Abstract

Islamic education is currently experiencing a decline in terms of Islamic values which causes setbacks. Educational observers analyze several reasons for the decline, including the material of life that does not refer to its main source, the occurrence of social and cultural crises, the loss of good examples, the right faith, and Islamic values. This problem requires the right solution in order to immediately get a solution so that the Islamic education process is able to run as expected. For this reason, it is necessary to refer to the Qur'an as a solution to the personality characteristics of educators. In this study, the researcher chose Surah Al-A‟la as the Surah of choice to examine the personality characteristics of the educators contained in it. This type of research is library research, which is a document study whose data sources come from written materials whose discussion is related to the character of educators. Researchers found the relevance of the character of educators to Islamic education, namely aqidah is the basic foundation that humans must have. This foundation must be firmly planted and realized in the form of habituation in order to form a character that is uswatun hasanah, namely noble character that can be imitated and followed by students and those around them. Then the relationship between educators as innovators, mentors, motivators and advisors is a form of attitude that is needed and must exist in educators so that the goals of Islamic education are successful.

Abstract

Shopping online as a new lifestyle is common in the Covid-19 pandemic. The emergence of various e-commerce platforms in Indonesian society has become a new alternative that facilitates the current pattern of people's shopping behavior. Many companies are experimenting with decentralized decision making and software to make new digital work cultures more effective and productive as working in a physical office. The existence of this pandemic can encourage consumers who do not like online shopping to finally switch to online shopping. With a phenomenon like this, the research was conducted with the aim of obtaining findings regarding the description of the application of digital marketing during the COVID-19 period seen through sharia viewpoint. This type of research uses descriptive analysis method, namely by analyzing independent variables without making comparisons and looking for correlations with other variables. From the research that has been done, it is found that every company or producer should pay attention to the condition of the products being marketed, especially in terms of Islamic law (halal and haram) and for online buying and selling transactions there is no element of usury (interest) and maisir (gambling). With the research that has been done, it is expected to increase the profit of the company or producer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of using an audio-visual-based online trial practice module, the factors and efforts to improve students' understanding of the practical trial materials. This research is a quantitative research with descriptive statistical method. Data collection techniques used in this study consisted of observation and questionnaires. Respondents in this study amounted to 98 people. The data analysis used in this research is using descriptive statistical data analysis. The results showed that in the initial test, students' understanding of the practical trial material was 122.37, while when using the online trial practice module the average level of student understanding was 137.39. Therefore, if we compare from the initial test to the post test, there is an increase of 23.02. This shows that the use of the online trial practice module is effective in increasing the understanding of law students at the Sharia Faculty of IAIN Palopo. The inhibiting factors in using the online trial module are network constraints, direct trial review constraints and trial mastery techniques. While the supporting factors are easily accessible material, complete and current material and interesting online material. Efforts to increase student understanding through the use of online court practice modules can be carried out through the use of videos of national legal experts, easy downloadable access to literature, the addition of video practice trials in various cases, the provision of trial practice game features and the provision of commentary features on the online module.

Then the value of t arithmetic is 5.806 > t table 1.6625 explaining that workload (X2) has a positive effect on employee performance variable (Y). Furthermore, the results of the regression analysis with a t-count value of 2.090 > t-table 1.6625 proves that the incentive (X3) has a positive effect on the employee performance variable (Y). The results of the regression analysis of the t arithmetic value of 2.060 > t table 1.6625 explains that motivation (X4) has a positive effect on employee performance variables (Y). Simultaneous test analysis in this study shows that the value of Fcount is 23,803> Ftable 2.48 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. From these results,Working Hours (X1), Workload(X2), Incentives (X3) and Motivation (X4)positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). The value of R Square from the analysis of the coefficient of determination of 0.523 means that work productivity can be explained by the variableWorking Hours (X1), Workload(X2), Incentives (X3) and Motivation (X4) by 52.3%, while the remaining 47.7% can be explained by other variables not examined in this study.
