Abstract

The need for public transportation services is needed for metropolitan cities like Jakarta. Public transportation can support faster mobility. To support the service requirements required communication networks and have good media access. In this thesis will discuss the design of the Transjakarta communication network from stop to stop in corridor 13 and Helte to BLU Jakarta by using optical fiber media with passive optical Gigabit technology Network that is connected to the Central Transjakarta Network. Corridor 13 has 15 stops starting from Tendean Stop until Ciledug Stop. From the design that is made using FTTH network architecture with the components of the optical fiber transmission network (transmitter), transmission and receiver media (receiver) and provides several devices that can be categorized in active and passive components. In the design of this thesis, discuss the Giga technology standards in accordance with ITU-T G.984. From the laying down of the network infrastructure in question, the total attenuation value of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been analyzed until the customer gets the lowest value of 11.5 dB and the highest value of 26.8 dB has met the standard of ​

Abstract

This Soge Beach Resort Hotel is the first 5-star Resort Hotel in the city of Pacitan. Because the city of Pacitan has quite attractive tourist destinations, and also very beautiful natural potential, this has led to many foreign and local tourists arriving, but the accommodation facilities are inadequate, so this Soge Beach Resort Hotel was designed. Designing a Resort Hotel using the concept of Tropical Architecture is the right alternative for this Resort Hotel because the city of Pacitan is quite hot, because Tropical Architecture is a type of architecture that provides answers or adaptations of building forms to the effects of tropical climates. Abstract

Pet Center for Mammal and Reptiles lovers is a place that provides a variety of needs and accommodates activities for pet owners, animal lovers and animal lover communities, especially for mammal and reptile animals. West Jakarta is an area with the highest number of pet owners in all of Jakarta, but the facilities available for animal lovers and animal owners are still inadequate and are not yet available in the same area. At this Pet Center all needs are available in one place, such as providing facilities for buying and selling pets, feed and accessories. For the general public who are interested to own a pet, outdoor display is available for direct viewing and interacting with pets. The services that available starting from health services and grooming / salon for pets. In addition, there are also facilities to carry out community activities such as workshops or gatherings. It is hoped that mammal and reptile lovers center will become a place that can accommodate all activities related to animal lovers.The concept used is the Metaphor Concept, this concept can express the shape of the building according to the object as a symbol and imagination of the architect, so as to produce an expressive form of the building and can make people interested through the appearance of the appearance of the building. Abstract

In this study, a battery management system for the neo blitz 2 electric car was made using the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. The battery used is a VRLA type 12 V 3 Ah battery which is commonly used on motorbikes. To be able to maintain battery performance, a battery management system is needed that is able to prevent overcharge, overdischarge and overload. In designing this battery management system uses a voltage sensor when recharging and a voltage sensor when discharging, a current sensor when recharging and a current sensor at discharge, a relay and a Solid State Relay to change the charge or discharge mode, and a 20x4 LCD for monitoring battery conditions. Research battery management system has been designed to automatically control battery usage to maintain battery performance. The test results of the sensors used can detect parameters with an error of each sensor below 3%. The protect overcharge system is able to run because when the battery reaches a voltage of 12.8 V the battery relay will turn off but the other battery relay will remain on until the battery reaches a voltage of 12.8 V and the overdischarge protect system is able to run because when the battery is detected weak or has an excess load then the Solid State Relay will be off and the LCD will display the code "LV" for low battery and code "OC" for overload. Arduino Mega 2560 is also able to process data received from sensors to further determine what work the system will do.

Abstract

The Marine Culinary Tourism Center is an architectural design work, with the application of Language Analogy or Linguistic Architecture with the application of a direct ty semiotic model as the chosen design theme, with the hope that it can provide an interpretation of architecture which states that a building is a sign of conveying information about what it really is and what it does in its planning. Kalianda City, South Lampung as the selected location which is a tourism area that has natural and cultural potential typical. The potential and development of the Culinary Tourism Area in Kalianda, South Lampung is actually based on tourism activities which are a socio-cultural interaction, which is related to what consumers or tourists enjoy in tourism activities. Such as the use of natural resources in the form of fishery products and their processing can be used as the main product of tourism.

Abstract

The use of conventional water taps for ablution is still very common, although there are many deficiencies in it. One of the drawbacks is that the valve opening on conventional faucets cannot be adjusted automatically so that the water that comes out of the faucet becomes inefficient. In this final project, a water discharge control device is designed in an automatic ablution faucet system using a microcontroller to make water use more efficient during ablution. Control of water discharge in the automatic ablution faucet system uses the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor which functions to read the distance of human hands / feet from the ultrasonic sensor. The way the water flow control works in this automatic ablution faucet system is that the valve opening can be adjusted automatically based on the reading of the ultrasonic sensor on the human hand / foot, then the distance detected by the ultrasonic sensor will be sent to the microcontroller which then gives commands to the servo faucet motor. Based on tests that have been carried out 15 times the process of ablution, this automatic ablution faucet system uses 24.05 liters / second of water while the conventional ablution faucet system uses 34.8 liters / second of water. So that the water efficiency obtained in the automatic ablution faucet system against the conventional ablution faucet system is 30.4%.

Abstract

Education Center is a place or building that serves to accommodate and serve non-formal educational activities of private ownership that have teaching and learning facilities according to standards and facilities supporting learning activities by applying ideas and a contemporary (contemporary) design that is realized into a building form. Contemporary architecture in the application of Education Center buildings is based on the Hybrid Expression Style, namely the appearance of the building which is the result of a combination of contemporary elements with other architectural elements, and the Conventional and Abstract Form, which is the appearance of buildings that display conventional forms and complex forms (popular), so it's easy to understand the intent and purpose. Abstract

Museums are permanent, non-profit institutions, serving public needs, with an open nature, utilizing collecting, conserving, researching, communicating and exhibiting real objects to the public for the needs of the study, education and pleasure. The Human Anatomy Museum is a museum tourist building that contains the science of human anatomy and the like. This museum is a science museum. The museum will be created with the application of modern architecture by the lifestyle of modern society in South Jakarta City, DKI Jakarta. Modern architecture by prioritizing simplicity and removing some monotonous ornaments can be applied to increase the interest of museum visitors and change people's views about the old museum building, but it does not eliminate the provisions of the museum building. This is because the development of modern architecture emphasizes the simplicity of a design by adhering to form follows function (form follows function) and less is more (a little "ornament" is good).

Abstract

Activities and patterns of life that are full of competition in the city of Jakarta affect the needs of women and men for the psychological and non-psychic care infrastructure. At present the beauty and fitness center which tends to be more dominant is in a separate place, so that women and men cannot get maximum psychological and non-psychic care easily and are well facilitated. To complement the beauty and fitness facilities in the city of Jakarta, a beauty and fitness center design was made by providing a place for complete relaxation between the beauty center and the fitness center in the same area, with buildings that apply modern architectural concepts. Application of Modern Architecture in the Design of Beauty and Fitness Centers in Ancol, North Jakarta based on conformity to the function of buildings that prioritizes technology and lifestyle of people in the modern era who tend to want more quickly, efficiently and practically. The concept of modern architecture is applied to the site, the shape of the building, and the use of materials as well as the uniformity of the shape of the buildings within the Beauty and Fitness Center area in order to create good harmony.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of advances in cultivation technology and supported by increasingly modern means of transportation, fish farming is now increasingly being carried out by the community. Among other things, this is also driven by a fairly good market prospect with a wider reach. Tangerang City, precisely in the area of Cipondoh, Cipondoh District, has freshwater aquaculture activities, due to the direction of the Tangerang city government which directs fisheries activities in the reservoir/Situ area. Also, the Cipondoh situ area according to the Tangerang City RTRW 2012-2032 is planned as a tourism activity. Based on the description that has been explained, the author has an idea to design a recreation area that involves fish cultivation activities and is located in Cipondoh District, Tangerang City.
