Abstract

 Dalam tulisan ini, penulis mengajak pembaca untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan filosofi bere secupak, ikan sejerek, madar pada masyarakat pesisir kota Bengkulu. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana makna filosofi dari ungkapan bere secupak, ikan sejerek madar? Penelitian ini masuk ke dalam jenis penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan berdasarkan pada data yang muncul berwujud kata-kata dan bukan rangkaian angka. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan fenomenologi. Penerapan metode penelitian ini dimulai sejak melakukan persiapan penelitian, pelaksanaan pengumpulan data, serta analisis data. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observative partisipatif, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dalam penelitian kualitatif secara umum dimulai sejak pengumpulan data, reduksi data, pemusatan perhatian, pengabstrakkan dan transformasi data kasar yang muncul dari catatan-catatan di lapangan. Display data dilakukan dengan menggunakan bentuk teks naratif, penarikan kesimpulan, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hakekat makna filosofi ungkapan bere secupak, ikan sejerek, madar melambangkan karakter orang Bengkulu yang memiliki etos kerja yang tinggi, tidak pemalas, berprinsip dan bertanggung jawab. Filosofi tersebut juga mengandung makna kesederhanaan, melambangkan konsep syukur, konsep tawakal, serta konsep keseimbangan dalam rangka menggapai kehidupan dunia dan akhirat. Adapun penerapan filosofi tersebut masih terdapat dualisme makna yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat, masyarakat yang beranggapan positif tentang makna tersebut, lebih melihat konteks yang tersirat di dalam filosofi tersebut.Sedangkan mereka yang beranggapan negatif tentang filosofi tersebut cenderung memaknai filosofi tersebut secara tekstual, sehingga masyarakat terkecoh kepada teks ungkapan dari pada makna yang tersirat dalam ungkapan tersebut.

Abstract

Di sekolah umum maupun Pesantren dapat dijumpai  siswa-siswi, guru, pegawai atau staf  yang mempunyai keberagaman budaya masing-masing. Baik itu dari segi bahasa, adat istiadat, religi, tipe kesenian, dan lain- lain. Hal ini juga terdapat di Pondok Pesantren Pancasila Bengkulu yang memiliki santri yang berbeda suku, bahasa, dan adat istiadat seperti suku Rejang, Serawai, Lembak dan Jawa. Namun masalah yang penulis temukan pada saat observasi awal yaitu ditemukan tindakan saling olok antar bahasa. Masalah dalam penelitian ini, yaitu bagaimana Upaya Guru Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam Menanamkan Nilai-Nilai Pendidikan Multikultural Kepada Santri Mts. Pondok Pesantren Pancasila Bengkulu?   Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai multikultural pada santri MTs Pondok Pesantren Pancasila Bengkulu 2) untuk mengetahui pentingnya penanaman nilai-nilai multikultural kepada santri MTs Pondok Pesantren Pancasila. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dengan teknik Pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta menganalisis data dengan Reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa Upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru Pendidkan Agama Islam di MTs Pancasila Bengkulu dalam menanamkan nilai-nilai pendidikan multikultural terkhusus guru pendidikan agama Islam itu sendiri sudah berjalan dengan baik, mulai dari keterkaitan antara pembelajaran yang ada di sekolah. Kemudian, sistem demokrasi yang diberikan di kelas ketika ingin menyampaikan pendapat dan pembagian kelompok serta tidak adanya pembedaan gender. Faktor-faktor tersebut tidak lepas dari peran guru dan kepala sekolah, dalam menyikapi hal tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, guru berupaya bagaimana menarik santri untuk lebih memahami apa itu pendidikan multikultural sehingga dapat diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, dengan memberikan program-program pendukung yang berkaitan dengan penanaman nilai-nilai Pendidikan Multikultural  di MTs Pancasila Kota Bengkulu.

Abstract

Abstract: Background This study is a radical  ideology  as a basis  for the  alleged  terror  bombing. Indonesia makes this ideology as it feared  more  widespread. Kepahiang District participated prevent  this ideology does not  escalate. Formulation of the  problem in this research is: How Bakor  Pakem efforts  in preventing the development potential of radicalism in the District Kepahiang?.  This study examined the potential radicalism in Kepahiang and  preventive  measures by Bakor  Pakem. This type  of study  is a qualitative  research with descriptive and  analytical  nature. The  study  found  that  there  is a potential Kepahiang District of religious radicalism. Some  residents Kepahiang is a member of the  organization Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia (HTI), the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI) and the former followers of the Movement Fajar Nusantara (Gafatar).  While in Kepahiang yet these organizations.Preventive measures that do Bakor Pakem are: first, to collect information that will be members of Bakor Pakem ranging from intelligence work by the police (Police) and the Indonesian Military (Kodim and  Koramil). Second, the monthly  reports  submitted by the Office of National and  Political Unity government Kepahiang District. The third discussion meeting held  as chairman of the  State  Attorney Bakor Bakor Pakem Pakem with members. Fourth. Prevention is done by each agency and organization Bakor Pakem corresponding basic  tasks and functions  of each.  The Police with intelligence work and guidance of the community, the military intelligence and  guidance of an integrated, the Ministry of Religious Affairs with public  education, the  Indonesian Ulema  Council  with public  education, the  Forum  for Religious Harmony (FKUB) with coordination and communication between religious communities and socialize together involve berbegai elements of society, And the declaration of refusal schools  of ISIS and  radicalism involving various organizations and educational institutions.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to investigate the implementation of Dui „Panaik in Bugis traditional wedding and to analyze it from the perspective of Islamic law in Riak Siabun 1 Village, Sukaraja sub-district of Seluma. This research is a field research that means the data collention was conducted directly in the field, in order to support this kind of reasearch which also in the form of descriptive qualitative study. Then, the data collecting techniques used are: observation, documentation, interview. The finding of this study showed that the implementation of Dui „Panaik in the Bugis traditional wedding takes place after the acceptance of the proposal, starting from the review (Mammanu‟manu‟), proposal appointment (Massuro, Madduta), acceptance of the proposal (Mappetu „Ada), and the passing on of Dui „Panaik by preparing the brideprice at the groom‟s house which is covered with a double-stranded white cloth, tied around the neck of one of the men who still has a close relationship or family status. The result of the study of Dui „Panaik in the perspective of Islamic law is that in Islamic law only dictates the groom to pay the dowry, it is also advisable to the bride not to ask for excessive wedding gift. Islam also does not regulate nor prohibit the provisions of Dui „Panaik in Bugis traditional marriage because there is no explicit proof, but the most essential thing is that giving Du‟i‟ Panaik does not oppose with shari‟ah, because the determination of Dui „Panaik has no element of compul- sion because it is done by deliberation and has become a good habit („Urf Shahih), which is a custom that is maintained by the society, and as long as it is not againts with aqidah and shari‟ah then it is permitted, as in the rule of fiqhiyah.

Abstract

Abstract: The Concept Ofwilayatal-Faqih In The System Of Shia Imami. This article discusses the concept of wilayatal-Faqih in the system  of Shia Imamia and  its implementation in the state  leadership. Research type used  is library research and the method used  in this research is qualitative descriptive. From the results of this study found that in view of the Shi’a Imami, there is a strong link between the concept of Imamat and Wilayatal- Faqih concept. Both are the successor to the prophetic mission of religion in order to preserve and manage the affairs of the world. If the imam  is obliged  to guide people after the end of the “cycle of revelation,”  meaning after the death of the Prophet, then the duty of faqih is to guide people after the end of “Imamate cycle”. The differences between Imam  and al-faqih are; if the imam  are Ma’shum (avoid from sin), while the faqih does not ma’shum or have other  special  attributes similar to those  of the Imam.  But Al-Faqih has a position  in the state  if the executive and  judicial powers are in Wilayatal-faqih  who  perform  the function  as representative of the imam,  the legislative power  belongs  fully to God. Therefore,  governments in the wilayatAl-Faqih also be referred to as “the law of God’s rule over man”.  Parliament is required to draw  up programs for various ministries based on the teachings of Islam and determine the form of government services  across  the country. Thus, in the system of Wilayahal-Faqih, the scholars of al-faqih has a position, both as the guardian, interpreter and executor of the laws of God.

Abstract

The problem in this research is 1. how is the independence and sovereignty  of the people according to Mohammad Hatta? 2. How is the independence and sovereignty  of the people in the perspective of Islam?3. How is the  independence and  sovereignty  of the  people according to Mohammad Hatta and  the  Islamic perspective?. To answer the problem of research above  is done  library research (library research), by using qualitative descriptive approach. The model of this research is the research of character thinking. Independence and People’s  Sovereignty In Perspective Mohammad Hatta And Islam is a study that uses qualitative-inductive methods. Results  of research on Independence and  People’s  Sovereignty  In Perspective Mohammad Hatta And Islam, Declaring 1) Independence according to Mohammad Hatta that eliminates all forms of colonization of a nation.  While the sovereignty  of the people in his view, the ultimate  power  lies in the people so that the position  of the  people together with the  king, it can  be realized  by way of education for the  people so that people are aware of the sovereignty and will never disarm their own sovereignty, and with a clever community there  will be no group that can  disarm  the people’s sovereignty.  2) Independence in the Islamic concept of self-liberation  from ignorance, apostasy and tyranny of the ruler. While the sovereignty  of the people in Islam that  sovereignty  lies only belonging  to God alone,  but in this case  the  people also  have  sovereignty  which sovereignty  is a deposit from God, through  the sovereignty  of the people that humans are entitled  to choose their representatives in leading  the State in order  to obtain  welfare  for the community itself. 3) Mohammad Hatta’s concept of freedom and sovereignty  of the people has a harmony with the concept of Islam related to independence at its core called independence, namely the escape of the good colony in the form of apostasy, ignorance and kezhaliman of the ruler. While the sovereignty of the people is just different from the way to see the nature  of the owner  of power, because in the concept of Islam the real power  in a State is God. While the Sovereignty of the Community is a reflection  of the power  idof God.

Abstract

Abstract: This research was  motivated by the  reality on the  ground  that there  was  a traditional  ceremony in Rejang tribe “Punjung Nasi Sawo”. The Rsearcher assumed that this tradition had a religious or moral message. The formulation of the problem in this study was what the symbolic meaning contained from the “Punjung Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu,  what the ethical was contained in the procession of Punjung  Nasi Sawo at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu and how the manufacturing process and materials used  in presenting the “Punjung  Nasi Sawo”. This research had the goal was  to determined and  analyzed  the symbolic  meaning contained from the “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau  district of North Bengkulu, to analyze the meaning of ethical contained in procession of “Punjung Nasi Sawo” at the wedding of Rejang tribe in Batiknau district of North Bengkulu and to determine and  analyze  the manufacturing process and  materials used  in the presentation of the “Punjung Nasi Sawo”?.  To obtained information on  the  ground,  the  researcher used  a  type  of field research with  a qualitative  approach. Based  on the results  of the study “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” on the Marriage Event of Rejang tribe in Batiknau district of North Bengkulu revealed that the activity was performed at the time of Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai),  the event  was attended by community leaders that consists  of traditional  leaders, religious  leaders, government of the  village and  the  general  public.  The activity of Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai)  included several  items  of rejang  tribe, one  of them  was  “Punjung  Nasi Sawo” and  the  event was held in the outdoors (taruf). Besides, these activities showed that the implementation of the Raja Penghulu Consensus (madeak kutai) which included one of rejang tribe “Punjung Nasi Sawo” that had some moral values, ethical,  social, anthropology and religion. In addition,  Punjung  Nasi Sawo symbolized as a noble  hope  against both  the bride  and  groom,  as a form of guarantee, as a form of application for license to community leaders, religious leaders and the surrounding communities and to establish with nurture event Silahturahim rope. This is in accordance with the customary slogan of Rejang tribe “ adat bersendikan syara’’, syara’ bersendikan kitab Allah. It means that the culture  remains preserved all relied on the law and the provisions of Islamic Sharia.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Agama dalam Membentuk Kesehatan Mental Remaja. Tujuan penulisan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui peran Agama dalam membentuk kesehatan mental pada remaja berdasarkan Evidence Based. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (library reseach) yang menggunakan bahan tertulis diambil dari beberapa literatur, dalam proses pencarian literatur digunakan beberapa database seperti Pubmed, NCBI, Google scholar dan sciencedirect. Simpulan  1). Kesehatan mental dapat mempengaruhi kondisi pikiran, perasaan dan mood seseorang 2). Gangguan kesehatan mental menyebabkan seseorang menjadi tidak efektif 3). Masalah kesehatan mental dapat diatasi dengan Therapi Religius 4). dzikir dapat membuat seseorang menjadi rileks. 5). Semakin tinggi pemahaman agama seseorang maka semakin sehat juga kondisi mentalnya.

Abstract

Abstrak: Konsep Pemerintahan Islam dalam Pandangan Ibnu Khaldun (Analisis terhadap Teori ‘ashabiyyah).  Sistem khilafah pada hakekatnya merupakan pembahasan politik, sebab membicarakan suatu jabatan yang paling tinggi dalam pemerintahan, dan tentunya merupakan pembahasan tentang konsep pemerintahan. Sistem pemerintahan Islam adalah sistem khilafah, yang mempunyai pola pemerintahan unik yang sangat berbeda dari pola pemerintahan lainnya. Syari’at yang diterapkan untuk mewujudkan pemerintahan, pengaturan urusan rakyat dan hubungan luar negerinya, itu berasal dari Allah SWT.[1]Ibnu Khaldun barangkali merupakan salah satu intelektual yang bisa dikatakan demikian. Berangkat dari kontak dan hubungan secara langsung terhadap berbagai kondisi dan perkembangan politik yang ditemui di berbagai tempat, serta analisisnya terhadap sejarah sebelumnya, ditambah lagi pengamatannya yang menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis, memberikan kontribusi baru bagi pengembangan keilmuan saat itu, dan membuka cakrawala baru bagi pengembangan keilmuan selanjutnya. Karenanya, tidak salah apabila banyak kalangan intelektual maupun akademisi menempatkannya sebagai ilmuan modern. Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pandangan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap konsep pemerintahan Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendisripsikan pandangan Ibnu Khaldun terhadap konsep pemerintahan Islam. Metode yang digunakan dalam pendekatan penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sedangkan Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pustaka (Library Research). Adapun sumber data primer adalah sumber data inti atau pokok yaitu Abdurrahman Ibnu Khaldun, Muqaddimah Ibnu Khaldun Jilid III, sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah sumber data pelengkap yang diperoleh dari buku-buku karangan para penulis lainnya atau buku-buku yang lain yang berkaitan dengan kajian tokoh, judul atau rumusan masalah penelitian. Selain itu terdapat data penunjang yang merupakan data-data yang berasal dari berbagai sumber media cetak, internet, jurnal ilmiah atau sumber-sumber lain yang berkaitan dengan objek permasalahan dalam penelitian ini. Dalam pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi.Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu dengan proses pengelolaan, mereduksi dan memberikan kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian

Abstract

Abstract: The background of this research on the method of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in the guidance and  supervision of religious  sect  in Seluma.  This study  uses  qualitative  research methods to understand the phenomenon of what  is experienced by research subjects. Data collection techniques used  were  interviews, observation and  documentation. The usefulness of this study to determine the  strategy  of the  clergy Indonesia (MUI) in coaching religious sect in Seluma. These results indicate that the method of the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma in supervising and coaching the development of religious beliefs, which heretical, after the authors analyzed data that had writers in the field can get the authors conclude that the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma  have a good strategy  in anticipation of the growing cult. Indonesian Ulema  Council Seluma  have  a clear  program and running  properly,  exercise direct  supervision of the study groups  that exist in Seluma  conduct control  directly or indirectly the process of learning and books  are taught in school,  the board  is very controlling institutions  da’wah Seluma,  socialize orally about  the criteria the religious to the community, socialize criteria heretical sects through books  and bulletins,  conduct a seminar on Islamic teachings, controlling  directly pratek  shamanic society, have data on the cult and spreading, making the community as a partner and in the line of duty, when the Indonesian Ulema  Council  Seluma  received reports  from the  public  both  groups  and  individuals  about  the  existence of a cult environment of citizens  of the  Indonesian Ulema  Council Seluma  immediately held  observation to further investigate if it is true then the Majelis Ulama Indonesia Seluma advises leadership and encourage the flow back to the beaten path, if they do not want it to be handed over to the law enforcement authorities. The authors conclude that the board  of the Indonesian Ulema Council Seluma  own srtategi well in anticipation of the development of heretical sects but not maximized. In the implementation of the Indonesian Ulema Council committee Seluma also carry out their duties by the Qur’an and the Sunnah  of the Prophet the board of the Indonesian Ulema Council has full responsibility to anticipate the growth of religious denominations and passed a fatwa to Muslims.
