Abstract

Indonesia has a fairly high rainfall of (2000-3000 mm per year) This has the potential to be used as an alternative energy source for power generation. In this final project, a picohydro power generation system was designed with energy sources derived from rainfall. The designed system consists of gutters with a height of 1 m, 1/2" pipe, YF-S201 water flow, Picohidro Generator, INA219 sensor, Arduino Mega 2560, RTC DS3231, LCD, I2C, Micro SD Card, and 5 watt dc lamp load. The way the system works is that when it rains, the water will be collected by gutters which then the water will flow through pipes connected to the water flow and generator. Water that passes through the water flow and generator will rotate the turbine so that it produces data on water discharge and electrical power. The INA219 sensor will read the current and voltage as well as the power generated from the generator with a 5 watt dc lamp load. Water discharge and power data will then be displayed on the LCD and stored on the SD Card. The designed system is tested by means of three test scenarios namely testing 1 single generator, 2 series connection generators, and 2 parallel connection generators. From the results of system testing, the highest data was obtained in testing 1 generator that produced 25.64 mW of power with a potential energy of 1.5384 Joules.

Abstract

The design of the Nusantara culinary center with a contemporary architectural concept is a place that provides facilities for culinary activities which not only include food but also various kinds of drinks which can be used as a recreation place for tourists and the local community. The application of the principles in the design of the Indonesian culinary center building is contemporary architecture such as having lots of openings, using neutral colors, and using glass material to maximize lighting, building orientation towards sunlight and the facade material is wood. This Indonesian culinary center is in the city of Malang because there are still minimal Indonesian culinary centers. With the existence of this Indonesian culinary center, it not only provides culinary specialties from the city of Malang, but also various kinds of traditional foods and foods that are currently trending in Indonesia so that tourists who come can experience the regional culinary specialties found in Indonesia.

Abstract

In the realm of wireless communication, the choice of frequency and propagation model significantly influences signal propagation characteristics. This study delves into the comparative analysis of propagation models in 5G cellular communication, specifically focusing on the North Jakarta region. By employing the NYUSIM tool alongside 3GPP, Walfish-Ikegami, and ITU-R models, simulations were conducted at frequencies of 28 GHz and 3.5 GHz. The findings reveal a positive correlation between transmission distance and both Line-of-Sight (LOS) and Non-Line-of-Sight (NLOS) losses. As distance increases, LOS and NLOS values tend to elevate. At 28 GHz with the Omni antenna, LOS at 200 meters reaches 115.00 dB, while NLOS is 130.04 dB. However, using the Direc antenna at the same frequency and distance, LOS increases to 122.80 dB, and NLOS to 137.50 dB. Furthermore, frequency variation affects simulation outcomes, with 3.5 GHz displaying a broader range of Path Loss values (3.66 dB to 22.82 dB) compared to 28 GHz (4.40 dB to 23.53 dB). Consequently, the study underscores the critical role of frequency selection in determining signal loss levels and emphasizes the necessity of understanding frequency characteristics for efficient and reliable wireless communication network design.

Abstract

Keamanan merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Pencurian rumah yang sedang sangat rawan di beberapa daerah khususnya di daerah ibu kota membuat kita sebagai masyarakat cukup takut, apalagi rumah merupakan tempat paling aman dan nyaman bagi sebagian orang. Jika ada suatu alat yang sangat mengakomordir keamanan otomatis dengan laporan menggunakan social media yang mudah dijangkau oleh beberapa orang mungkin sangat membantu, apalagi untuk para pengusaha rumah kost/kontrakan yang sangat rawan terjadi pencurian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang alat dimana saat terjadinya pencurian maka ada efek takut yang ditimbulkan dari alat otomatis yang di monitor dengan module NoduMCU ESP8266 yang terkoneksi dengan CAM ESP32 dan Telegram untuk mendapatkan report saat kejadian, Sensor PIR yang berfungsi sebagai Pelacak inframerah yang dihasilkan dari tubuh mahluk hidup, Buzzer yang berfungsi sebagai alarm yang membuat pelaku pencurian memiliki ketakutan dalam jangka pendek, RTC (Real Time Clock) berfungsi untuk menyalakan otomatis dijam malam sampai subuh, dan RFID berfungsi untuk memudahkan para penghuni yang kerja hingga larut malam dapat masuk tanpa membunyikan buzzer yang terkoneksi dengan telegram. Harapan dari pembuatan penelitian ini adalah untuk menurunkan angka pencurian yang mengicar rumah masyarakat dan membuat banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan teknologi ini lebih aman. Setelah Pengujian,hampir 100% pengujian alat berhasil dengan Real Time sehingga memungkinkan alat sebagai keamanan yang baik didukung oleh jaringan yang Semuanya Baik menurut Indeks TIPHON.

Abstract

The Anvaya Beach Resort is a resort located in Tuban, Kuta, Badung. This resort has a garden with a minimalist concept, namely a combination of old and modern Bali. Garden maintenance at this resort is part of housekeeping division, however garden management is carried out by a third party, namely the contractor company Tunjung Mekar Berseri using an outsourced system. The aim of this research is to find out whether the existing resort park maintenance system meets standards or not and to provide recommendations. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. Data analysis in the form of work capacity which influences the maintenance and visuals of the park. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of garden maintenance is known for only 2 activities, namely sweeping and watering using a hose, because the activities of sprinkler watering, pruning, fertilizing, weeding, loosening the soil, and controlling pests and plant diseases are carried out incidentally. Results of effectiveness calculations maintenance on sweeping shows that in shift 1, areas A, B, D and E are below standard because these areas have a relatively small area compared to area C, the result of which is that they exceed the standard for softscape elements. Softscape and hardscape elements in shift 2 areas A and B, obtained results below the reference standard. This is due to the addition of areas between shift 1 and 2. The results show that the effectiveness of watering exceeds the reference standard with an effectiveness value of 147% in area A and 144% in area B. The recommendations given are to improve the park design, replace outsourcing staff for maintenance could be better, and improve facilities for workers.

Abstract

Performing arts is a forum or organization for performing arts, which consists of movement arts, music and fine arts. Thus, a new building is needed that can support all activities and facilities for cultural arts performances and entertainment performances that are more adequate, so that the cultural heritage of the arts can continue to be channeled optimally. Based on these needs, a building will be created specifically as an arts center in Solo. There are several facilities that will later be able to be used, such as wider parking space allocation, complete international standard facilities, as well as Neo Vernacular Architecture buildings that can reflect the local characteristics of the region. This international standard facility has a more modern setting such as an organized stage, closed building and so on. In line with global trends, in the future the people of Solo will need cultural spaces with a local atmosphere, which are private and specific rather than commercial spaces. Baki, Solo Baru has potentials related to the performing arts, which can support the existence and development of the performance building. The existence of this Performing Arts Building is a place to accommodate all activities related to performing arts

Abstract

Sports and arts, especially music, have an important role in human life. Sports is one of the recreational facilities for both children, teenagers and parents. Music concerts have a big role in promoting Indonesia to the world community. Indirectly, this makes music concerts one of the driving factors for the revival of the national economy in the future. Currently, the Indonesian National Sports Committee (KONI) of Tangerang Regency oversees 58 sports, 55 parent sports and 3 functional organizations, and coordinates 29 sub-district coordinators in Tangerang Regency. With the achievements of the existing sports in Tangerang Regency, but until now the facilities provided by the Tangerang Regency government are still inadequate. This can have an impact on athletes so that it affects the achievements of Tangerang Regency sports and the comfort of the audience in the stands which is less than optimal. This Indoor Multifuction Stadium is designed and will make the Indoor Multifunction Stadium a place that is able to accommodate activities for activities and foster sports achievements in Tangerang Regency, especially Handball, Basketball, Futsal, Volleyball and also as a place for community entertainment activities. In addition, this Indoor Multifunction Stadium will make the icon of Tangerang Regency. The concept taken in the design of Indoor Multifunction Stadium is the High Tech approach. High-Tech architecture will create the flexibility of the building towards its activities.

Abstract

The level of development in the city of Tasikmalaya is quite high in the Priangan region, contributing to the economic growth of the city. Given the fact that the non-agricultural sector that absorbs the most labor is the trade sector, the Tasikmalaya Local Government at Level II provides a Public Market aimed at accommodating large-scale trading activities. Cikurubuk Market serves as both a wholesale and retail market, expected to meet the needs of the people of Tasikmalaya, not only in terms of acquiring goods but also in terms of market facilities, circulation comfort, and accessibility convenience. Because Cikurubuk Market not only involves transactional activities but also transportation services passing through the market, a rearrangement is needed to meet expectations, providing space based on characteristics. Trading activities are grouped into wholesale trade, official retail trade, and unofficial retail trade. With the grouping of these trading activities, visitors will find it easier to reach their destinations. The grouping of trade and circulation can direct visitors to their destinations easily and smoothly, avoiding congestion and concentration of activities within the market, ensuring that the processes of each user do not interfere with each other.

Abstract

Perancangan shopping mall dengan pengedekatan arsitektur hijau dengan fungsi utama sebagai sarana dan wadah bagi jenis kegiatan berbelanja serta berbagai macam aktifitas lainnya. Kegiatan dengan konsep semi outdoor dimana ruang diantara dalam dan luar, sehingga terjalinnya suatu aktifitas yang menyenangkan. Pada perancangan ini merupakan bangunan komersial yang menerapkan pendekatan arsitektur hijau berupa respect for user, conserving energy, working with climate, respect for site, limiting new resources, dan holistic. Penerapan prinsip pada site adalah hemat energi dengan memanfaatkan potensi matahari sebagai cahaya alami dan sirkulasi alami. Penyesuaina dengan iklim sekitar dengan site yang mengarah pada utara dengan penyesuaian penggunaan vegetasi, serta penggunaan ramp dan lift untuk penerapan respect for user. Pada bangunan menerapkan prinsip hemat energi dimana penggunaan bukaan yang lebar serta skylight dan roof garden dibagian tengah bangunan serta membuat taman indoor dibagian dalam bangunan, sebagai memaksimalkan udara yang berada didalamnya. Dikarenakan sinar matahari yang masuk ke dalam bangunan maka penggunaan material fasade adalah partisi kayu untuk memberikan kesan yang sesuai dengan penerapan konsep arsitektur hijau. Perancangan shopping mall semi outdoor ini di Bintaro Jaya, Tangeran Selatan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi yang pesat dan kurangnya sarana berkumpul dengan ruang hijau yang besar. Perancangan ini dapat menjadi solusi dari permasalahan kurangnya wadah untuk kegiatan dengan ruang hijau yang memadai
