Abstract

The problem discussed in this thesis is how the strategy of PAI clusters teacher in preventing the spread of radicalism in MAN 1 of Bengkulu City, and its supporting and inhibiting factors. The purpose of this study intends to describe the strategy of PAI teacher teachers in preventing the spread of radicalism in Madrasah AliyahNegeri1 Bengkulu  city, describing the  supporting factors  and  obstacles of PAI teachers in preventing the  spread of radicalism in Madrasah AliyahNegeri 1 Bengkulu  City. The method used  is descriptive qualitative  with the type of field research (field research). Data collection techniques: observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis  techniques: data  reduction, data  display  and  conclusion. The result  of the  research shows  that  the strategy of PAI teacher in preventing the spread of radicalism in MAN 1 is divided into two types: the strategy in the learning process in the classroom by using the active learning method and the Qur’an method of learning,  and the process Learning outside the classroom is: by holding various religious activities, forming a team  of worship in school, in cooperation with the police such as Sat. Bintal, and Sat. Binmas, in cooperation with the provincial kemenag, held  workshops and  religious socialization in schools.  Supporting  factors  in the implementation of prevention strategies of the  spread of radicalism in schools  is a sufficient  means of infrastructure both  from learning  resources, the  allocation of study time  and  teachers of the  PAI family. Inhibiting factors  are  misuse of informatics (IT) technology by students, the absence of special  programs in preventing the school’s  radical hazards, the lack of parental support for school policies, the lack of cooperation between schools with guardians, teachers with guardians, and the lack of Cooperation among  teachers.

Abstract

Tari Pedang merupakan salah  satu seni tariyang berasal dari Kota Bengkulu. Seni tari ini memiliki tempat penting dalam masyarakat sehingga selalu dimanfaatkan dalam berbagai kegiatan dalam kehidupan. Selain sebagai sarana hiburan yang dilihat keindahan bentuknya, tari juga berfungsi sebagai sarana upacara ritual. Faktor utama tari dalam upacara ritual bukan semata melihat keindahannya, tetapi memperlihatkan simbol yang menjadi suatu kekuatan dalam suatu upacara ritual dan memiliki makna tersendiri yang dapat memengaruhi serta mengatur alam sekitarnya sesuai dengan yang diinginkan oleh masyarakat pendukungnya. Masalah dalam peneltian ini adalah bagaimana makna filosofi dari Tari Pedang Masyaralat berkas Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna filosofis yang terkandung dalam setiap rangkaian Tari Pedang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriftif  kualitatif dengan menggunakan Teori Semiotika. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, analisis data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Tari Pedang adalah tarian yang memiliki makna rasa hormat masyarakat Kota Bengkulu kepada tamu agung, yang siap memberikan penjagaan sebagai bentuk jaminan keamanan, agar merasa tercipta kenyamanan selama berada di Kota Bengkulu.  Tari Kejei yang terdiri dari 9 gerakan : Pertama, gerak berendai yang bermakna dalam  hidup harus memiliki kemampuan agar bermanaat bagi orang lain. Kedua gerak sembah rendai yang bermakna sebagai penghormatan, kepada tamu agung dan kepada para penonton yang hadir pada saat Tari Pedang berlangsung. Ketiga, gerak langkah  tiga yang bermakna mengacu kepada istilah dalam  adat  “adat bersendikan syara, dan syara’ bersendikan kitabullah”  Keempat, gerak tangan beseluk yang bermakna kepiawaian penari dalam  bela diri yang siap untuk menjaga tamu agung. Kelima, gerak mecah langkah yang memiliki makna kegagahan para penari yang siap dan sigap dalam hal apapun. Keenam, gerakan ari pane betudung pedang  yang bermakna jika dalam keadaan darurat terhadap diri maka kekerasan jalan akhir yang digunakan sebagai perlindungan diri. Ketujuh, gerak gayung yang bermakna jangan menyelesaikan masalah dengan cara yang keras. Kedelapan, gerak meletak pedang yang bermakna tetap waspada meski masalah sudah diselesaikan.  Kesembilan, sembah  rendai  sebagai makna rasa hormat kepada tamu agung dan para hadrin yang hadir. Tari Pedang tak luput dari unsur-unsur yang mendukung diantaranya instrument musik, cerano dengan  isi, busana dan penegah.

Abstract

Abstract: This study raised the issue of the role of religious harmony forum and enabling and inhibiting factors in fostering religious harmony in the city of Bengkulu. From the results of this study indicate that there has been dialogue,  socialization Joint Regulation  of the Minister, gave a written recommendation on the request for the establishment of houses of worship,  fostering  inter-religious  harmony, internal  religious  communities and religious groups  and the government. But success in fostering religious harmony is still far from expectations and can be said to be ineffective, it can be seen still rarely do inter-religious  dialogue,  no socialization laws on religious harmony to society, there  has been no specific action  in order  the house of worship  that no permit. Supporting factors in fostering religious harmony awareness, motivation,  mutual  understanding and tolerance between religious communities, the support  of the Mayor by providing secretariat building facilities. While the limiting factor in fostering  religious harmony in the city of Bengkulu  is the infrastructure is not yet complete, the  attitude  of religious  communities to theology,  the  political interests that carry the  name of religion, and attitudes toward religious fanaticism.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to know about  the style of understanding the concept of destiny employees of the Ministry of Religious Rejang Lebong. The work ethic of employees Ministry of Religious Rejang Lebong and how coherence between the understanding of destiny with the work ethic. Research conducted qualitative,  with a phenomenological approach. Who became an informant as a data source is partially employee Rejang Lebong Religious Affairs totaling 25 people, consisting  of the organization’s  leaders, the heads of sections., Organizer and supervisor of the Islamic religion and the staff all of whom are Muslims. Then the research data were analyzed using analytical techniques deskriftik. In this study, the authors wanted to know and to describe, the following matters: First, the style of understanding the concept of destiny employees of the Ministry of Religious Rejang Lebong, author klsifikasikan  to tigaa jabariah  pattern that is moderate, that gives meaning to the concept of destiny  will be the synergy between the absolute freedom of God with the power of human endeavor. In addition there are patterned qodariah, who interpret memaberikan broadest freedom to power  and the power  of man, and the last, patterned extreme jabariah, who interpret destiny is the prerogative of God, men  did not take part in it, like a puppet-driven human puppeteer. Second, the  Ministry of Religious Affairs Employees Work  Ethic Rejang  Lebong.  The result shows that in general, his work ethic were high. With the following indicators: a). Employee attitudes toward work:1.Fleksibilitas while  working  2. Adjustment of work b). Feelings  of an employee: 1. Control 2. senag  bekerja. c job). The willingness of the employees to do the job: 1. Compliance work, 2. Willingness to complete the work, d). employees currently work: 1. The seriousness of the work The third of the coherence between the understanding of the concept of destiny  with the work ethic.  From the data  I have found  the results,  that there  is a significant relationship between the understanding of religious ministry employees destiny Rejang Lebong with his work ethic. Broadly speaking, that employees who patterned jabariah  moderate ideology and Qodariyah  work ethic tends  to be high, employees were shades of understanding destiny jabariah extreme work ethic tends to be low.

Abstract

Ironi, saat jika dahulu perceraian yang terjadi akibat suami menceraikan isteri. Sekarang terbalik, justru istri yang menggugat cerai. Sebanyak tiga per empat dari peristiwa perceraian itu bermunculan di kota-kota besar. Kebanyakan isteri yang menceraikan suami atau cerai gugat, bukan talak. Dari banyaknya peristiwa perceraian itu, diperkirakan 80 persen perceraian menimpa pada tatanan rumah tangga muda lima tahun. Perkembangan sosial budaya, secara tidak langsung berdampak pada pola pikir dan gaya hidup. Kondisi ini harus segera disikapi oleh semua pihak demi terwujudnya masyarakat yang bahagia dan sejahtera. Perubahan pola fikir dan gaya hidup masyarakat mendorong untuk berbuat kurang baik yang berakibat terjadinya perselisihan rumah tangga yang berujung kepada perceraian. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian lapangan (field research). Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana filsafah molimo sebagai usaha mengatasi perceraian? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguraikan filsafah molimo sebagai usaha mengatasi perceraian. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun dalam proses analisis, peneliti menggunakan analisis deskriptif-kualitatif. Berdasarkan pembahasan di atas dapat ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa ajaran Molimo, "mo" yang berarti moh atau tidak dan limo yang berarti lima, yang jika dimaknai berarti  tidak melakukan lima pantangan. Ajaran ini dikhususkan kepada kaum lelaki yang ingin mencapai hidup dalam damai di dunia maupun di akhirat. Kelima ajaran itu adalah: a). Moh Madat yang artinya tidak mau mengisap candu atau penggunaan obat-obatan terlarang, terutama yang dilarang oleh ajaran Agama. b). Moh Madon yang artinya tidak mau main perempuan. Hal yang wajib dihindari oleh para lelaki. c). Moh Mabuk yang artinya tidak boleh minum minuman keras atau hal yang memabukkan. d). Moh Maling yang artinya tidak mau mencuri, mengambil barang yang bukan haknya. e). Moh Main yang artinya tidak mau berjudi, dalam bentuk apapun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence of spiritual and mental guidance on personnel discipline Satrial Brimob Police Bengkulu. In the context of this study the variables are discipline and performance as dependent on spiritual and mental guidance variables as independent. This research method using quantitative method by using simple regression analysis. This analysis is used to determine whether there is influence of spiritual and mental guidance to discipline and performance of personnel of Brimob Police Bengkulu and to know the amount of influence of spiritual and mental guid- ance to discipline and performance of personnel of Brimob Police Bengkulu. The results of this study indicate that the activ- ity of spiritual and mental guidance in Sat Brimob Bengkulu Police there is an influence on the discipline and performance personnel Sat Brimob Polda Bengkulu. The amount of influence of spiritual and mental guidance (X1) to the discipline (Y1) can be inferred from the calculation of SPSS Version Windows 17.0 determination coefficient shows R Square of 0.243. This explains the level of influence of spiritual and mental guidance on the discipline of Brimob Police Unit Bengkulu personnel in 2018 is 24.3%, while the remaining 75.7% is influenced by other variables besides discipline variables, while the magnitude of spiritual and mental development (X1) performance (Y2) can be concluded from the calculation of SPSS Version Windows17.0 determination coefficient shows R Square of 0.113. This explains the level of influence of spiritual and mental guidance on the performance of Brimob Police Unit personnel Bengkulu 2018 is 11.3%, while the remaining 88.7% influenced by other variables that are not in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: Religion Andstaterelations In The Perspectiveof  Sayyid Qutb. This paper  discusses the  main points  of Sayyid Qutb  thought  of religion  as  the  foundations of the  state  and  his  thoughts about  the relationship between religion and state.  This type of research is library researchby using literature  as the primary data  in the research, and studies are presented in descriptive analysis.  The method used  in this study is a qualitative  approach to history. From the  results  of this study found  that, according to Sayyid Qutb, religion must  be  the  basis  for the  formation of a government. For Sayyid Qutb, to obtain  the  title of an Islamic  government, a community or a country  should  be  run in accordance to the  rules  and  the laws of God. Furthermore, Sayyid Qutb mentioned three  aspects that can  be classified  as the principles of the  Islamic  government, namely  justice  authorities, the  obedience of the  people, and  deliberations between the  authorities and  the  people. Sayyid Qutb  also  recommended that  a political  power  in the state  must  be  in accordance with religious  teachings, because the  religion and  state  have  interlocking relationships.

Abstract

The problem in this research is how ‘Ashabiyah Ibn Khaldun and how’ ashabiyah Ibn Khaldun and its relevance to nationalism in Indonesia.The purpose of this research is to describe the concept of ‘Ashabiyah Ibn Khaldun  and  describes how  its relevance to Indonesian nationalism. The type of this research is library research and  the  method used  in this research is descriptive qualitative.  The  results  of this research are, first; ‘Ashabiyah is defined  by Ibn Khaldun  as social  solidarity. According to Ibn Khaldun  social  solidarity or a sense of class connected by blood  relation  or other  linkage  that has the same meaning and  purpose. This is because blood  ties have  a binding  force  in most  humans, which  makes them  feel the  pain  that  affects them.  Ashabiyya is a feeling of one  group  or social  solidarity, which  arises  naturally  in human life due  to a blood  relation  or revelation affinity. Such  feelings  of love give rise to a sense of destiny,  mutuality,  mutual loyalty, mutual  need, especially  when faced  with calamities or threats  of the  enemy, or to achieve certain goals. Then Ibn Khaldun argues  that it is impossible to create a state  without  the support  of a strong sense of unity and  solidarity. The process of its founding  requires a real struggle, a battle  of life and  death. Solidarity (‘asabiya)  is principally  co-operation and  please help  the  group  closely in such  a way that the  members  of each  group are not only assisting but willing to sacrifice  life for the common good. And this according to him is a natural  phenomenon for humans in the process of the establishment of the state. Second; The relevance or relationship between ‘Ashabiyah Ibn Khaldun/  social  solidarity  with  Indonesian nationalism in modern times  is, lies in its components. Which  in the ‘Ashabiyah, Ibn Khaldun  positioned the society  or nation  as a starting point to build a state, which  then in truth the community both have a high spirit to fight for the ideals of the nation and state. Because the goal of Indonesian nationalism itself is nothing but to arouse the sense of brotherhood / kinship in the Indonesian nation,  and always keep  the national  identity as a form of the love of the nation and the country.

Abstract: The philosophical meaning of “Madu Kulau” in the procession of Ceremonial Ceremony of Adat Serawai  in South  Bengkulu  Regency  can  be  concluded by the  Chairman of the  committee (tuau  kerjau) facing  the  adat  leader by bringing  forth  while  applying  for permission to  the  adat  chief.  After applying for permission to the  village head,  the  committee chairman (tuau  kerjau) faces  the  head of the  group from the  men  (tuau  mendah) by unifying the  two livers. Then convey  the  intent  and  purpose that will be deliberate to determine where the residence and place  of business for the bride after the marriage contract is implemented. Immediately mentions selected and  pre-determined gifts in honey  rasan  (musyawarah)10 days  before  the  wedding procession is held.  Chairman of the  entourage (old  mendah) responded to the  rasan  called  by the  chairman of the  committee by agreeing to the  selected rasan.  After determining the features selected by the women’s family. The chairman of the committee (seniu  kerjau) returns  to the village head to present his langguwai  again while giving the envelope containing the money  requirement for the traditional  chairman inaugurated the selected rasan  in honey  kulau.  The adat  chairman announces in front of the people present about  the agreement agreed upon  by both parties  and inaugurated it. Then the procession of honey I closed with prayer of salvation for the groom, family and audience to get the salvation from God’s grace.

Abstract

Abstract: Physics and the fun things about it. Every year, the PISA (the Program for International Student Assessment) is a worldwide examination held every three years to measure the intelligence of 15-year-old school students in 72 countries. Around 540,000 students from all over the world, including from Indonesia, took the exams conducted by The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in 2015. The State of Singapore ranks first in the results of the exam which means that Singapore has outstanding students highest in the international education rankings measured by the OECD, with teenagers at the top of the world in mathematics, reading and science. PISA rating is very influential in determining the resilience of human resources in a country. England remains a middle class player - behind countries such as Japan, Estonia, Finland and Vietnam which surprisingly rank high enough to beat several European countries. It can be said that students there are good at mathematics. Indonesian students were also included in the test and were ranked 62 out of 70 countries taking the test. This ranking is better than Brazil, Peru, Tunisia, Fyrom, Kosovo, Algeria, Dominican Republic. Based on the results of the study although many do not like physics, but actually there are still many interesting things about this subject
