Abstract

The  results  of the  study  explained,  Firstceremonial procession  namely:  consensus night,  the ceremony, the  bride  besanding, bridal  becampur, menyalang, and  keduri  disband the  committee. Both forms of symbolsKetan fry, Lenguai,4-5 rice dishes,  all existing side dishes,  umbrellas, fans, Sarafal Anam, seven  bars cigarette, cigarette case  (where cigarettes), limes letter (lemon), flowers, water,  a small basin, saffron  rice  portion,Chicken.Third In the  implementation wedding ceremony tribal Lembak  raised  many Islamic values  which  contain  values  of divinity, the value of deliberation, the value of mutual  help and  the value of moral education in life married to each  other along together, love one another and help each  other to live a married life.

Abstract

Abstract: Ruqyah  became a phenomenon. A term  that  is still felt strange  in the  ears  of the  Muslims. This interesting phenomenon coincided with the increasingly  widespread practices of polytheism, especially in the case  of treatment performed by shamans and paranormal. On the other  hand  understanding of the Muslims will ruqyah very least, can be said to hear  his name alone  can be said recently.  From where the need for the public  to understand the  importance Ruqyah  Syar’iyyah as exemplified by the  Prophet in order  not  to get stuck with a variety of treatments that appear un-Islamic but essentially  idolatry. Community presence Ruqyah Syar’iyyah Alhaq Bengkulu  (RSAB) seeks to provide  solutions  to the problems. From some keyataan above, formulated the problems include:  educational values of Islam in Ruqyah Syar’iyyah in Community RSAB and how  peruqyah spiritual  experiences during  the  run  ruqyah  therapy  in Community  RuqyahSyar’iyyahAlhaq Bengkulu. The research objective was to determine the values of Islamic education in Ruqyah Syar’iyah. While the benefits  of the research itself as an input to fortify the people not to get caught  various shamanic practices and  treatment of polytheism. Results  of research and  analysis  of the  data  and  conclusions found  that  the values  of Islamic  education in the  Community syar’iyyah ruqyah  Ruqyah  Syar’iyyahAlhaq Bengkulu  include Value Faith, Values Tauhid, Moral Values, Tolerance Values, Values Honesty, Value Ikhlas, resignation Values, Values constancy and Values Faredah. With ruqyah can help a lot of people that is working to find a cure and completeness of the problem through the Quran and prayers. Treatment with ruqyah is necessary for Muslims to avoid the various treatment idolatry.

Abstract

Abstrak: Filsafat dalam kurikulum Pendidikan Islam. Dunia pendidikan Islam di Indonesia khususnya, dan dunia Islam pada umumnya masih dihadapkan pada berbagai persoalan mulai dari soal rumusan tujuan pendidikan yang kurang sejalan dengan tuntutan masyarakat, sampai kepada persoalan guru, metode,kurikulum dan sebagainya. Upaya untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut masih terus dilakukan dengan berbagai upaya. Penataran guru, pelatihan, tenaga pengelola pendidikan dan lain sebagainya harus dilakukan, namun masalah pendidikan terus bermunculan. Upaya untuk memperbaiki kondisi kependidikan yang demikian itu tampaknya perlu dilacak pada akar permasalahannya yang bertumpu pada pemikiran filosofis. Filsafat pendidikan Islam secara umum akan mengkaji berbagai masalah yang terdapat dalam bidang pendidikan, mulai dari visi misi,tujuan pendidikan, dasar-dasar dan asas-asas pendidikan Islam,konsep manusia, guru,anak didik, kurikulum,dan metode sampai dengan evaluasi dalam pendidikan secara filosofis. Dengan kata lain,ilmu ini akan mencoba mempergunakan jasa pemikiran. Kenyataan menunjukan adanyakiblat-kiblat pendidikan Islam yang belum jelas. Pendidikan Islam masih belum menemukan format dan bentuknya yang khas sesuai dengan agama Islam hal ini selain karena banyaknya konsep pendidikan yang ditawarkan para ahli yang belum jelas keislamannya, juga karena belum banyak pakar pendidikan Islam yang merancang pendidikan Islam secara seksama.

Abstract

Abstrak: Peran Agama dalam Negara Menurut Ibnu Khaldun.  Dalam kaitan antara agama dengan negara, negara sangat membutuhkan agama sebagai fundamen utama dalam upaya pembentukan moralitas suatu bangsa yang sangat urgen bagi kelangsungan hidup suatu negara, dan di sisi lain, agama juga membutuhkan negara sebagai faktor utama bagi eksistensi dan pengembangan agama itu sendiri, demi terwujudnya suatu hubungan yang lancar dalam berbagai urusan. Ibnu Khaldun berpendapat bahwa agama mempunyai pengaruh dalam penguatan negara. Adanya masyarakat, peradaban, dan negara tidak tergantung sepenuhnya akan adanya agama, tetapi agama justru sangat mempengaruhi pemikiran tentang manusia, masyarakat, dan negara. Menurut Ibnu Khaldun agama dan negara saling memerlukan, melengkapi, dan hubungannya berlangsung secara timbal balik (symbiotic). Adapun rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana peran agama dalam negara menurut Ibnu Khaldun. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Ibnu Khaldun membagi peran agama menjadi tiga macam yaitu 1. Agama sebagai pemersatu, agama menjadi peran penting dalam kehidupan sosial politik yaitu faktor pemersatu dan pengutuh masyarakat. Apabila agama berdampingan dengan solidaritas maka akan memberikan konstribusi dalam mewujudkan integritas kekuasaan politik.2. Agama sebagai pendorong keberhasilan, negara dan kekuasaan dapat berdiri tanpa agama, tetapi agamalah yang membawa negara dan kekuasaan itu kearah yang lebih baik. 3. Agama sebagai legitimasi sistem politik, agama dijadikan suatu landasan hukum yang harus ditaati dalam menjalankan perpolitikan atau pemerintahan. Menurut Ibnu Khaldun pemerintahan yang berdasarkan agama jauh lebih penting karena menurutnya pemerintahan seperti inilah yang terbaik. Tanpa agama kesatuan kelompok hanya didasarkan atas rasa kesatuan alamiah (Ashabiyah) yang terbentuk karena kesamaan suku atau hubungan kekeluargaan. Sifat dari kesatuan alamiah ini relatif rapuh dan diperlukan fondasi agama sebagai sandaran atas rasa kelompok tersebut. Hal ini terutama karena agama mampu menjamin moralitas kelompok, kebajikan, menjauhkan keganasan individual dan mampu menjadi alat perekat identitas yang menjauhkan mereka dari konflik sosial.

Abstract

Abstract: Speaking role of women in the public sphere, as if it never finishes. This is because the role of women in the public sphere, especially  political role believed to be less significant. Until well into the third millennium, there  are some scholars and intellectuals who view the role of negative  and positive contribution of women in the political sphere. They do a textual interpretation of the Koran and the hadith which prohibits women involved in politics. Through constructive criticism and holistic reconstruction, this study attempts to explore  the political role of women in public space idea Musdah Mulia. For Musdah, the thing to do is not only the reconstruction of the interpretation of the fundamental doctrines of Islam (al-Quran  and Hadith), but also a practical movement in the  field of education, culture,  and  public  policy. All the  reconstruction of the  political  leadership role  of women should  be  carried out  simultaneously in order  to produce concrete changes. This is because there are a number of internal  factors  that cause women can  not have a significant role in the political sphere that includes the figure of a woman’s own diffident and passive to the opportunities that exist. They also lack support, chained stereotypes as the guardian of the domestic sphere, remained shut  misogynistic  tradition,  as well as the  interpretation of religious  bias  patriarchal values  and  gender bias. In this study the  authors use  historical methods-qualitative and  descriptive-analytic ie library research (library research) by studying,  describing and analyzing the writings Musdah Mulia either in the form of books like any research, and writings that discuss ideas Musdah Mulia on women’s leadership, as well as other  books  that are relevant  to the topic penulisbahas. The results  showed that in view Musdah Mulia women can play a role in any sphere, including  the public domain. In the political domain, women can  play an active role in politics, ranging from the general  election, active in a political party or participate in the realm  of legislative, executive and judicial. The basis of such  thinking is a) There is no difference in men  and women. b) The essence of Islam is to humanize human beings and respect for sovereignty. c) The essence of religious teachings is to humanize humans, respect of human and glorify it. No matter what race, ethnicity, color, gender and social status.  In fact, no matter what their religion; d) There is no prohibition in Islam related to women’s leadership in politics, even history records many women who play an active role both in the prophet and his companions at the time.

As for what is in this research is 1. How is the concept of monotheism in perspective Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi? 2. How are the implications of monotheism on the perspective of the political perspective Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi?. The results of research on the Tawhid Implications of the Perspective Political Order Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi. Stating 1) Tawheed according to Ismail Raji Al-Faruqi in a simple and traditional way, namely: Beliefs and testimonies that there is no God but Allah. The name of God is God and occupies a central position in every position, action and thought of every Muslim. Tawhid is also a general view of reality, the world, space and time, human history and destiny. 2) Monotheistic implications of the political order is to develop a system of government that can bring closer and fulfill the Divine will, namely a system based on the Qur’an and Sunnah. While the Caliphate was built based on the agreement of three dimensions, namely agreement of insight, agreement of will and agreement of action.

Abstract

Abstract: Opinions Of Quraish Shihab On Gender In The Book Of Tafsir Al-Mishbah. Gender  has become a hot topic now a day among  the academicians. Equality of men  and women always echoed both in the domestic sphere, as well as in international community. Qur’an as the main guidelines of Muslims who upholds justice, equality and  opportunities for work for both men  and  women. But some times  there  misconception among the contra  people and scapegoated Qur’an as the cause of their unequality in the community, especially  the Muslim community. This at least from the perspective of feminist non-Muslims. Therefore, this paper describes the thinking of Quraish  Shihab - as one  of the commentators in Indonesia - which  insists that Islam upholds the principles of justice, and condemned the arbitrary behavior toward women. This paper also discusses how Quraish  Shihab  interpret gender equality  through  the  interpretation of the  verses  relating  to the  creation of male and female  and male headship in the family. As a result, Quraish Shihab tend not to equate and fully align between men and women. Although similar and equally in his capacity as a human being and a servant of God and in the social life of the community, but in the role and function do not have to match exactly. Differences in the roles and  functions  of this is a relationship that is functionally  complementary to each  other  as equal partners, so as to create a system and relationship harmony towards piety together.

Abstract

 Latar belakang munculnya ide Sekularisasi tidak lepas dari dunia Barat khususnya dengan kristen. Dunia Barat sebagai wilayah timbulnya ide Sekularisasi tidak lepas dari pemikiran filsafat yang kemudian mempengaruhi perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang kemudian ditandai dengan munculnya revolusi industri. Sehingga hal itu mengakibatkan dampak yang cukup besar terhadap kondisi religius atau urusan agama, yakni terkikisnya nilai spiritual dan pribadi manusianya sehingga urusan agama terpisah dengan dunia. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana Ide Sekularisasi Menurut Nurkholis Majid? Sementara, tujuan penelitian ini adalah, untuk mengetahui gagasan sekularisasi dari pemikiran Nurcholish Madjid. Kegunaan penelitian ini yaitu memberi sumbangsih bagi kajian pemikiran Islam khususnya Islam dan isu-isu modern seperti sekularisasi. Kedua, diharapkan dengan hasil kajian ini mampu memberikan pandangan baru dalam melihat tantangan bagi umat Islam ke depan ketika berhadapan dengan isu modernitas seperti sekularisasi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Di sini peneliti melakukan pengumpulan data, kedua melakukan analisis data, ketiga menyusun secara sistematis dalam bentuk sistematika pembahasan. Jenis penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kepustakaan (library research) dari berbagai literatur yang objek utamanya adalah buku-buku, jurnal, naskah-naskah, catatan dan tulisan dalam bentuk lain yang berkaitan dengan pemikiran Nurkholish Madjid. Secara sederhana dalam penelitian ini dilakukan beberapa tahapan, karena penelitian ini adalah telaah sistematis. Untuk memudahkan dan mendapatkan rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini maka penulis perlu memberikanpenekanan dengan sebuah metode pendekatan yakni dengan pendekatan sosio-historis. Berdasarkan penjelasan di atas dapat disimpulkan bahwa konsep sekurelisasi menurut Nurcholish Madjid, dimaksudkan untuk lebih memantapkan tugas manusia di muka bumi sebagai khalifah. Fungsi sebagai khalifah membuat manusia mempunyai kebebasan dalam mengatur dan bertindak dalam rangka memperbaiki kehidupan di muka bumi, sekaligus memberikan pembenaran bahwa manusia memiliki tanggungjawab akan perbuatan yang telah dilakukannya di muka bumi di hadapan Tuhan.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the reality in the field, there is a unique tradition done  by the people of Lembak tribe in Semarang City Bengkulu City in welcoming the rice planting is the tradition of Do’a Penyulung. Researchers assume that this tradition has a religious message as well as a moral message. As the formulation of the  problem in this research is the  meaning of the  ethical  meaning of the  traditions  of Doul Pengulung to the  people of Lembak  tribe of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City, how  the  procession of Doula Penyulung tradition  in Lembur  society  of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City, what  is the  meaning of symbols  contained in the tradition  of Do’a Penyulung  In the community of Lembak  urban  village Semarang Bengkulu  City. This research is generally  aimed to know  the  procession of ethical  meaning of Do’a Penyulung  which  is done annually  to the people of Lembak  tribe of Semarang City of Bengkulu  City and  to know  the meaning of the symbol of Do’a Penyulung  in Lembak  tribe society in Semarang urban  of Bengkulu City. For information in the field, the researcher uses  field research type with qualitative  approach. Based  on the results  of research and interviews  conducted by researchers at the location  of the research, the researchers can conclude, the ethical meaning of the  tradition  of Do’a Penyulung  in the  community of Lembak  tribe in Semarang Village, Sungai Serut District Bengkulu City, raised  both hands as high as Head, Head, register and head down,  please permit to the chairman of the custom and the guests,  right leg behind the slightly bent,  local languages and national languages (Eigh Lembak  Language and indonesian), wait From the chairman of customs and the organizers, the division of air siraman Which have been in prayer, gore ingredients in a jar or a particular container mixed one as much as 4 to 7 times, cover words received with regards  and apologies, Pengulung includes, white and black  sticky rice, Red Sugar, Coconut air and  air Shrimp Acid, Jar or Bucket  contains large Eros of Coconut shell, Yellow Cake, Seding leaves In and leaves of Mangosteen, leaves of Serai and Bamboo Aur yellow. Abstract: This research by using qualitative  research methodologies. The results  of this study concluded that the idea  of religious figures of Islamic theology  in North Bengkulu  looked  sense can  serve to obtain  clarity on the  issues  of divinity in the  importance of reason necessary for aspects of Islamic  teachings are  informed by revelation.  Revelation  is a source of knowledge about  God, good and evil, as well as the obligation  of mankind to do good and keep away evil sense function, without revelation will bringheavy burden in human life. Meaning here, religious leaders in North Bengkulu wearing  traditional  pattern, although the one hand there is the rational or principled Mu’tazila. Thought religious leaders about  human freedom and the absolute will of God, trend  of thought religious leaders in North Bengkulu more directed to understanding of the authority and the absolute will of God, as to which are held by Asy’ariyah understand, because humans trying to be balanced with the absolute power  of God. Human  beings  are  not creation that  freely, but free man  limited  by God as a limited  human being with age. This indicates that humans are limited and everything has an end. Thought religious leaders in North Bengkulu  on qadha and qhadar which  are already  provisions  inviolability, humans could  only surrender and  resignation to God. Thus they tend  to be closer  to understanding Asy’ariyah. Thought  religious leaders on the  nature  of God, they adopts Asy’ariyah, they’ve studied the  attributes of God. By reading  and  realize  their self-interest as human beings  would  study the nature  of God, then  verily Allah can describe it is there.  Factors affecting patterns of thought  religious leaders of the Islamic theology in North Bengkulu,  namely  their learning that be a forum to understand the Islamic faith, boarding schools  in Bengkulu  Utara place  of formal education and non-formal and social situations such as differences in environmental conditions and impact of globalization very closely influence in shaping  the understanding of Islamic theology in North Bengkulu.
