The aim of this study is to ascertain effect of Corporate Governance mechanisms on the possibility of financial statements containing fraud. This study examines the size of the board of commissioners as determined by the total number of board members in a company, the proportion of independent board members as determined by the proportion of an organization's board of directors that are independent as a percentage of the total number of board members, and board members with international experience. The audit committee's and worldwide audit's efficacy is evaluated by assigning a code one if all necessary information is released, a code two if Indonesia is informed but does not comply with the Code of Good Corporate Governance, and a code three if no information is provided. The Beneish M-Score measures financial statement fraud. The company indicated manipulator would be given code one if not indicated code 0. The company's size is quantified by the logarithm of the company's total assets in year t, leverage is measured by dividing total debt by total equity, and the company's age is estimated based on the number of years since the corporation was incorporated. On the Stock Exchange. A sample in this study of 100 non-financial companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019. The statistical method used is binary logistics analysis. The findings of this study indicate that board size does not affect the likelihood of financial statements containing fraud; the proportion of independent board members does not affect the possibility of financial statements preventing fraud; board members with international experience do not affect the likelihood of financial statements preventing fraud.

This study aims to analyze the quality of information that is present in campus E-Learning and the satisfaction of students as E-Learning users in learning in terms of the quality of information during the covid-19 pandemic in the city of Makassar. By distributing questionnaires to 100 research samples, the results obtained simultaneously or simultaneously all indicators of information quality variables, namely intrinsic view (X1), context-based view(X2), and representational view(X3) significantly and positively affect student satisfaction in using E-Learning on online learning during the covid-19 pandemic.

The emergence of Government Regulation Number 2 of 2007 concerning Procedures for Acquiring, Losing, Canceling, and Regaining Indonesian Citizenship as well as the issuance of Government Regulation Number 31 of 2013 concerning Implementing Regulations of Law Number 6 of 2011 concerning Immigration requires children with dual citizenship who choose citizenship Foreigners are required to return all documents that can provide identical proof of Indonesian Citizens including Immigration Documents such as Passport of the Republic of Indonesia and Affidavit. However, in its implementation in the field, there are still many subjects with dual nationality who choose foreigners and those in charge not to do this. This of course can cause other problems. There should be awareness and strict sanctions should be made on those who do not carry out these obligations. Thus, if the issuance of legal rules governing the sanctions is expected to provide a deterrent effect for those who do not carry out these obligations. The existence of this journal writing is expected to be useful for various parties while for the Immigration ranks so that it can be used as reference material in conducting further research.

This study analyzes the social implementation of voter registration policy in the regional head elections in North Sulawesi Province in 2017. According to the eligible residents in the constituency, the process of voter registration through voter list update to produce a voter list is completely fulfilled voting rights. Thus, during the vote, those who have the right to vote can exercise their voting rights. But in the course of the trip, the administrative activities of the preparation of voter lists by the Voter Data Update Officer (PPDP) conducted Matching, and Research (Coklit) encountered obstacles, voter data collection in each village clashed with the constraints of population indifference to be registered as voters and the obligation of recording electronic ID cards, the socio-economic condition of the community that the majority as farmers prioritize their time and needs with agricultural activities and on the other hand the migration of population because of duties and jobs and work and education outside the electoral district.

The present study aimed to determine the effectiveness of the women empowerment program implemented by Harmony Women Crisis Center (HWCC) Jombang Regency. Regarding the effectiveness of women empowerment of victims of domestic violence implemented by HWCC, a community named Sekar Arum was established. Consisting of 20 members at the beginning, there were only ten members left. A range of factors accounts for this decrease, despite its importance in developing financially autonomous women in order to prevent domestic violence due to economic factors. The organization optimally put all efforts and resources, such as competent, experienced resources, to assist the victim. Organizations related to the handling of domestic violence are expected to recruit competent employees with linear educational backgrounds. It is necessary to have employees with skills to provide psychological and legal assistance. It is also recommended to improve the collaboration and activity performance by involving village cadres in order to spread the movement in a more sustainable fashion in more villages. It is also necessary for HWCC to allocate special funds for women empowerment activities. Such funds can be proposed to the Department of Women and Children Protection of PPKB PPPA budget. The government should improve its collaboration with HWCC to provide psychological support and recover victims’ social function. Thus, the women victim of violence can be freed from public stigmatization. The regional government of Jombang Regency should take issues on women empowerment as its program focus.

This study analyzes the efforts to eradicate narcotics criminals carried out by law enforcement officers against the existence of marijuana fields and the cultivation of cannabis plants in the community. This paper uses normative legal research. The research approach used by the researcher is the statutory approach and the conceptual approach. The technique used to analyze the data is descriptive qualitative in line with the research method applied by the researcher. Efforts to eradicate narcotics crimes carried out by law enforcement officers are through penal and non-penal channels. The corrective route is understood through the procedures of the criminal justice system, while the non-penal course involves the community. Article 104 of Law Number 35 of 2009 concerning Narcotics states that the community has the amplest opportunity to prevent and eradicate abuse and illicit trafficking of narcotics and narcotic precursors. Furthermore, Article 105 says that the community has rights and responsibilities to prevent and eliminate abuse and illegal trafficking of drugs and narcotic precursors.

This research is about the online learning evaluation during covid-19 using the CSE-UCLA evaluation model. It is was aimed to evaluate the implementation of online learning during COVID-19. This research was done at Universitas Kristen Indonesia (UKI) using a qualitative approach with an evaluative study design is the CSE-UCLA evaluation model design. The subjects of this study were lecturers and students and were taken through purposive sampling. The instruments used in this research were questionnaires and interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique used in evaluating online learning use at the UKI is based on the assessment system components, program planning, program implementation, program improvement, and including good criteria, in terms of quality level improvement programs including good program certification. The study's result was that, in general, the quality level of the online learning used at the UKI is already in good criteria. When viewed from the component system assessment level of quality including good criteria, in terms of quality level planning program including good criteria, in terms of quality level implementation of the program criteria, and when viewed from quality level certification programs also include good criteria.

Service quality is an assessment of a service provided to the public. With respect to good service quality, consumers will continuously re-consumption due to the satisfaction they feel. Thus, good service quality will lead to satisfaction. While the data collection techniques used are interviews, observations. The results showed that the quality of health services was good quality data for 18 outpatients (60%) and poor quality data for 12 outpatient data (40%). While patient satisfaction was 16 patients (53.3%) and 14 patients were less satisfied (46.7%). The results of the T-test obtained a significance value of <0.5, meaning that H1 is accepted, which means that it is contained in the quality of health services to outpatient satisfaction. It is concluded that the quality of health services has an influence on patient satisfaction.

Khalwat is being alone with a man who is not a mahram. In some areas, especially in Aceh, when the perpetrators of seclusion occur, the local community provides sanctions for the perpetrators of seclusion and then the perpetrators of seclusion are married. Based on these problems, this study wants to discuss how the legality of the marriage of the perpetrators of khalwat in Syafi'iyyah Fiqh. This research is descriptive qualitative research, and in collecting data the author uses the documentation review method. The results of the study indicate that forced marriages against perpetrators of khalwat or perverts are categorized into illegitimate marriages because they are not justified by syara' the occurrence of coercion in marriage. While on the other hand, the marriage can be valid if the forced marriage fulfills the elements of coercion permitted by syara'.

Fire is a disaster that often occurs anywhere regardless of place and time, especially in areas with dense residential concentrations such as urban areas. Therefore, handling fire disasters is an important thing to be done properly so as not to cause casualties and minimize the damage that can result from the fire. Medan during the Dutch colonial period was a city with quite rapid growth in it, especially at the beginning of the 20th century. The increasing number of residents and buildings that stand in Medan is certainly a potential for situations that can cause a fire disaster at any time. Therefore, to be able to provide a sense of security to the residents of Medan from the threat of fire disasters, the Medan City government at that time formed a fire department in 1907 to be able to cope with any fire disasters that would occur in the middle of the city. The fire extinguishers in Medan during the Dutch colonial period certainly had their own challenges and methods based on the conditions and technology at that time in an effort to extinguish every fire that existed. This paper discusses how to handle fires carried out by the Medan City fire department during the colonial period. How to see their ways in anticipating fire disasters and see what resources they have in supporting their work to extinguish fires in the middle of Medan City at that time.
