Abstract

On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization (WHO) declared COVID-19 a global pandemic. The decision was issued by the WHO when the corona virus has spread in 118 countries and infected more than 121000 people in Asia, Europe, the Middle East and America. Along with this decision, WHO also issued guidelines on preventing COVID-19, namely by wearing masks, keeping a distance and washing hands. In Indonesia itself, this change has raised a few pros and cons among the people. Some people seem enthusiastic about following guidelines called health protocols, while others seem reluctant to follow them, especially in worship activities. This is evidenced by the emergence of some negative reactions when the scholars, either institutionally or personally issue a fatwa that seems to legitimize the health protocol submitted by the government. In fact, if studied further and objectively, Islam through its jurisprudence has prepared such a concept that accommodates the difficult situations faced by humans. One of the principles of fiqh law is to facilitate the practice of law when humans are in difficult conditions by changing the practice procedures from the usual form to an easier form. This principle is known as rukhshah. When an area is being hit by a disease outbreak, especially since the outbreak has spread globally to the point of being called a pandemic, fiqh of course does not remain silent in responding to the situation. Based on the above, This paper seeks to research and see further whether the current situation related to COVID-19 is included in the category that deserves legal relief or not. This research was conducted by measuring the current situation with the concept of rukhshah which was initiated by the scholars.

Abstract

Public services running so far still have weaknesses; there are still many complaints from the public. Therefore we researched to examine and analyze the influence of government service program management on employee performance in realizing the effectiveness of achieving public services. This research uses an explanatory method with a survey technique. The research population is employees at the Department of the Environment. The sampling technique uses a census. Methods of data collection using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. Methods of data analysis using the method of path analysis (path analysis). The study results indicate that the management of government service programs is not optimal because there are still problems in determining staff, preparing the implementing structure, and distributing tasks. In employee performance, there are still problems of independence in decision making, work speed, and cooperation. On the effectiveness of achieving government services, there are still problems achieving length of service time, quality of service, and completeness of service. Thus, based on the findings in this study, there are several things that the authors suggest, namely: first, the Regional Government Assistants improve guidance to service providers related to service program management. Second, improve coaching for employees to improve employee abilities. Third, employees should be able to improve their ability to use technology and innovate to carry out services quickly. Fourth, increasing the availability of service facilities through proposals to the district government to increase the service budget.

Abstract

The electricity grid protection system at Kualanamu International Airport is urgently needed. The purpose of protection in addition to maintaining the reliability and stability of the electric power system also functions to detect disturbances, prevent damage to equipment (equipment & networks), protect humans and minimize outages in the event of a system disturbance. flight safety operations, services to passengers, operations, and equipment work at Kualanamu Airport. Safety or protection settings are based on the characteristics of the protection installed in the distribution system, which greatly affects working time, from the protection security area if there is a failure in the main protection. determine the setting of the overcurrent relay against overcurrent disturbances that may occur due to short circuit faults. To simplify the calculation of the disturbance analysis, it is simulated using the Electric Transient and Analysis Program (ETAP) Power Station12.6 software. The relay protection that is used and set is the overcurrent relay at the Kualanamu Airport Medium Voltage Network Sub Station. This relay functions to protect fault currents against ground-phase, ground-phase, ground-phase, and 3-phase. The protection relay setting refers to the provisions in force at PLN, namely for the interruption time of the 20 kV network disturbance at the substation from the time of a disturbance to the extinction of the electric arc by the opening of the power circuit breaker (PMT) the feeder is: less than or equal to 400 milliseconds and for ground-phase short circuit faults NGR12 maximum disconnection time of 500 milliseconds, NGR40 maximum disconnection time of 1000 milliseconds.

Abstract

This literature analysis aims to understand the relevance of social media applications as a marketing strategy for Indonesian tourist destinations in the virtual era. As technology advances, all businesses are involved in technology. One of them is using social media applications as a strategy in marketing tourist destinations in a country. In order to understand how relevant social media applications are to tourism destination marketing, we have collected evidence from previous studies and then analyzed them by involving an in-depth evaluation and interpretation coding system so that we can understand the relevance of the two variables above. Our data search is done electronically on databases of several international publications such as search, Taylor and Francis, Google books, several other publications. Based on the study and discussion results, we understand that social media applications are very relevant in providing information and promoting various tourist destinations in Indonesia, which are well-known tourist destinations. Thus, this finding is hoped to continue obtaining data for academic purposes and other business applications

Abstract

People's shopping style is now traditional again, which usually comes to the market to buy an item, but now people can shop online just by pressing their smartphone screen while sitting relaxed at home. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of the e-satisfaction variable on the repurchase intention variable at shopee at the students of Politeknik IT&B Medan. This type of research is quantitative research with causality research design. The population in this study were all Politeknik IT&B Medan, majoring in Business Administration Management, semester 2 and 4, who had shopped at least twice using the Shopee e-commerce application. The sample in this study were 47 people. The data analysis method used was simple linear regression with partial test (t), and the coefficient of determination (R2). The results showed that the e-satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on the repurchase intention variable. The e-satisfaction variable can explain the repurchase intention variable by 64.6% and the remaining 35.4% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

In Chanoyu, Omotenashi, serving wholeheartedly begins when one thinks of carrying out chanoyu. It starts with making and sending invitations, preparing the venue and equipments, welcoming guests, and tidying it up again reflected real forms of omotenashi. Chanoyu, Sadou, or the way of Tea not only includes how to serve tea to guests and followed by the guests drink the tea, but it is full of teachings to serve and to live a harmonious life. This paper discusses omotenashi expressed in Rikyuu Douka. Rikyuu Douka is a teaching written by Sen no Rikyuu in the form of 100 pieces of waka on the procedure of preparing the tea room, treating equipments, and also things needed to be done both by the host and the guests. Of the 100 poems, 20 poems related to the procedure of serving the guests were examined. Using descriptive analysis methods and data sources taken from "Rikyuu Douka ni Manabu (Urasenke Gakuen Koukai Kouza PEL Siri-zu)" written by Abe Sosei, published by Tankousha in 2000, this paper discusses omotenashi taught by Sen no Rikyuu through his poems. Moreover, this paper is also expected to be an input for research on Japanese-style services.
