Abstract

Some previous studies that improve performance use different indicators or dimensions and to date cannot be improved. Literature reviews are made to review organizational resolutions rather than prior research, evaluating, categorizing, and analyzing critical instruments used to improve organizational performance. After considering the literature on new product sizes, ask for three dimensions to determine the level of new products, namely financial criteria, customer criteria and opportunity criteria.

Abstract

The Village Credit Institutions  (LPD) is one of the financial institutions that are included in the category of non-bank financial institutions in every Pakraman village in the province of Bali. The purpose of this Researcher is to find out whether the Village Institute of Pakraman Gegelang, Manggis District, Karangasem Regency can achieve a healthy predicate or not by using guidelines or references in the Provincial Regulation of Bali Province No.4 of 2012 concerning the second amendment to the Provincial Regulation of Bali Province No.8 years 2002. This study uses descriptive methods because it tries to solve existing problems, data collection techniques used are observation, documentation, and interviews. The documentation method used in this study uses books, regulations, and other documents such as: Financial Reports and the Work Plan of the Pakraman Gegelang Village Credit Institution. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of financial ratios according to1n   the Bali Provincial Regulation No.4 Year 2012.         Based on the results of the analysis, the results of the study can be concluded that referring to the Bali Provincial Regulation No.4 of 2012. Regarding the Health Assessment Guidelines for Village Credit Institutions (LPD), the level of health at the Credit Institute in the Pakraman Gegelang Village can be rated "Healthy" with a score of 98, 6. Based on the results of the study, the advice can be given to the administrators of the Village Credit Institutions (LPD) Desa Pakraman Gegelang, is the LPD optimally manage productive assets and allocate productive assets to activities or businesses that can increase profits or SHU, for example at banks and other LPDs . LPDs must also be able to see the market opportunities that exist in lending, not only in one sector. In addition, it is necessary to schedule debt payments to other parties accompanied by available funds. In this way it is expected to prevent liquidity.

Abstract

Study on Path Analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Smart Partial Least Squares (PLS) software version 3.0 with the aim of testing the Impact or Effect of Training on Employee Performance and Organizational Performance, whether it has a significant effect.The analysis results obtained are:First, the Effect of Employee Performance on Organizational Performance.The t-statistic value of 2.721 and the significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 2.721 is greater () than the t-table of 1.96, Employee Performance has a "significant" effect on Organizational Performance.Second, the Effect of Training (Training) on Employee Performance The t-statistic value of 2.688 significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 2.688 is greater () than the t-table of 1.96, the Training has a "significant" effect on Employee Performance. Third, the Effect of Training (Training) on Organizational Performance The t-statistic value of 0.338 significance (t-table significance of 5% = 1.96) because the t-statistic value of 0.338 is smaller () than t-table 1.96, the "insignificant" Training has a direct effect on Organizational Performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted based on the gap in research resultsPreviously (research gap) and the different focus of discussion on Service Quality and ProductQuality on Savings Customer Satisfaction at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. In addition, there are also research problems about not achieving targets at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon .This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and product quality on satisfaction of savings customers at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon. This research was conducted at PT. BRI Denpasar Branch Renon with a population of 14,250 and the sample of this study amounted to 100 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula All data obtained from the questionnaire distribution are worthy of use, thenanalyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results showed that (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (2) product quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, and (3) service quality and product quality have an effect on customer satisfaction.The implication of this study is that the quality of service can be improvedby observing tangible indicators, reliability, responsiveness, guarantees andcertainty and empathy to increase.

Abstract

The agricultural sector is still the mainstay of job creation in large enough quantities compared to other sectors of the economy in Indonesia. It makes the chances of the agricultural sector in its influence on the economy in Indonesia. This article aims to examine the relationship forward and backward linkages agricultural sector with other sectors in Indonesia and examines the impact of multiplier output agriculture sector on the economy. Analysis use Input-Output with secondary data Input-Output Indonesia 2010. The results showed that the manufacturing sector and electricity, gas, water sector had been linked to the future of the agricultural sector. Furthermore, electricity, gas, water sector; and the building sector have backward linkages to the agriculture sector. The multiplier output agricultural sector has multiplier output impact lower than other sectors in the economy. Multiplier household income and employment agriculture have a greater multiplier effect than other sectors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information regarding the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. This study uses an exploratory case study method and its research approach uses a qualitative method used to obtain information on the strengths and weaknesses of the concept of working from home during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study the number of respondents used was 10 employees of state-owned enterprises (BUMN) in the Denpasar area. For purposes of confidentiality, respondents are given the initials K1 through K10 with semi-structured interview techniques and a list of questions compiled and developed based on the related literature. The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees both in terms of cost, the atmosphere of the house, the stress of mobilization and preventing the spread of the Covid-19.

Abstract

This study entitled The Effect of Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction and the object of research at the Nusa Penida I Public Health Center in Nusa Penida, Klungkung Regency. The aim is to examine the influence of leadership style, health facilities and patient satisfaction. Methodology: Population 396 For three months starting January-March and using a sample of 80 respondents, using a questionnaire, with validity and reliability tests, correlation analysis, and simultaneous significance test (F test), partial significance test (t-test) using multiple linear regression , assisted by SPSS Software version 24. The hypothesis in this study uses three hypotheses with the results Hypothesis1. The variable of leadership style and health facility variables with the F-count test simultaneously "has a positive and significant effect" on the patient satisfaction variable. Hypothesis 2. Leadership Style partially has a significant positive effect on Patient Satisfaction. 3. Facilities produce t count partially "positive and significant effect" on Patient Satisfaction Implication: The coefficient of determination (adjusted R) is 64.5% which shows that Leadership Style and Health Facilities on Patient Satisfaction is 64.4% and is equal to 36.6% Leadership Style and Health Facilities are influenced by other variables not examined in this study and can be further investigated.

Abstract

The results of this study are the concept of work from home provides advantages and disadvantages for employees. The advantage referred to is that employees can save on transportation costs so that this is used to divert transportation expenses to meet household needs and to prevent the spread of Covid-19. While the lack of work from home in this case both in terms of internet costs, home atmosphere distruction and decreased levels of employee motivation in completing work.

Abstract

Through OJK regulations, SE OJK No. 6 / SE.OJK.03 / 2015 taggal 06 February 2015 concerning Officeless Financial Services in the Framework of Financial Inclusion known as Laku Pandai, a branchless banking service program has been launched in order to improve banking access to the lower class, especially unbanked people. The development of the Laku Pandai (branchless banking) program in the last 5 years has been able to contribute to a significant increase in Indonesia's financial inclusion index. Economic theory states that increasing financial inclusion will increase inclusive growth. Inclusive growth can be said as growth that involves participation of all, namely growth without discrimination and is able to involve all economic sectors (Klasen, 2010). Inclusive growth allows everyone to contribute to and benefit from economic growth. This paper will attempt to review from an institutional economic perspective regarding bank agent services called Branchless Banking. To provide an overview of the implementation of the Laku Pandai bank agent program, the author will take a case study of application in the Province of Bali based on the research I conducted in 2018. How the Laku Pandai program as a form of inclusive financial services from an institutional economic perspective can increase financial inclusion and benefit community economy.

Abstract

Women's development efforts explained that accepting and opening space for women to play an active role in development is reflected in the composition of the management of women's community empowerment institutions with a maximum of 30% (percent) of women. In accordance with the objectives to be achieved, namely the formation of an independent community of women who are able to improve their economy. Then the formation of institutions and women's groups based on the initiative and participation of women themselves. Even though this has been regulated in the Regional Regulation, but the reluctance that occurs the role of women to date is still very limited, apart from women's participation, the lack of support from stakeholders also contributes to the decline in the role of women in development, especially in the Village.Stakeholders (stakeholders), namely all parties in a community structure, consisting of individuals, or communities who have an interest related to an issue in this case, for example the PKK group which is a forum or community of women in the village. Stakeholders are an important element in bringing about changes in women's movements in development. In an effort to support the development of women's roles in village-based development, it is necessary to consider various approaches, both sectoral and territorial approaches and involve active participation from various Stakeholders in Dawan Village, Klungkung Regency. In the framework of increasing synergy, synchronization and integration of all potentials in Dawan Village, Klungkung Regency, a capacity building activity is needed for all Stakeholders in order to contribute to the implementation of women's Empowerment at the regional level.Therefore, this dedication is expected to be a role model for efforts to increase stakeholder quality in the context of women's development at the regional level in Klungkung Regency.
