Abstract

In managing operatives it will require very capable human resources toenable operatives to be able to bring real benefits to the economy. The purpose ofthis study was to determine the effect of the quality of human resources onemployee performance. And knowing the role of motivation on the influence of thequality of human resources on employee performance. This study involved asample of 65 respondents using proportional sampling. The data analysistechnique used SEM-PLS. The results showed that the quality of human resourceshad a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And motivationcan mediate the influence of the quality of human resources on employeeperformance

Abstract

The restaurant business is one of the most competitive businesses inthe industry. The strategic step of each restaurant is to determine whichcompetitive variables can attract new customers and keep existing customersvery important to managing a successful restaurant. Various offers in therestaurant industry cause the perpetrators to try to get loyalty from theircustomers. This study aims to analyze the effect of price and product variant oncustomer loyalty. The survey was conducted on 110 customers using accidentialsampling techniques. Multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25 forWindows software is used as an analysis tool for data processing. The resultsshowed that the price and product variant had a significant effect on customerloyalty partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The need for nursing personnel is increasing with the ability to workand demands the best quality of service. Various pressures and workloadsmake it possible to create work stress conditions for nurses in hospitals andaffect their performance to provide patient care. The purpose of the study inthis article is to analyze and determine the relationship between work stressconditions and the performance of nurses in health services in hospitals. Thisarticle used systematic review with a meta-analysis of suitable articles fromGoogle Scholar. Meta-analysis results from 10 selected journals shows thatthe correlation of the medium effect size between job stress and nurseperformance was r = -0.37 (95% CI = (-0.499, -0.219) from the random effectsize based on = 87.3%. Job stress affect nurse performance at medium leveland negative way which lower the stress of job, the higher the nurse'sperformance in providing services at the hospital.

Abstract

Bali has a tourism center in the Badung area, one of which isthe Paragon Resort Hotel. During the COVID-19 pandemic, many hotelsexperienced a decrease in visitors, therefore various promotional tips werecarried out by hotel management, one of which was using Instagram. This studyaims to determine how much influence Instagram as a digital marketing mediahas on increasing hotel occupancy during the COVID-19 pandemic in BadungBali Regency.In this study, there are two independent variables, namely DigitalMarketing (X1), Instagram (X2) and the dependent variable, namely IncreasingHotel Occupancy (Y). The research method used is quantitative research methodsand sample collection by convenience sampling method. Data was collectedthrough the distribution of online questionnaires via google form to 100respondents. The data processing technique was carried out by descriptiveanalysis through research instrument testing, classical assumption testing, andhypothesis testing. Through the multiple linear analysis test the results obtainedon the Instagram variable (X1) have an effect of 0.394 while the Digital marketingvariable (X2) has an influence of 0.576 on hotel occupancy (Y). In addition, fromthe results of the coefficient of determination test, there are results of .478, whichmeans that the influence of the independent variable (X) on the dependentvariable (Y) has a very large influence, namely 47.8%. The t-test results show thatthe significance value is <0.05, which is 0.010 in the X1 variable, while the X2variable also obtains a significance value of <0.05, which is 0.000 so that it canbe stated that Instagram and digital marketing media have a significant effect onincreasing hotel occupancy ( Y). In the F test there is a calculated F result that is44,452 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, this means that there is a simultaneouseffect of Instagram (x1) and digital marketing media (x2) on increasing hoteloccupancy (Y)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Experiential Marketing, EService Quality, Sales Promotion partially and simultaneously on CustomerSatisfaction Gopay Users in Denpasar City. Data collection techniques used aquestionnaire. The sample in this study were 75 respondents Gopay users inDenpasar City with the purposive sampling method. The data analysis techniqueusing multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate thatExperiential Marketing, E-service Quality, Sales Promotion have a positive andsignificant effect partially and simultaneously on Customer Satisfaction Gopayusers in Denpasar City. Suggestions that can be given by researchers tomanagement are to improve experiential marketing so that customer satisfactionfor Gopay users in Denpasar City is achieved.

Abstract

Abstract - This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation,leadership and work discipline on employee performance. Data was collected bydistributing questionnaires to 46 respondents and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method.The results of this study indicate that work discipline has an effect on employeeperformance but there is no effect of compensation and leadership on employeeperformance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine consumer attitudes and satisfaction with consumenloyalty gulu-gulu brand drinks, where the population used in this activity is the people ofDenpasar city who have ever drank brand gulu-gulu drinks whose number is unknown(unknown population) with a sample of 96 people. Data collection techniques which is usedis literature study, observation and questionnaire with one sample test analyse .The results oftesting the validity of each research instrument statement on the variables of consumerattitudes and consumer satisfaction are valid because they are above the validity standard,which is > 0.300. Based on the SPSS output of the reliability test of the variables ofconsumer attitudes and consumer satisfaction in the statement. reliability because it is morethan 0.6 . test one sample formula t-test one sample. The value of t table can be calculatedusing dk=n-1 (96-1=95) with a degree of error of 5%, (0.05) then the value of t table = 1.665, because the value of tcount is greater than ttable (65.219> 1.665) then it falls in the area ofacceptance Ha means that Ha accepts and Ho is rejected, so consumer attitudes and customersatisfaction are above the predetermined criteria, namely 70%. Suggestions for companies arethat companies must be able to innovate both in terms of taste, packaging and otheradvantages so that consumers can increase customer satisfaction which will have an impacton consumer attitudes towards products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture onperformance and to determine the role of motivation in mediating it. The researchsample consisted of 42 people who were taken using the census method from allemployees. The collected data were analyzed using SmartPLS.From the analysis obtained: 1) Organizational culture has a positive andsignificant influence on motivation. The results of this study indicate that thebetter the organizational culture can increase motivation. 2) Organizational culturehas a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results ofthis study mean that the better the implementation of organizational culture willbe able to improve employee performance. 3) Motivation has a positive andsignificant effect on employee performance. The results of this study mean thatincreased motivation can improve employee performance. 4) Motivation is able tomediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. Thisgives an indication that motivation strengthens the influence of organizationalculture on employee performance at PT. Prudential Life Assurance, PatimuraDenpasar Branch.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to explain the service model used by the operationalstandard of the manager on the Bali Mandara Toll satisfaction target. Theresearch used a sample of 98 respondents with purposive sampling technique,which aims to determine the respondent's perception of each variable. Theanalysis used includes Descriptive Statistics Test, Data Instrument Test (ValidityTest, and Reliability Test), Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test,Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Multiple Linear RegressionAnalysis, Coefficient of Determination, and Hypothesis Testing (t Test and Test).F). From the results of the analysis using multiple regression, it can be seen thatthe variables of service quality, and employee performance, simultaneously havea positive effect on customer satisfaction. From the t-test, the results show thatservice quality and employee performance have a partial significant effect oncustomer satisfaction. Based on the results of the F test, the results of servicequality and employee performance have a significant simultaneous effect oncustomer satisfaction.

Abstract

The presence of Covid-19 brings global challenges to create a newsocial order or recovery. Financial institutions such as banks, cooperatives andLPDs on the island of Bali are also feeling the impact of the Covid-19 virus.Sedana Werdi Cooperative is one of the savings and loan cooperatives on theisland of Bali. The Sedana Werdi Cooperative implements several policies for itsmembers, one of which is the existence of fines for members who do not pay loansand interest on time. The approach used by the author is descriptive qualitative,namely a description based on the results of observations, interviews and validity,which is based on the process of issuing this fines relief policy, especially in theSedana Werdi Cooperative Br. Dangin Tangluk Kesiman. The data collection techniques in this study were observation, interviews, and documentation. Thetriangulation used is technique triangulation and source triangulation.Triangulation technique is done by collecting data from observations, interviews,and documentation. Source triangulation is done by collecting data throughinformation sources, namely through interviews with the head of the SedanaWerdi Savings and Loans Cooperative. The Sedana Werdi Cooperative is here toprovide solutions to its members affected by the recession. The Covid-19pandemic has had an impact on business and financial health. Based on theseconditions, the Sedana Werdi Cooperative offers its members an exemption fromthe obligation to pay the previously imposed fines.
