Abstract

Abstract: Roti Ceria is sweet bakery products sold in Jember. In developing the business, the company will expand the sales area in each sub district. The company chooses the low end segment, which is considered to be at low cost, and determines product positioning only in the sweet bread market. Management has conducted the marketing mix strategy. But, the effectiveness is still being argued, especially regarding the problems of the expansion of sales area. Thus, the scientifically conducted study is needed to measure the marketing mix and its influence on the decision, statisfaction, and the loyalty of customers. Results of the study showed that the overall hypothesis were acceptable and there were significant influences of the product, distribution, and promotion on consumers’ decison; there were significant influences of product and price on consumers’ satisfaction; there were significant influences of consumers’ decision on consumers’ satisfaction and loyalty, and there was a significant influence of consumers’ satisfaction on consumers’ loyalty. Abstract

Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan meneliti perilaku manusia dengan terjun langsung ke lapangan, bertemu dan berinteraksi secara intensif dengan subjek penelitian dan menjadi bagian dari dinamika kehidupan subjek. Kebenaran yang ditemukan, murni berasal dari lapangan, bukan berasal dari kesamaan dengan teori-teori yang baku. Problem Based Learning (PBL) digunakan sebagai strategi dalam melakukan interaksi dengan mahasiswa sebagai informan. Hasil penelitian dengan taksonomi ranah kognitif Bloom  menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa telah mampu menjadi wirausaha,  dengan mengetahui kemampuan mahasiswa menjadi wirausaha diharapkan dapat dipergunakan oleh dosen pengampu dalam menyusun RPS sebagai acuan dalam capaian pembelajaran mahasiswa dan pengembangan ranah afektif dan psikomotorik.Kata Kunci : problem based learning, taksonomi ranah bloom, kewirausahaan

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menggali informasi lebih banyak sebagai sebagian bahan kajian dan melalui blended metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif analisis terhadap customer segmen, value proposition, dan channels terhadap keputusan pembelian pada industri roti di Kabupaten Jember. Pemanfaatan platform teknologi digital pada industry roti manis sebagai media komunikasi pemasaran yang diharapkan hasil penelitian ini memberikan informasi kualitas keputusan pembelian secara modern melalui wanita, netizen.dan multi channels yang dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh customer segmen, value proposition, danchannels. Terdapat 60 responden dan informan sebagai sumber data yang menjadi pelanggan dari industri roti di Kecamatan Kaliwates Kabupaten Jember.

Abstract

Tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui perbedaan antara Ekuitas merek  Natasha Skincare dengan Erha Skincare pada konsumen pengguna Natasha Skincare dengan Erha Skincare di Jember. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur ekuitas merek menggunakan 4 dimensi yaitu, Kesadaran Merek, Asosiasi Merek, Persepsi Kualitas, dan Loyalitas Merek. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 80 Responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan penyebaran kuisioner. Metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, Uji beda T-test. Hasil dari penelitian dari empat variabel ekuitas merek terdapat perbedaan.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi saat ini mampu membuat sistem keamanan dapat terhubung dengan jaringan internet, dengan adanya sistem keamanan yang dapat terhubung oleh jaringan internet maka dapat mencegah terjadinya tindak pencurian dikarenakan dapat melacak keberadaan motor yang di curi oleh orang lain. Penelitian ini berhasil membuktikan, “Perancangan Sistem Keamanan Sepeda Motor Berbasis RFID Starter Sistem Dengan Implemantasi GPS Tracking Menggunakan Arduino”. Perancangan sistem keamanan sepeda motor pada penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan sensor RFID yaitu dengan cara menyalakan motor dengan E-KTP. Ketika motor tersebut itu hilang maka kita bisa melacaknya melalui sensor GPS Ublox Neo di motor tersebut lalu kita bisa melacak titik koordinat posisi motor dengan google maps.

Abstract

Pohon biner merupakan salah satu struktur data yang penting dalam ilmu komputer karena kemampuannya dalam menyimpan dan mengelola data secara efisien. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemanfaatan pohon biner dalam pemrosesan data untuk meningkatkan efisiensi baik dalam hal waktu maupun ruang. Dengan menggunakan pohon biner, proses pencarian, penyisipan, dan penghapusan data dapat dilakukan dengan kompleksitas waktu yang lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan struktur data linear seperti array dan linked list. Studi ini juga mengulas berbagai jenis pohon biner, seperti pohon biner pencarian (BST), AVL tree, dan red-black tree, serta aplikasi praktisnya dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk database, jaringan komputer, dan algoritma komputasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan pohon biner dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan kinerja sistem dalam menangani volume data yang besar dan kompleks.

Abstract

The development of industrial business in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly. This can be seen by the number of industries that are competing to win the hearts of consumers, through improving product quality and others. This development also occurred because of market demand which began to soar after the pandemic. In running a business selling products in the form of goods or services, purchasing decisions are things that must really be considered because consumers are the main target in selling a product, one solution is to use the marketing mix or better known as the marketing mix. In the food and beverage sector, there are many kinds. Over time in the city of Jember, many food industry businesses have sprung up, one of which is the food chip industry, namely Ridho-Susi Silo Jember cassava chips. Where Ridho-Susi's cassava chips Silo Jember is one of the food industries that sells crispy snack products, which is currently experiencing a declining sales trend. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the product, price, promotion, location had a significant effect on purchasing decisions of cassava chips in Ridho-Susi Silo Jember. The population in this study were Ridho-Susi Silo Jember cassava chips consumers. The sample used was 80 respondents using a purposive sampling technique. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that product, price, promotion, location had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions for cassava chips in Ridho-Susi Silo Jember.

Abstract

Marketing strategy has an important role to achieve business success. In determining the appropriate marketing strategy for the company, analysis is needed to see market needs. This is done by analyzing the business environment, both internal and external, usually called a SWOT analysis. The SWOT analysis is thorough on the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. This analysis is needed to determine several strategies that exist in the company. One of them is the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. This study aims to determine the development of the right strategy based on SWOT analysis to be applied to the Bima Jaya Bondowoso Building Shop. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling by using snow ball sampling. From the results of this study that the results of the Internal and External Matrix have a Stability strategy to develop in the future the strategies that can be applied consist of defensive and offensive strategies, defending and product development. The SWOT matrix analysis is S-O where this strategy takes advantage of the company's strengths to seize opportunities that exist in the external environment. The result of the company's alternative strategy is to develop a marketing strategy that has not been done at the Bima Jaya store before and will be developed by the Bima Jaya store in the future.

Abstract

The rapid development of today's business is increasingly dynamic, causing companies to be faced with conditions of intense competition, one of which is a company engaged in the sale of basic commodities, namely rice. The more businesses that have sprung up from time to time, the higher the number of similar businesses has been. This can tighten competition. So that at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki must create an attractive strategy for consumers. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of product quality, price and packaging on purchasing decisions at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki. This research uses a quantitative type with a descriptive approach. The population of this research is UD. Putra Sultan Besuki’s consumers who made purchases more than twice. 70 respondents were used as sample, and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that product quality, price, and packaging have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions for Rantau Rice at UD. Putra Sultan Besuki.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and communication through social media such as digital marketing is the pillar of information. Basically productive economic businesses still need the right marketing media to promote their products. Many businessmen use existing social media as a tool to promote their products to the public. One of them such as UMKM Salad Alvi which started selling their products via Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This proves the ability of UMKM Salad Alvi to adapt along with technological developments. This UMKM has used various social media such as WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram which can introduce brands and make it easier for consumers to choose a variety of products and quality. the use of social media can make it easier for the customer to know the existence of the UMKM. UMKM Salad Alvi, to encourage purchases and increase brand awareness or brand awareness of UMKM Salad Alvi. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social media WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram on strengthening brand awareness in MSME Salad Alvi. Quantitative method used in this research. This research involves UMKM Alvi Salad consumers who follow or transact with UMKM Alvi Salad through social media WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram. Regarding sampling by purposive sampling as many as 90 respondents. The results showed that the use of WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram social media had a significant influence on strengthening brand awareness in MSME Salad Alvi.
