This paper aims to compare interior monologue which is a modern technique in three selected novels. Comparing Houshang Golshiri’s Shazdeh Ehtejab with Virginia Woolf’s Mrs. Dalloway and To the Lighthouse. Golshiri has made use of both direct and indirect interior monologues in his master piece, Shazdeh Ehtejab. An early example in Persian fiction which has a great emphasis on form and techniques of narrating the story. The present study will examine, in detail the creation of interior monologue through the minds of characters with reference to Golshiri’s Shazdeh Ehtejab and Virginia Woolf’s two selected novels, Mrs. Dalloway and To the Lighthouse. Focusing on the narrative techniques used by these two modernist writers and deals with illustrations from the novel and its explanations. The aim of this study is to show how Golshiri and Woolf try to move deeply into the character’s consciousness. They use the narrative technique, Interior Monologue, in their novels that deals with the flow of ideas, thoughts, feelings, and sensation.

The study’s goal was to find out the improvements of the students’ speaking by using songs at SMA Yasmor Plus Oenoni in the academic year of 2021/2022. The issue was that they were less motivated to improve their speaking skills. This study was classified as action research. This study included 17 students of the class XI IPA and an English teacher as a research collaborator. Interviews, observations, and documentation were the instruments used. In this study, the researchers used both qualitative and quantitative data to analyze the data. The research findings revealed that using songs as a teaching media in speaking activities in the English class was proven to be effective in increasing students’ motivation to speak. It has the potential to draw students’ attention and increase their motivation. They were also given opportunities to practice their public speaking skills. This was also evident from the speaking scores showed that the number of students in the category of excellent at the first meeting was only three, they were able to increase their category to 17 which indicated that they significantly improved in some aspects of their speaking ability, such as pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

The source of all knowledge is Allah SWT. However, this is evidenced by the verses of the Qur'an which say that knowledge comes from Allah and as a teacher (teacher). Muslim scientists are of the opinion that what Western philosophers put forward about how to acquire knowledge is not as perfect and complete as that which Allah conveys in the Qur'an. The scientific method is a method or certain steps that must be taken in order to carry out a scientific project. The scientific method can also be interpreted as a way of applying logical principles to the discovery, validation and explanation of truth. There are several scientific methods in Islam, namely the bayani method, the burhani method, the tajribi method, and the irfani method. The commentators use the bayani method in studying and exploring the knowledge contained in the Qur'an, the philosophers apply the burhani method in understanding non-physical objects, the scientists apply the tajribi method to study physical objects and the Sufis apply the irfani method to witnessing non-physical objects.

Along with the times, especially during this pandemic, the need for the use of the internet, social media, and other digital technologies has become a major lifestyle in every community. This need directly or indirectly creates dependence in every aspect of modern human life. Therefore, it is undeniable that this can be a positive potential if business actors can make good use of it because information technology can change conventional business processes to become easier, more effective and efficient. However, in addition to creating convenience, information technology can cause obstacles for business actors if it is not used properly. Business architecture analysis is one way to assess what business activities need and develop. This journal presents business recommendations for the wedding shoe industry.

Hospitals as one of the service industries face the challenges of globalization that can hinder development as well as become opportunities for advancement. Hospitals are required to “be able to absorb the aspirations that develop in society and also have to make adjustments in services to improve hospital performance, because the intense competition between hospitals demands that hospitals as service providers are required to always pamper consumers by providing the best service, so that performance medical personnel must be really good at supporting the quality of service, with adequate human resources.” Therefore, “the purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of service quality and human resources (HR) in influencing the performance of medical personnel through compensation provided by the organization. The following research uses a quantitative approach that has a population of all health workers and the sample is 68 respondents, which is called a saturated sample. And for the analysis model using the analysis program SmartPLS 3.0.”This study resulted that (1) “the quality of human resources directly affect the performance of health workers; (2) the quality of human resources has a direct effect on compensation; (3) compensation has a direct effect on the performance of health workers, while the results of the indirect effect test show that (4) the quality of human resources can directly affect the performance of health workers even without going through compensation as a mediation, therefore there needs to be attention in improving the quality of human resources and compensation that has been given by the organization to health workers so that health workers will further improve their performance.”

This study aims to determine the effect of reading interest and study habits on mathematics learning outcomes. The results showed that the variables of reading interest and study habits simultaneously (simultaneously) had an influence on mathematics learning outcomes which were expressed by the following regression equation model: Y = 49,014 + 0,479X1 – 0,212X2. From the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the variables of reading interest and study habits together have a significant influence on mathematics learning outcomes. The two independent variables contributed to the learning outcomes of mathematics by 17%. While partially, reading interest and learning habits each have a significant influence on mathematics learning outcomes.

21st century learning requires the world of education to produce graduates who have creativity, who encourage creative and collaborative processes in solving problems. The purpose of this study was to obtain dimensional data and indicators of creativity skills in students, teachers and school principals. This research method is Mixed Method, with Exploratory Sequential Design model. The conclusions of this study are: (1) The number and names of the dimensions remain the same, namely there are 5 (five) with 21 (twenty one) indicators. (2) There is a change in the number and name of the indicator. The number of indicators for each dimension are: (a) Dimensions of creative thinking ability, there are 4 (four) indicators; (b) Dimensions of working creatively with other people have 3 (three) indicators; (c) There are 6 (six) indicators to interpret a failure; (d) Dimensions of implementing idea innovation into innovation for success, there are 5 (five) indicators; (e) Dimensions of thinking outside the habit there are 3 indicators. Suggestion: Research can be followed up by using dimensions and indicators of 21st century learning creativity skills in students and teachers, with various sample characteristics. The results of the assessment can be used to measure the level of existing creativity skills.

Traffic density data plays an important role in decision making by the Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). This system uses this data in the process of adaptive traffic management. The inaccuracy of the data provided into the ITS system can result in errors in decision making. This study utilizes digital image engineering technology in the detection of four-wheeled vehicles in traffic traffic for the purpose of acquiring traffic density data. In this study, we propose a multi-ROI (Region of Interest) pixel area method. This multi-ROI proposal is to be put forward to improve reading accuracy compared to just one ROI. With the use of this multi-ROI, the information obtained from the overall ROI can strengthen the accuracy of the data of vehicles passing in a lane. Our experimental results show that the use of multi-ROI with a certain amount of ROI can produce an accuracy rate of up to 88.66% compared to single-ROI which has an accuracy rate of 84.65%.
