Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work environment and promotion and job satisfaction as an intervening variable on employee performance. The sample in this study amounted to 34 people.  The research was conducted at PT. Cakra Adi Dharma in Kotapinang, South Labuhanbatu.  The data analysis technique used is path analysis.  The results of the hypothesis test show that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Partially Job Promotion has a Positive and Significant effect on Job Satisfaction. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on work performance.  Job Promotion has a Positive and Significant effect on Work Performance.  We suggest that PT Cakra Adi Dharma improve employee performance by improving a better work environment, promotions, and increasing employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Education Office of Labuhanbatu Regency, with the aim of analyzing the effect of employee engagement, employee retention, and turnover intention on employee performance. The results of the study indicate that all independent variables have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, either partially or simultaneously. This can be proven through the t test and F test.The results of the t test can be described as follows, the employee engagement variable has a tcount value of 4.95 > a ttable value of 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.000 < probability value of 0.05, it can be concluded that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). Employee retention variable has a tcount value of 2.57 > ttable value 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.012 < probability value of 0.05, it can be concluded that the employee retention variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (Y). The turnover intention variable has a tcount value of 12.86 > a ttable value of 1.66 which means Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, with a significance value of 0.000 < probability value 0, 05, it can be concluded that the variable turnover intention (X3) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). While the F test in this study has an Fcount of 97.21 > Ftable 2.70 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. Based on these results, it can be stated that employee engagement, employee retention and turnover intention are simultaneously able to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational justice, employee engagement and employee reaction on employee performance. The design of this study was hypothesis testing using primary data obtained by distributing 291 questionnaires to employees of Pt Torganda's oil palm plantation with the measuring scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regresion analysis quantitative data analysis techniques using statistical methods Sciens statistikal package for the social sciens (SPSS). The results of this study conclude that partially and simultaneously there is a significant and positive relationship between transformational leadership style, organizational justice, employee engagement and employee reactions to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, service quality and price on consumer purchasing decisions at Padang Ampera Uni Restaurant in Pinang City. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires and distributing them to 100 research samples, namely uni ampere consumers. Data analysis in this study used the help of smart pls 3. Data testing techniques were carried out in partial and simultaneous testing. The results of the analysis show that overall the independent variables have a positive and significant influence on the dependent variable. This can be seen from the value of all t counts that have a higher value than t table with a significant value below 0.05. Overall, the final result of the study is that the independent variables gives an effect of 0.573 or 57.30% and the rest is influenced by other supporting factors.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information and communication technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including education. In this digital era, digital literacy has become an essential competence for both teachers and students to adapt to technological developments and face global challenges. Digital literacy is not only limited to the ability to operate digital devices but also involves critical thinking skills in selecting information, ethical behavior in digital interactions, and the ability to use technology to support meaningful and effective learning. This study aims to examine various literature sources related to the development of digital literacy among teachers and students. Through a literature review method, this research analyzes concepts, roles, and strategies for developing digital literacy in education. The findings indicate that digital literacy plays a crucial role in improving teachers' professional competence and preparing students with 21st-century skills, namely Critical Thinking, Creativity, Collaboration, and Communication (4C). However, digital literacy levels among teachers and students are still varied, influenced by factors such as limited access, lack of training, and low awareness of its importance. Therefore, the development of digital literacy must be intensified to create adaptive, productive, and technology-relevant learning environments.

Abstract

Quality Education is part of the Sustainable Development program initiated by the government that in 2045 Indonesia will have a competitive golden generation that is ready to face future situations. Education is the right way to produce human resources and intellectual generations. Including the Thematic Community Service (KKN) Mentoring program implemented for 4 months August-November 2024. This mentoring method is implemented in a structured manner with a mature program starting from situation analysis, solutions, mechanisms and feedback.The results of this program show that teachers and students have good learning motivation if there is good use of media such as Youtube starting from reading, writing and arithmetic. Psychologically, this program affects the psychology of teachers to remain role models and enthusiastic about educating the nation's children and to students to be wise in using the Youtube application, especially related to learning content, reading, writing and how to count.

Abstract

The procedure for registering for Halal Certification through the SIHALAL application is an important issue because currently the development of culinary businesses in the regions continues to emerge in the lives of people whose areas are dominated by Muslims. Through halal product certification, it will help culinary business actors that the products marketed meet the requirements according to Islamic law. Therefore, this community service uses a collaborative mentor method, namely socialization about exploring information on the definition and meaning of halal and assistance in registering the SIHALAL application. The results of this community service activity certainly provide 1) benefits to culinary business actors by bringing guaranteed products, 2) building consumer trust, 3) helping the people of Asam Jawa Village, Sumber Rejo Hamlet, Torgamba District, South Labuhanbatu Regency about halal certification literacy and 4) ensuring that products and halal certification processes are in accordance with Islamic law mechanisms 5) introducing the SIHALAL application to the general public.
