Abstract

Marketing Management is not only faced with increasingly strongbusiness competition but also changes in consumer behavior. The development oftechnology and changes in lifestyle cause consumers to have dynamic behavior.Customer value is one of the consumer behavior that can change the direction of thecompany's marketing. All factors considered capable of influencing customer valuewere studied such as brand class and brand image. This research was conducted todetermine customer value in terms of brand class and brand image. The study wasconducted on 90 users of SKII brand facial care products. The research sample wasobtained by purposive sampling which will then fill in the questionnaire which is thesource of the data for this research. The data is processed by regression technique.The results of the study show that brand class influences the formation of customervalue to consumers. The results showed that the brand class affects the formation ofcustomer value to consumers. In addition, this study also shows that customer valuecan be developed by developing a brand image. Brand class together with brandimage have been proven to build customer value to consumers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the application of Green Accounting onthe level of profitability of pharmaceutical companies listed on the BEI. Greenaccounting emerged as a solution to solve the deadlock of problems that occurbetween economic actors who carry out activities that have an environmentalimpact and people who feel the impact of environmental activities. This researchwas conducted on pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia StockExchange using the 2017-2021 annual report. The sample in this study were 9pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. The data used is secondary dataobtained from www.idx.co.id. The data analysis method used in this study is thepanel regression model. Data processing uses the Smart-PLS version 3.0application. From this study, it was found that the Environmental DevelopmentIndex (IBL) or environmental costs had no effect on profitability. Likewise,Environmental Performance (PROPER) also has no effect on profitability.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To analyze the effect of Non PerformingLoans (NPL) on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District,Tabanan Regency. 2) To analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) on ReturnOn Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. 3) Toanalyze the effect of Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) in the Mega Cooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. 4) To analyze the effect ofOperational Cost per Operational Income (BOPO) Return On Assets (ROA) on the MegaCooperative, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the effect of NonPerforming Loans (NPL), Capital Adequency Ratio (CAR), Loan to Deposit Ratio(LDR), Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) inMultipurpose Savings and Loan Cooperatives . In this study, the defensive variables wereNPL (X1), CAR (X2), LDR (X3), BOPO (X4) while the independent variable was ROA(Y) The research results show 1) The value of the regression coefficient for NonPerforming Loans (NPL) is -0.007, the value of this regression coefficient is negativewhich indicates that there is no unidirectional relationship between the variable NonPerforming Loans (NPL) and Return On Assets (ROA). 2) The value of the regressioncoefficient for Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) is -0.013, the value of this regressioncoefficient is negative which indicates that there is no unidirectional relationship betweenthe Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) variable and Return On Assets (ROA). 3) The valueof the regression coefficient Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is -0.005, the value of thisregression coefficient is negative which indicates there is no unidirectional relationshipbetween the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable and Return On Assets (ROA). 4) Themagnitude of the regression coefficient value of Operational Income Operating Expenses(BOPO) is -0.017, the value of this regression coefficient is negative which indicatesthere is no unidirectional relationship between the variable Operating Income OperatingExpenses (BOPO) to Return On Assets (ROA).

Abstract

In the situation of the Covid-19 Pandemic that is still engulfing theworld, especially in Bali, it is not only the tourism sector that is affected, but alsoall industries in Indonesia, both the private and government sectors. In this case,the SOEs also feel the impact of the virus that has ravaged the world economy.However, SOEs are still intent on carrying out a caring program in improving thewelfare of the community in the form of implementing Corporate SocialResponsibility which is a commitment by BUMN companies to improve thewelfare of the community, especially in the province of Bali and is also a form ofgovernment concern that is carried out through BUMN companies in distributingfunds and assistance both physically and mentally. material and non-material tothe community to improve and help economic problems.

Abstract

The role of the small industry sector for mini press tile crafts in PejatenVillage, Kediri District, is expected to be able to contribute to regional economicgrowth and the development of the industrial sector, especially the mini press tileindustry which can increase the income of the craftsmen, is one of the factors thatplay a role in absorption labor. The formulation of the problem in this study,whether the amount of production, labor, and working hours have a partial orsimultaneous effect on income in the mini press tile craftsman industry, PejatenVillage, Tabanan Regency.The research sample was taken from all populations with the saturated samplemethod ,because the sampling of the population was carried out as a whole fromthe existing population as mini press tile entrepreneurs. The number of samplesthat were determined was the entire population of 35 entrepreneurs spread overseveral banjars in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, Tabanan Regency. The dataanalysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis technique.Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that: (1) The amountof production has a real and positive effect on income in the mini press tileindustry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greater than ttable or6.789 > 1.695 and the significance value is smaller. Of 5% or 0.000 < 0.05. (2)Labor has a real and positive influence on income in the mini press tile industry inPejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greater than ttable or 2,095 >1,695 and the significance value is less than 5% or 0,044 < 0,05 . (3) Workinghours have a significant and positive effect on the value of income in the minipress tile industry in Pejaten Village, Kediri District, because the tcount is greaterthan ttable or 2,056 > 1,695 or the significance is less than 5% or 0,038 < 0,05 . (4)The amount of production (X1), labor (X2), and working hours (X3) together havea real and positive influence on income in the mini press tile industry in PejatenVillage, Kediri District, this can be seen from the value of the Fratio is greater thanthe Ftable or 37.453 > 2.910. Likewise, when viewed from the significance value,which is 0.000, it is smaller than 0.05 (5%) or 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results ofthe analysis of determination, the percentage of the contribution of the influence of the independent variable (amount of production, labor and working hours) onthe dependent variable (income) of 78.4%. While the remaining 21.6% isinfluenced or explained by other variables that are not included in this researchmodel.

Abstract

With the advancement of technology in various fields like today,the business world is increasingly competitive in business, especially inIndonesia which is marked by the existence of herbal companies that offermany quality herbal products and are able to compete in the market. Everycompany always tries to maintain the company's survival by makingeffective and quality products so that customers feel satisfied and remainloyal to the company. Padma Herbal is a herbal company that marketshealth products, because the quality of its products has been highly trustedby consumers from year to year, making this company grow rapidly.Seeing this background, this thesis is entitled: "The Influence of ProductQuality and Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty at Padma HerbalBali in Tabanan Regency. The formulation of the problem is how doesproduct quality and customer satisfaction influence customer loyalty atPadma Herbal Bali in Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this research wasto find out and analyze the effect of product quality and customersatisfaction on customer loyalty at Padma Herbal Bali. Data collectionmethods are carried out by means of observation, interviews, andquestionnaires. The number of respondents in this study was 65, thedistribution of questionnaires was carried out using the accidental samplemethod. In the first hypothesis test (t test) H0 is rejected and H1 isaccepted, because the tcount is 4.752 > ttable 1.999 and the significancevalue is 0.000 <0.05. it can be concluded that variable X1 has a positiveand significant effect on variable Y. The second hypothesis test (t test) H0is rejected and H2 is accepted, because the tcount is 2.946 > ttable 1.999and the significance value is 0.005 <0.05. It was concluded that variableX2 had a positive and significant effect on variable Y. The third hypothesistest (Test F) H0 was rejected and H3 was accepted, because the Fcountvalue was 50.616 > Ftable 3.15 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Itwas concluded that variables X1 and X2 had a positive and significanteffect on variable Y

Abstract

The Village Credit Institution is a financial institution belonging toPakraman Village which has developed, providing social, economic and culturalbenefits to its members so that its existence needs to be fostered, improved andpreserved. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct or indirect effectof organizational culture on employee performance on job satisfaction. The location of this research was carried out at Village Credit Institutions inBadungRegency, totaling 122 LPDs. Data were collected in cross-section through a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Respondents were the employee of LPD asmany as 94 respondents. The sampling technique uses Proportionate StratifiedRandom Sampling. The data analysis method used to test the hypothesis is pathanalysis. Based on the results of the analysis it is known that: 1) organizationalculture has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performance at theLPD in Badung Regency, 2) organizational culture has a direct positive andsignificant effect on job satisfaction at the LPD in Badung Regency, 3)organizational culture has an indirect effect and significantly to the performanceof employees at LPD in Badung Regency through job satisfaction and 4) jobsatisfaction has a direct positive and significant effect on employee performanceat LPD in Badung Regency.

Abstract

Limited job opportunities make people innovate to open their own businessopportunities to meet their daily needs and other needs. Trading/opening a shopis one of the business opportunities that can be undertaken in order to be able tomeet all needs, as is the case with groceries traders/stalls in Penebel District,Tabanan Regency. The purpose of this research is to find out how the influence ofcapital, labor, and length of business either partially or simultaneously on theincome of the Grocery Warung Business in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency.Based on the results of SPSS calculations, the results of capital, labor, and lengthof business have a partial and simultaneous positive and significant effect onRevenue from Grocery Stalls in Penebel District, Tabanan Regency Based on the conclusions from the research results, it can be suggested that theGrocery Warung Business can increase capital by utilizing financial institutions,increase knowledge about consumer tastes and behavior and continue tomaximize labor.

Abstract

Theory of planned behavior (TPB) consisting of personal attitude,subjective norms and perceived behaviour control are the model study about therelation of intention and behaviour. In order to expand TPB, entrepreneurial passionvariabel is inserted, which is emotion effected to entrepreneur behaviour. In thisresearch by adding predictor variabel in TPB, it is expected to enrich theexplanation of entrepreneurial intention.The object of this research is entrepreneur in Indonesia. The sampling techniqueused is purposive sampling methode. This research uses primary data, the result ofdata collection using a questionnaire. The collected data had been processed using SPSS software version 24.0. Hypothesis testing analysis uses linear regression andpath analysis.The result of the research is entrepreneurial passion significantly and positevelyaffected entrepreneurial intention. In TPB, each construc effects entrepreneurialintention differently. Personal attitude and perceived behavioral control effectentrepreneurial intention significantly and positevely, while subjective norm affectsignificantly and negatively. Regarding intervening variable, personal attitude andperceived behavioral control has succesfully became intervenig variable betweenentrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

A The success of a company to be able to achieve a good level ofperformance is certainly influenced by internal and external factors of humanresources with different levels. Every company has the hope to achieve theoptimization of the work of employees and to achieve effectiveness and efficiencyin accordance with organizational goals. This study will observe motivation,ability, experience, involvement, discipline as internal factors of employees.Furthermore, it is analyzed and determined the role of each of these internalfactors on employee performance. The sample is set as many as 100 respondentstaken from employees in the production department as operators. The analysistool is multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it isevident that the variables of motivation, ability, experience, involvement anddiscipline have a significant influence partially or simultaneously on employeeperformance.
