Community Food Business Development Activities or (PUPM) is a community empowerment program from community food business institutions (LUPM) consisting of a combination of farmer groups (Gapoktan), farmer groups (Poktan), community business institutions engaged in food and industry/producers/ distributor of food ingredients as to serve Indonesian Farmer Shops (TTI) in terms of providing staple food and strategies for the community. The purpose of this PUPM is as an effort to maintain prices both at the farmer/producer level and at the consumer level. The writing in this study uses a qualitative research type with a descriptive approach. The use of qualitative research aims to understand a problem based on the preparation of a complex and comprehensive picture according to a detailed view. The results of this study if the authors look at its effectiveness in terms of stabilizing food commodity prices, it has been going well but not optimal in its application. Regarding the performance of the implementation of PUPM-TTI activities in 2020, seen from the total volume of supply of food commodities to TTI/TTIC nationally, reaching 46,128 tons or 104.27% of the target of 44,128 tons. This means that in this case, PUPM's performance in terms of supplying food commodities to TTI/TTIC has exceeded the target day to be achieved.

This research was conducted at the Education Office of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of analyzing the effect of employee engagement, employee retention, and turnover intention on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. This can be proven through the t test and F test.The results of the t test can be described as follows, the employee engagement variable has a tcount value of 4.95 > a ttable value of 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.000 < probability value of 0.05, it can be concluded that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Employee retention variable has a tcount value of 2.57 > ttable value 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.012 < probability value of 0.05, it can be concluded that the employee retention variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (Y). The turnover intention variable has a tcount value of 12.86 > a ttable value of 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.000 < probability value 0, 05, it can be concluded that the variable turnover intention (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test in this study has an Fcount of 97.21 > Ftable 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results, it can be stated that employee engagement, employee retention and turnover intention are simultaneously able to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

As a company that is operating in the telecommunication sector, XYZ must ensure that they have adequate capabilities to protect their company’s and customers’ sensitive data. Although various information security systems and processes are already in place, human resources still are the weakest link in cyber security. The new normal of Working From Home makes the threat even larger. Basically, Information Security Awareness (ISA) denotes whether or not users are aware of information security objectives. Using a phishing scenario, this study examined the level of ISA of XYZ employees and how ISA training might improve their awareness level. The simulation outcomes were compared to the results before and after they received ISA training on a percentage scale. The results showed a positive increase between before and after being given training. Employees who clicked on phishing URLs before training reached 31% reduced to 12% after training. Meanwhile, employees affected by phishing decreased from 24% to 4%. The study also revealed discovered that based on the nature of the job, employees who work at directorates who work more on non-technical matters have lower awareness when compared to employees who work at directorates who work more on technical work.

This study aims to determine the effect of marketing service mix strategy on student decisions in choosing a lecture at the Pancasetia School of Economics Banjarmasin. The number of samples of this study is 123 new undergraduate students S1 in 2017 and used sampling technique with Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling Method, using a questionnaire with Likert scale measurement unit. This type of research is descriptive quantitative. The nature of this research is to get an idea of a situation and problem and interpret it. The result of F test of simultaneous test of = 7.016 is greater than F table value of = 3.27, which indicates that product, price, place, promotion, physical evidence, people and process variables significantly influence student's decision in choose a lecture at the School College of Economics Pancasetia Banjarmasin. Partially value of significance price = 0.379, place = 0.301, promotion = 0.721, physical evidence = 0.366, and people = 0.264 which value is bigger than level of real = 0.05, meaning "price, place, promotion, physical evidence and people have no significant effect on the decision of college student in STIEPAN Banjarmasin ". While the most dominant variable affect the dependent variable is the product variable with the largest beta value = 0.361 with a significant level of = 0.001.

Paunescu (2014:106) states that social innovation can be used to approach social problems to bring about gradual change by a particular group of people or to overcome deep structural problems, which require change quickly and affect many people which have a scale of impact on, for example, unemployment or unemployment. poverty. This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of social innovation in poverty alleviation through the Social Rehabilitation Program for Uninhabitable Houses in Central Java. By using qualitative research methods, and purposive techniques in determining informants. The results of the study indicate that social innovation through the improvement of uninhabitable houses for the poor carried out by the Central Java Provincial Government has not been optimal. Where the number of poor people in Central Java is still high (3,867.42 thousand people) with a percentage of 11.9% still above the national average, and uninhabitable houses that have not been handled are still 1,584,252 buildings. This is because there are still many internal and external parties who intervene on the authority of the leadership and data verifier officers in determining the community as recipients of the Social Rehabilitation program for Uninhabitable Houses in Central Java Province. And do not make the value of togetherness in building or repairing uninhabitable houses in the community, even though regulations, budgets, and other supporting infrastructure have been prepared by the Central Java Provincial Government to reduce poverty through the current housing improvement program.

Learning at an early age requires teaching methods adapted to the child's growth period. The purpose of this study was to find out the inculcation of the values of Asmaul Husna through the storytelling method in early childhood, the obstacles faced, and the solutions. This research method uses a classroom action research model. Collecting data utilizing observation and evaluation of each cycle, interviews, and equipped with a literature review. The result of this research that has been done is that the storytelling method can increase the cultivation of Asmaul Husna's values. Obstacles during the study include teacher preparation that was still lacking in teaching, foreign intelligence of children, and the lack of teaching aids and learning resources. The solution is to get used to the professionalism of teachers in teaching, the roles and responsibilities of parents to educate their children at home continuously, and the seriousness of PAUD institutions in completing learning facilities and infrastructure.

This research aims providing recommendations to improve the service quality of M-Pajak, a mobile-based application developed by the Directorate General of Tax (DGT). M-Pajak was officially launched in June 2021 to simplify and modernize the pre-existing traditional tax services. Eight selected experts participated as persons in this research and exchanged their ideas through a three-round Delphi study carried out from November 2021 to January 2022. The initial release of the application only provides a minimal number of services. Due to limited human resources, the DGT needs a selective development improvement plan for public service apps. This research found that data and information security should be prioritized for future M-Pajak updates.

The title of this study is the communication strategies of public Relations in Class I Immigration Office Special for TPI Medan ini complaint management. The objectives of this study are first, to analyze the communication strategies of immigration information and communication division in complain managemenyt; third to analyze the effort expended in overcoming the challenges in the complaint management. The study carried out in TPI Medan Class I Immigration Office employs and interpretive descriptive qualitative method with three informants from Immigration Public Reltions and four additional triangulations informants. The findings show the communication strategies of Immigration Public Relations implement a complaint counter facility and social media to communicate with the public regarding complaint management. The obstacles in complaint management encountered by the Public Relations include a lack of coordinations among divisions and the public’s minimum knowledge about the immigrations rule. Therefore, Immigration Public Relations is trying to overcome the obstacles by holding monthly evaltuation meetings and disseminating immigration rules through infographics on social media.

The main objective of this study is to determine the direct and indirect effect of the variables of business experience and venture capital on the partnership and performance of SMEs. This type of research includes causal research. As for the population in the study, namely the SMEs fostered at PTPN III Nusantara, which amounted to 98 SME business actors. Where these 98 SMEs are all engaged in trading businesses. The sampling technique used was a saturated canoe. So that the sample in this study is 98 SME business actors. The data was collected using a questionnaire that was compiled based on each variable indicator item. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling with Smart PLS. The results of the study indicate that business capital directly has a significant direct effect on the partnership, while business experience is not significant. Furthermore, direct business experience, venture capital, and partnerships have a significant direct influence on the performance of SMEs. Lastly, only business capital indirectly has a significant influence on the performance of SMEs through partnerships, while business experience does not have an indirect effect.

The city of Serang does have a marine beauty that can be taken into account, one of which is the coastal marine tourism area of Gope Karangantu, this beach tourism destination is one of the marine tourism destinations of the Serang city government which is managed by the Karangantu Archipelago Fisheries Port under the Indonesian Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries, but based on data The results obtained for five years, namely 2016 to 2020, this beach visitor is unstable and even tends to decrease and only in certain months this beach is crowded with visitors. Research Objectives: 1) To determine the effect of Accessibility Quality on the decision to visit Gope Beach tourism object. 2) To determine the effect of facilities on the decision to visit Gope Beach tourism object. 3) To determine the effect of the quality of accessibility and facilities simultaneously on the decision to visit Gope Beach tourist attraction. 4) To determine the most dominant influence among the variables of accessibility, quality and facilities on the decision to visit Gope Beach tourist attraction. This research is a quantitative study using the reliability formula, multicollinearity, multiple correlation, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis, T test and Y. From the research results, Quality of Accessibility and Facilities simultaneously have a strong influence on the decision to visit Gope Beach tourism objects, the R value is (0.806).
