who want to initiate community empowerment through educational tourism located in Seiduri Wonodadi Blitar. This research uses the Asset-Baseid Community Development (ABCD) method, which is one of the initiatives in empowering and improving the quality of Human Resources. The results of this service have increased awareness among the Gurami Seiduri Tourism Pokdarwis, through socialization carried out in implementing the Village Law number 6 of 2014. Pokdarwis holds the economic and economic guidelines for smart villages which are one of the pillars of smart villages. The educational tourism of Gurami Seiduri should improve the mental health of its members. The success of the balancing strategy in Gurami Seiduri Tourism in a broad sense will be able to reflect the values of community empowerment. Internal analysis in its management includes: performance analysis in the form of culinary services with various gourami fish dishes and education on gourami cultivation. The eiksteirnal analysis includes the management of all members, both internal and eiksteirnal, taking into account the network with relevant policy stakeholders, partnerships in local tourism management in Blitar, for example the Local Guidei, tourism awareness groups and other communities. Abstract

The objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between workaholism, work engagement, work motivation, and job satisfaction among the staff of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. This research utilizes descriptive and quantitative research methods, along with statistical analysis to identify the relationships between the examined variables. The sample studied in this research comprises the entire staff of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat, totaling 165 individuals. Hypothesis testing was conducted with the assistance of WarpPLS 7.0. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that all variables examined in the hypotheses have a positive and significant influence. Furthermore, the analysis results also demonstrate that workaholism and work engagement have a significant indirect effect on job satisfaction through the mediating variable of motivation. Therefore, this research provides a significant contribution to understanding the relationships between workaholism, work engagement, work motivation, and job satisfaction among the staff of the Bondowoso Regency Regional Secretariat. The implications suggest that work motivation development programs can be effective strategies to enhance the level of job satisfaction among the staff. Abstract

This study aimed to determine the influence of advertisement tax and swallow's nest tax on the local revenue of Baturaja City (Case Study of BAPENDA), both partially and simultaneously. This study used quantitative research methods. The data used in this study were secondary data sourced from the BAPENDA office in Kab Oku.The analysis tool used in this study was Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study showed that partially, the advertisement tax variable did not have a significant influence on local revenue. Meanwhile, the swallow's nest tax variable had a significant influence on local revenue. The coefficient of determination (R square) was 0.610, which meant that the contribution and influence of the independent variables, namely advertisement tax and swallow's nest tax, on the dependent variable, namely the local revenue of Baturaja City, was 61.0%, while the remaining 39.0% was influenced by other factors such as local taxes on hotels, land and buildings, restaurants, entertainment, etc Keywords:Local Revenue, Advertisement Tax, Swallow's Nest Tax
