Abstract

This research is a test of "Empirical Study of Donut MSME Marketing Performance in Tanggul District" which has variables influencing market orientation (X1), entrepreneurial orientation (X2), product innovation (X3), and competitive advantage (X4) on marketing performance (Y) Donut UMKM in Tanggul District. This study aims to increase the number of donut MSME actors in Tanggul District, which continues to grow, demanding the ability to compete in marketing their products. This study uses a descriptive research design with a quantitative approach regarding marketing performance characteristics. The research data is based on a review of relevant literature and a questionnaire sent to 42 donut business owners in Tanggul District. Research using saturated sampling method. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression. As for the program data using IBM SPSS 25.0 statistics. The results of the study underlined that orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, product innovation, and competitive advantage had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of Donut MSMEs in Tanggul District. Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine directly or indirectly the influence of service quality and trust on loyalty through customer satisfaction as an intervening variable in KSP. Perkasa Djaya Mandiri Jember. The data analysis method in this research uses quantitative methods using WarpPLS 7.0. The results of data analysis show that service quality and trust have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty through satisfaction. Abstract

The development of industrial business in Indonesia is currently growing very rapidly. This can be seen from the many industries that are competing to win the hearts of consumers, through improving product quality and other things. The developments that have occurred have resulted in increasing competition. The business competition that has occurred has motivated business people to create strategies to make consumers satisfied with the products and services offered, because consumer behavior can change at any time for certain reasons. The aim of this research is to test and analyze the influence of product, price, promotion and location on purchasing decisions for Estona Coffee MSMEs. This type of research is causality research. The population in this research is consumers/customers of MSMEs of Estona Coffee. The sample used was 140 respondents using purposive sampling. The analysis tool uses multiple linear regression. The research results prove that product, price, promotion and location have a significant influence on purchasing decisions for Estona Coffee MSMEs. Abstract

Financial problems are caused by individual’s who do not understand financial knowledge and have bad financial management habits. Weak money management can affect behavior, thus making college and female college students more sensitive to financial crises (Rai et al, 2019). The purpose of this study was to determine and examine the variation in financial behavior between male students and female students in Jember city. The research used is comparative research with a quantitative approach. This study will see whether there are differences in financial behavior between male students and female students in Jember city. Based on the findings of this study, there are differences in financial behavior between students and female students in the city of Jember. The novelty in this research lies in the object used in this study by eight university, besides that it lies in the variable, namely financial behavior. Keywords: Financial Behavior, Gender

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Online Customer Reviews, Influencers and Affiliate Marketing on Purchase Intentions. In addition, it also aims to determine how much influence Online Customer Reviews, Influencers and Affiliate Marketing simultaneously have on Buying Interest. This research approach is quantitative with the type of associative research. The sample of this research is UIN Sayyid Ali Rahmatullah Tulungagung Islamic Economics and Business Faculty students who have made purchases on Tiktok. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a sample of 75 respondents using a closed questionnaire method. The results of data analysis and hypothesis testing show that Online Customer Reviews and Influencers have no significant effect on purchase intention. Abstract

When running a business, of course you need to prepare things that can support the business being run thoroughly. Determining the amount of inventory and production is also important in supporting business success. Likewise with Leven Coffee Roaster MSMEs which of course also have their own inventory and production quantities to run their business. The aim of this research is to see how much influence the amount of inventory and production has on demand for Leven Coffee Roaster MSMEs. In conducting this research, the method used was a quantitative method. In an effort to obtain this data, researchers used the interview method with MSME owners. For data processing, researchers used the multiple linear regression method to help researchers determine the influence of variable X on Y. From the test results it was found that variable The remaining 65.4% is influenced by other variables outside the variables studied.

Abstract

The research was conducted with the aim of knowing the implementation of credit management in minimizing non-performing loans at PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaatha and find out the various factors that cause problem loans. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods, data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. From this research, the results obtained (1) PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaartha implements credit management starting from the planning, organizing, implementing and supervising stages, (2) various factors causing problem loans including a) The account officer made a mistake in analyzing when applying for credit, b) Debtor's business failure, family problems and various other factors which was unexpected. PT. BPR Ambulu Dhanaartha made efforts to minimize problem loans by resheduling, reconditioning, restructuring. Meanwhile, efforts to resolve it are carried out by way of a simple lawsuit to court. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the best forecasting method to overcome the gap between the demand for roasted coffee desired by consumers and the production fulfilled by the company. The data used is secondary data in the form of reports on the production and sales of roasted coffee Perumda Kahyangan Jember Plantation. The sample used in this study was 24 sales data of roasted coffee per month with purposive sampling techniques. The forecasting model used in this study is Time Series consisting of Naive, Moving Average methods, and Exponential Smoothing with a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) measuring instrument as a standard reference for measuring forecasting errors. The results showed that the 4-month Moving Average method is the best forecasting method. This is based on the measurement of the forecasting error of the MAPE value of 13%. The lower the percentage error in MAPE, the more accurate the forecasting results. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Moving Average method for a period of 4 months can be used as a reference for companies in determining roasted coffee production in the next period, which is 2,248.75 kg. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal how to improve employee performance so that it is effective in improving work quality through the factors of appreciation, work environment, work culture and work discipline in BKPSDM Kab. Jember.. This research begins by developing a framework or research model between Awards, Environment, Work Culture, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. Furthermore, data was obtained from 105 respondents by distributing questionnaires through social media and consisting of open and closed questions. Respondents are employees of BKPSDM Jember. Then, the data obtained were analyzed quantitatively and structurally using Structural Equaition Modeling Method (SEM) using Partial Least Square version 07 program. In this study, it was found that awards have a significant positive effect on the work environment, work culture and discipline at BKPSDM. with direct and indirect path analysis. The conclusion of this study is that all the variables examined in this study have a positive and significant effect on improving the performance of BKPSDM Kab. Jember. Abstract

Quality products are the main key in winning market competition, which in turn will be able to provide higher satisfaction value to consumers. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of product quality on consumer purchasing decisions. The method in this article is a qualitative method with literature study or Library Research. The purpose of this article is to analyze existing theories by looking at their comparison with previous theories in the research literature. The literature used is literature from research results or reviews that are recorded in national and international scientific articles related to financial management. All articles used are sourced from the electronic literacy data search engine Mendeley and Google scholar. Based on the theory of several articles on the results and discussion, the conclusion in this article is that product quality has a positive effect on consumer purchasing decisions.
