Abstract

Badung regency is in the first place with the most Money Changer business in Bali, which is 446 units or with a percentage of about 70% of the total money changer business in Bali. Of the many business units of Money Changer, in the implementation of its activities are still encountered problems such as unlicensed Money Changer still found, the existence of fraud related to money changer business, and the lack of public understanding related to Money Changer certified and not. The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of  regulations of Bank Indonesia as an independent institution that has authority in carrying out payment system supervision on rupiah, one of which is non-bank foreign exchange business activities. Data is collected by observation method, semistructure interview and documentation. Based on the research using Implemetation Theory according to Charles o Jones, the results showed that there are several indicators that have been well met as well as indicators of Productivity, Accountability, Service Quality, and Responsibiltas. While the Responsiveness indicator shows good results but is not optimal, the shortcomings are largely due to lack of socialization, onsite or direct supervision, and human resources as well as lack of cooperation activities with basic-level organizations to carry out direct supervision.

Abstract

This short speech when President Jokowi received the first vaccination gave birth to a large discourse regarding the involvement of all parties in one problem, regardless of racial and group interests. The interactions that occur touch the global realm because they are reported through media networks to the realm of small groups through social media applications. Interaction through the media reaches the old, young and millennial groups to prove that vaccination is only one way to ensure that everyone gets alternative health solutions during a pandemic in addition to the habits implemented in health protocols, namely washing hands, wearing masks and keeping your distance. Indonesia as the country with the largest Muslim population must ensure that the vaccines in circulation are halal- certified. Mental readiness is important to understand and implement through continuous and continuous mitigation or prevention. The community must understand and learn from disaster management in other countries.

Abstract

The Mesbes Bangke tradition or shredding corpses in Bali. For those of you who are the first to hear or see how this tradition is being held, it will certainly make you amazed, because indeed the bodies of people who died (bangke) or corpses were torn apart by residents and only in Banjar Buruan, Tampaksiring, Gianyar Regency, Bali. So it is understandable for residents who do not know and are still unfamiliar with this tradition, of course it will seem strange and terrible. And of course there will be questions from you, Is there really a tradition of tearing corpses? Although this is a tradition that is certainly inherited from the ancestors, but this is an extreme tradition and is impossible for humans to carry out, is it possible that this can be carried out? The answer to all these questions is yes, this tradition can be said to be extreme, unique, rare and also activities that are not commonly carried out, let alone become a tradition.

Abstract

The pandemic caused by the Corona Virus Diseases 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak has had a very significant impact on human life. This epidemic not only caused a health crisis but also had an impact on the economy and the pattern of human life. The policy on social distancing in Indonesia has changed the pattern of public services into services with an online system. The online service model makes people who are not accustomed to using internet infrastructure experience obstacles in accessing the services they need.Changes in service models as a result of the Covid-19 outbreak require the community and government to be able to adapt to a new life pattern or new normal. During the new normal period, the implementation of public services is carried out through restrictions on social interaction by implementing health protocols to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The bureaucracy must be able to produce innovation and creativity to make it easier for the community to obtain services so that the Covid-19 outbreak does not become a barrier for the bureaucracy in carrying out its main function as a public servant.Online-based service innovations that are easily accessible and easily understood by the public will be able to give confidence to the public that the Covid-19 pandemic is not an obstacle in obtaining public services. The purpose of this paper is to examine the implementation of innovative public services during the Covid-19 pandemic using a literacy study approach.

Tenganan Village is on the eastern tip of the island of Bali. One of the original Balinese sub-tribes or commonly known as Bali Aga. Tenganan Village is rich in tradition and sustainable culture. The people also adhere to the traditional teachings passed down from their ancestors since long ago. One of the traditions of marriage in Tenganan Village is different from areas in Bali in general. In the tradition of marriage, the concept of endogamous marriage is used. Where this concept requires citizens to marry people from one region or one tribe. If this occurs in the marriage, it will be sanctioned in the form of a fine and maselong (banished) from Tenganan Village. This is what becomes mathematics for women in Tenganan in marriage.

Abstract

No matter how good the formulation of a public policy is, if it fails to be implemented then the policy is useless. Policy implementation is one of the determinant sequences in the entire public policy process, because it is directly related to the performance of a policy, the realization of goals and results (outputs and outcomes). Therefore, ensuring the effectiveness of public policy implementation is very important, that is, first of all by properly and correctly understanding the entire process of public policy, especially the factors that influence policy implementation. Some of the influencing factors are: size and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agents, attitudes / tendencies (disposition) of operators, communication, economic, social and political environment, whether the problems are easy or not, the ability of policies to structure implementation appropriately. Second, oversee the implementation of public policies with full responsibility through monitoring, evaluation and reward.
