Abstract

PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV Teh Bah Butong Business Unit, a company that produces products in the form of powdered tea, is one of the companies that continues to grow. Based on observations made in the production processing section, the tea production process often experiences problems. One of the causes is the declining performance of the factors of production, namely equipment. This declining performance of production factors is the cause of the loss of productive time within a certain time. Economically, this would be counter-productive to efforts to meet the company's production targets. This problem will be analyzed by measuring the overall effectiveness of production factors or machines (OEE method), as an important part of a series of industrial production processes. From the calculation results, the level of effectiveness of the production system performance according to world-class benchmark standards has not yet reached the specified standard. In measuring effectiveness, the average performance is 67%. This figure can actually be increased, so that it shows the production performance as targeted by the corporation.

Locution represents the element of antics with the words of blessing, praying, and demanding with no tendency at all. Illocution represents the element of antics with the words and sentences that give permission that have a tendency in speech acts for example, thank you, offer, ask, and promise with the tendency of the partners’ response such as laughter, applause, and screams that arise. Perlocution represents the element of antics through sentences that are deceptive, confusing, encouraging, convincing, encouraging, influencing, embarrassing, and attracting attention and influence from the speech partner such as trying to guess what thought Raditya Dhika will say.

By using Jensen's Alpha it was found that 24 stocks had a positive alpha (outperform) compared to other stocks studied. The results also show that 14 stocks have a beta coefficient of less than one (<1) and 30 stocks have a beta coefficient of more than one (>1); 24 undervalued stocks and 20 overvalued stocks. In this study, it was also found that stocks with high betas do not automatically provide high returns.

Abstract

This article talked about the analysis of the chronology of the Qur'an perspective by Theodor Nöldeke and Sir William Muir in their books The History of the Qur'an and Life of Mahomet using a descriptive-comparative method. The chronology of the Al-Qur`an that was initiated by Theodor Nöldeke by using the theory of four periods revelations (three periods of Makkah and one period of Medina) were assessed as the attempts to make it easy for Western orientalist on how to study the Qur'an. However, not a few of western scholars criticized Nöldeke's chronology because it had several weaknesses including the division of three periods of Mecca which did not have a solid foundation, the inconsistency of the application of the characteristics letters, the incongruity with historical reality that was visible in the calendar of the sura Al-Fâtihah, and a decrease in the quality of the language style of The Al-Qur`an, even Nöldeke's chronology, was only categorized as letters based on the same characteristics that were not in the chronological order of the Qur'an. As for Sir William Muir, who composed the chronology of the Qur'an into six periods of revelation (five periods of Mecca and one the Medina period) was considered to be too ideological and viewed as radical because he determined the date of the group of letters he was dating as he called it a rhapsody letter, before the Prophet received the first revelation.
