Abstract

The performance of the community together with leaders and officials in the village in preparing development plans and managing village funds is very crucial for accelerating village development and progress. The research aims to uncover the level of disparity in the performance of village planners and village fund managers, which in a structured manner basically starts with the role of all components of the village community itself in order to create accelerated development towards a prosperous village. The research method uses a statistical quantitative analysis approach , the results of which are described using the Ishikawa diagram with a combination of weighting techniques. Research respondents were chosen deliberately, and data mining techniques were carried out by in-depth interviews using questionnaire tools. Data processing uses multi-level qualitative analysis techniques starting with shift share analysis and spider web analysis.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to investigate whether corporate governance mechanisms, solvency, and corporate social responsibility simultaneously influence the financial performance of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) in the construction sector. The data used are from SOE companies in the construction sector in Indonesia listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the years 2017-2022. The research employs a quantitative method with an associative approach. The analytical model begins with tabulating and categorizing quantitative data, followed by testing the data's normality using Eviews 9 software. Subsequently, classic assumption tests were conducted to obtain unbiased best linear estimators, and panel data regression estimation is performed using the common effect model, fixed effect model, and random effect model approaches. The research results reveal that public ownership and debt to asset ratio have a significant negative impact on financial performance, institutional ownership and debt to equity ratio have a significant positive impact on financial performance, and there is no significant impact of the global reporting initiative on financial performance. Thus, it can be concluded that corporate governance mechanisms, solvency, and corporate social responsibility have a significant simultaneous impact on the financial performance of state-owned enterprises in the construction sector.

Abstract

Pension funds are principally legal entities formed to provide welfare guarantees to employees and allow employees to minimize risks arising from problems faced in old age and risks when they are no longer working in productive age. In principle, pension funds are one alternative to provide welfare guarantees to employees. The existence of welfare guarantees allows employees to minimize problems arising from risks that will be faced in the course of life, such as the risk of losing work, old age, and accidents that result in disability or even death. The type of research in this study is exploratory legal study, which is defined as basic legal research and aims to obtain information, information and data on matters that are not yet known regarding the legal liability of the Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) in relation to the implementation of Industrial Relations Dispute (PHI) decisions. The research approach uses a normative research approach, namely an approach through library research by reading, quoting and analyzing legal theories and laws and regulations related to the issue of legal liability of the Financial Institution Pension Fund (DPLK) in relation to the implementation of Industrial Relations Dispute (PHI) decisions. In general, there are two pension plan benefit schemes, namely Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC). In DB design, the amount of pension benefits is determined by a formula that is generally based on income, accrual rate, length of service, and/or period of employment. In its development, there are several modifications of the two programs with the most popular being the Non-financial/Notional Defined Contribution (NDC) scheme. This scheme allows benefits whose amount is recognized virtually (notional) and determined in advance. The company regulation explains that the company has reserved costs to anticipate layoffs through or by using DPLK. PHI Decision Number: 184/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2020/PN. JKT. PST, of course, has not been able to provide a sense of fairness to each party. The PHI decision can only emphasize the case of Termination of Employment and the amount of severance pay to be paid by the company, the company in this case can order DPLK MI to make severance payments with the provisions as contained in the applicable laws and regulations.

Abstract

This research aims to look at the upstream and downstream efforts to reduce stunting in Indonesia. Stunting is an urgent issue to be resolved because it has an impact on the quality of Indonesia's human resources in the future. Indonesia is a country with a high prevalence of stunting, namely around 36%. The government has made various efforts to tackle the problem of stunting through various policies and regulations as well as through a number of interventions, both specific and sensitive. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative analysis based on library research. The research results show that, at the upstream (policy level) there have been many government policies issued as an effort to accelerate stunting reduction, but in reality the stunting reduction rate is still far from the target. Downstream, there are still many communities and program implementers at the grassroots level who do not have adequate knowledge regarding stunting itself, both its impact, the factors that cause it, and how to overcome it. The community-based prevention system needs to be further improved, because high public awareness of the importance of balanced nutrition, sanitation and environmental cleanliness is a big asset to reduce stunting rates.

Abstract

The phenomenon of rejection of waste being disposed of at the Uwer Tetemi landfill, which causes waste not to be managed and handled, resulting in the accumulation of waste around the city and the surrounding community which is dominated by household waste and similar types of household waste, which often occurs in Central Aceh Regency, which is a problem in research this time. The aim of this research is to find out how waste is managed in Central Aceh Regency and to formulate appropriate waste management strategies at the Central Aceh Regency Environmental Service, Aceh Province based on SOAR analysis. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. This research analyzes waste management using waste management subsystem components by Damanhuri and Padmi (2010) and uses SOAR analysis by JM Stavros and Cole (2014) in describing SOAR factors in the organizational environment. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews, documentation, and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques. Researchers use data analysis techniques in the form of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. In testing the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation. The results of the research show that the waste management system in Central Aceh Regency consists of regulations related to waste management based on Qanun Number 1 of 2018 concerning Waste Management and Regent's Regulation Number 51 of 2018 concerning Policies and Strategies for Management of Household Waste and Similar Types of Household Waste, management implementation waste is carried out by DLH Central Aceh Regency, operational techniques for waste management are not fully in accordance with regulations and SOPs, APBD is the largest source of funds assisted by cleanliness levy funds, the level of community awareness is still low because facilities and infrastructure are inadequate in the village environment. Researchers suggest that the Central Aceh District Environmental Service consider implementing this movement from six main strategies to support waste management activities in Central Aceh District.
