Abstract

This study is aimed to determine the women's understanding of financial inclusion in making financial decisions in the family. Where previously this research will map the understanding of financial literacy that is owned by women in two regional locations, namely Pacitan Regency and Tangerang Regency. The form of empirical testing analysis which we have used is using Structural Equation Model (SEM) with nonlinear regression technique Partial Least Squares (PLS). Population affordable research, each district will be taken as many as 150 respondents in order to obtain a total sample of 300 respondents. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling, namely sampling based on recommendations from respondents from both regions. The results achieved are demographically mapped patterns of literacy and financial inclusion among women SMEs in Pacitan and Tangerang in terms of utilization of financial institutions, banking products & services, basic knowledge of finance and investment decisions. These two areas have different study results. In the next section, this research also succeeded in proving the existence of a structural modeling of literacy and inclusion of preferences for respondents Pacitan and Tangerang combined. The results of this study also confirm the effectiveness of structural modeling in the area of financial literacy research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Motivation (E.R.G Needs) on Employee Work Productivity, either partially or simultaneously, on employees of the National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN) Garut Selatan Office. The research method used is descriptive and verification research methods with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique in this study used a non-probability sample with a saturated sample technique, namely 100 employees of the South Garut South Garut National Aeronautics and Space Agency (LAPAN). In the t-test, t count > t table equals 2.209 > 1.9847, with a significance level of 0.005 < 0.05, and ttable equals 2.209 > 1.9847. To sum up, personal needs have an impact on the amount of work people are able to get done t count > t table is 2, > 1.9847 and 0.000 < 0.05 is significant, therefore it may be argued that Relatedness Needs impact Work Productivity. To conclude that growth affects work productivity, we can look at the data and see that the values of t count > t table are 2, > 1.9847 and 0.000 < 0.05. This shows that Existence Needs, Relatedness Needs, and Growth Needs all have an impact on Work Productivity, and the significant value of 0.000 > 0.05 can be deduced from the results of the F test. An R square of 0.299, or 29.9 percent, was derived from the coefficient of determination analysis. Existence, Relatedness, and Growth Needs Affect Work Productivity by 29.9%, whereas Variables Not Examined Affect Work Productivity by 70.1% the remaining.

Abstract

Handling reproductive disorders aims to increase the beef cattle population and lead to beef self-sufficiency. One of the disorders in reproduction in cows is a case of ovarian hypofunction. In general, this case occupies the highest position in Langkat Regency. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the successful handling of cattle ovary hypofunction in Langkat Regency. The variables analyzed were body condition score, therapeutic treatment and the type of cow rearing. This research is a non-experimental study using logistic regression method. The data that used in this study were secondary data which was collected with a cross sectional approach. The data was obtained from the documentation of the Department of Agriculture and the Office of Food Security in Langkat Regency. The population was 658 cows that was diagnosed with ovarian hypofunction. The number of samples used in this study were 249 samples calculated by the slovin method. The sampling method was simple random sampling. The results of the analysis showed that the highest score of the body condition of the study sample was moderate. Most therapy in cattle with successful ovarian hypofunction is treatment one and two. The type of cow rearing that used with the highest number is the intensive one. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that all the independent variables, namely body condition score, treatment / therapy, and type of cow rearing had a P value less than 0.05. So that the overall variables have a significant effect on the success of Ovarian Hypofunction in cattle in Langkat Regency. The variable that has the greatest influence on the success of ovarian hypofunction is the variable of treatment / therapy. Treatment or therapy in cattle is suggested to be a top priority which is always developed by related parties in order to increase production through successful treatment of ovarian hypofunction in cattle in Langkat Regency.

Abstract

Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation that affected people, including university student. The research intention is to know the contribution of digital literacy and digital entrepreneurship to digital economy among university student. The study used PLS-SEM and the data was collected through online questionnaire. The questionnaire was distributed among university students in Jakarta in which 103 respond and filled it. The result of the research that digital literacy influenced both digital entrepreneurship and digital economy, digital entrepreneurship influenced digital economy.

Abstract

The background of this research is that since the stipulation of Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the RTRW of Central Kalimantan Province until now the implementation has not been as expected, this can be seen through the problems that occur starting from the determination of the area into an office area, settlement and for investment purposes in the construction stage in the forest area. Meanwhile, the purpose of this study is to analyze and find out the RTRW planning for Central Kalimantan Province which has not yet been optimally implemented, analyze and find out the inhibiting factors for Central Kalimantan Provincial RTRW planning and formulate the Central Kalimantan Provincial RTRW planning strategy. The focus of this research is to analyze the RTRW planning strategy of Central Kalimantan Province, and to formulate the RTRW planning strategy used by Central Kalimantan Province. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive method. The results show that there are two things that affect the regional spatial planning process, namely First, micro factors related to development both from the manager's point of view and from the provider's point of view, including technical, managerial management), Financial (finance), Economics, Environmental impact, Social and security. Second, macro factors, namely the government's problem to see the relationship between projects and government programs as a whole, which consists of the suitability of the location and regional economic development strategies. Third, Central Kalimantan the provincial RTRW planning strategy uses ASOCA's Internal and External Factors Strategy Analysis which results in other Agility to produce a more optimal RTRW planning strategy through the ASC Rahma Strategy. ASC Rahma's strategy is through a synoptic planning approach which consists of the first synoptic planning, procurement of forest areas based on the outline of regional needs, the second synoptic planning, encouraging RDTR to be immediately established as an operational implementation of investment activities on a micro scale, the third synoptic planning, supervising preparation of the RTRW so that it can be accepted by the community. All stakeholders, and the fourth synoptic planner, ensures that the RTRW planning does not experience difficulties in its implementation in the field.

Abstract

Army is one of particular profession which has extremely high-risk job. Most of Indonesian Army member will be deployed to a danger area that has dynamics situation. Coworker support is needed for them to increase soldier work engagement and enabling them to show their best performance in a deployment. Data collection methods used in this research was survey method by using Coworker Support Scale Items (2002), Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (2012), and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale/ UWES (2002). The participants of the study were 541 Indonesian Army whom deployed in danger area. Data processing and analysis were using Hayes PROCESS Procedure model 4 program (Simple Mediation). The result shows that the presence of high Coworker’s support would increase for work engagement and eventually enabling soldiers to perform their best on the deployment.

Abstract

The marriage agreement is regulated in Article 29 of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage which essentially states that a marriage agreement must be made with a notarial deed, or with a written agreement ratified by the Marriage Registrar, before the marriage takes place or at the time the marriage takes place and The Marriage Agreement shall come into force since the marriage was held, and cannot be changed, unless from both parties there is an agreement to change and the change does not harm a third party. Based on the Decision of the Constitutional Court Number 69/PUU-XIII/2015, the Court is of the opinion that the implementation of the marriage agreement is not limited to being carried out only at or before the marriage is held, but also during the marriage contract, the marriage agreement can be executed by husband and wife upon mutual agreement.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine 1) the effect of hospital safety on patient satisfaction, 2) the effect of infrastructure on patient satisfaction, 3) the effect of staff competence on patient satisfaction, and 4) the influence of hospital safety, infrastructure and staff competence on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction. At XY Hospital. The results of the study show several findings 1) the effect of hospital safety on patient satisfaction shows that the relationship between the two is positive 2) the influence of infrastructure on patient satisfaction shows that the quality of infrastructure increases, patient satisfaction also increases, 3) the influence of staff competence on patient satisfaction shows a direct influence by staff competence on patient satisfaction, 4) the effect of patient satisfaction on patient loyalty shows that patient satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on patient loyalty, the effect of hospital safety on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction shows that health services affect patient loyalty through patient satisfaction. The effect of infrastructure on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction shows that there is an indirect effect of hospital infrastructure on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction. The effect of staff competence on patient loyalty by mediating patient satisfaction shows that there is a significant indirect effect of staff competence on patient loyalty mediated by patient satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of the business world in the era of globalization has made the business competition map more competitive. The company generally aims to earn operating profit and seeks to maintain and develop the viability of the business itself and find solutions because the Plastic Woven Packaging Manufacturing Company in Gresik, has problems with a decrease in employee performance, This study aims to analyze the effect of employee integrity and discipline in improving their performance through their work motivation. And the following research applies quantitative methods using a population of employees of the Plastic Woven Packaging Manufacturing Company in Gresik which uses a sample of 100 employees from the production department. The results of the following study provide evidence that the effect of (1) work integrity has a significant direct effect on performance (2) work discipline also has a significant direct influence on performance (3) work integrity has a significant direct effect on work motivation and (4) work discipline also affects significantly directly on work motivation while (5) work motivation has a significant direct effect on performance,and for the results of the indirect effect through the mediating variable of work motivation that (6) Integrity has a significant direct effect and can improve employee performance although not through work motivation as a mediating variable while (7) Work discipline has no significant effect and can improve employee performance directly even though not through work motivation as a mediating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between work motivation and work commitment in the Kencono Wungu Cooperative. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between work motivation and work commitment of employees at the Kencono Wungu Cooperative. Employees who have high motivation will have a high work commitment as well. Vice versa, employees who have low motivation will have low work commitment as well. A quantitative approach with correlational research was used in this study. Purposive Sampling with 20 subjects as a sampling technique. Some of the research instruments used include validity tests with the results of the validity index of work motivation (x) being 0.934 and work commitment (y) being 0.937. To test the reliability of the variable (x) of 0.934 and the variable (y) of 0.937. Both variables are normally distributed because the results of the normality test show the results of 0.065; p=0.05. And the two variables have a linear relationship because the results of the linearity test are 0.542; p=0.05. The correlation test results show that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and work commitment (r = 0.542; p = 0.000 < 0.05). As a result, the goal is to have a high level of work motivation and a high level of work commitment.
