Abstract

The Creative Industry is one of the world's economic sectors that is growing rapidly at this time, and Indonesia is no exception. With the diversity of ethnic groups in Indonesia, making several creative products in Indonesia are very diverse in number and can compete in domestic and international markets. South Tangerang City is a city located in a strategic position close to the capital city of Jakarta. South Tangerang has a number of demographics that are dominated by the younger generation. With a dominating youth population, South Tangerang City needs more facilities to advance its young generation to actively contribute to the Creative Industry sector. One of the facilities needed is a Creative Center that functions as a gathering place for Creative Industry players to collaborate, produce, train and hone the potential that exists in the younger generation in Indonesia so that they can actively contribute to the Creative Economy sector in Indonesia. The concept of Contemporary buildings is considered capable of representing the characteristics of young people who are active, dynamic and like new things. Abstract

A city park as green space is the park to serve the town or part of urban areas, furnished with recreational facilities and sports facilities with a minimum of green open space 80 % -90 %, so it can be utilized by the citizen to performs various functions. Kudus city having a Balai Jagong as the city park, has the largest land area with 6 Ha that containing the sports facilities like; indoor tennis, indoor futsal bmx & skate arena and public facilities to support the needs of park visitors, has become one of recreational destinations for the society of Kudus city. However, with great potential the management of the park facilities it is still not maximum, so that the facility a building often closed and abandoned look, from the observation that the author do have found, completeness facilities Balai Jagong park as the city parks do not meet standards set of Permen no.5, 2008 and standards the park facilities by the central city of research and development national standardization board. So there will be a redevelopment of the Balai jagong park facilities by applying the concept of biophilic architecture. Biophilic Architecture is a style of architecture that containing 14 of biophilia design principle in it, that would’ve connecting people with nature through the building design and aim to help a people reaching a welfare , health , comfort and to improve the quality of life for the people.

Abstract

Islamic Center has the meaning of a physical container that accommodates several Islamic activities and supports. Among these activities consist of worship activities, mu'amalah and da'wah. The Islamic Center also has a role as a center for Islamic information both for Muslims and for people who want to know and want to learn about Islam. Therefore, with the design of an Islamic Center Area, it is hoped that it can accommodate community activities in the fields of religious education, economics and sports and can respond to the need for open space in the city of Solo. The Islamic Center area applies the concept of Contemporary Architecture as an effective form of approach to the surrounding community, especially for teenagers. Abstract

The Nusantara Culinary Tourism Center is a building that functions as a central container that serves Indonesian dishes from various islands from Sumatra to Papua. So that visitors are expected to feel a different feel from the usual restaurant by enjoying various types of Indonesian food, which is supported by various recreational facilities. By applying the concept of Sundanese Traditional Architecture, is expected to be able to help preserve traditional buildings owned by Indonesia, including this Sundanese traditional building, especially in the Serang City area, Banten which is one of the areas with the majority of the Sundanese tribe and also makes this design one of the newest tourism icons with a traditional feel.

Abstract

This study uses a telemetry system as a long-distance communication tool, this measurement method is carried out by utilizing radio waves as a means of sending data. Measuring the temperature and humidity, which is equipped with Arduino atmega to process data, the measurement results are displayed via the LCD. The telemetry system is divided into two parts, namely the sender and the receiver. The sending unit consists of a DHT2 sensor, Ibt-2 motor driver, Ptc Ceramic Air Heater with a power of 170 watts and a voltage of 12 volts, a 12 VDC fan with a size of 12 cm x 12 cmn and a transmitter module. The receiver unit consists of a 3dr receiver module as well as data processing and storage displayed by a laptop. The purpose of this system is to reduce failures during the hatching process of chicken eggs. The Ptc Ceramic Air Heater and DC Fan components will be assembled into a control circuit using PID, with programming language using C language. Automation is carried out by measuring the temperature in the hatching room with a setpoint value of 36°C - 39°C. Temperature measurement is carried out using the DHT22 sensor, then PID tuning is carried out with the heuristic method so that in the overall test the results of the system response comparison between normal temperature and air-conditioned room temperature are obtained. This process indicates the system's performance is working well in accordance with the temperature value that can be maintained at the setpoint, where the temperature value is estimated to be able to incubate eggs.

Abstract

Textile Wholesale Center is the center is the subject of various matters or the main part which is the place of activity. So the center means a point/base for the occurrence of various activities where there is one activity that is the most dominant and has the potential in that activity. Because there is no Wholesale Center in South Tangerang as a Shopping Center in Pamulang, this is the reason for the South Tangerang City Bappeda to plan to build a shopping center to meet the needs of the Pamulang community and the surrounding area. With the existence of large-scale shopping centers, people's tastes about the value of life change from objects to pleasure. Consumers demand that they can shop with their families in a friendly and family atmosphere and allow them to socialize, have fun, have fun inside the building. To answer this need, it is necessary to include recreational elements and in structuring the trade area so that it can give a new color to the existing shopping and shopping centers. The design concept at this wholesale center wants to use modern designs because it adapts to the surrounding environment that uses modern architectural designs besides that modern designs can be used long term.

Abstract

The city of Tangerang which is located around Jakarta has been positively affected by the Indonesian capital. Not only crowded with hangouts for young people, Tangerang also has enough shopping centers to satisfy shopping desires of all ages. but of all shopping centers in Tangerang City, there is no shopping center combined with an adequate garden walk. Green architecture is a step to answer all that. How to design buildings that produce a lot of oxygen, green architecture is a step to change the next human life, green architecture is architecture that uses minimal natural resources, including energy, water, materials and also has minimal negative impact on the environment. In this shopping center design, what distinguishes the design of the Garden Walk Shopping Center from other shopping centers in the city of Tangerang is that this shopping center building is combined with the Garden Walk. Another thing that distinguishes this shopping center from the others is that within the Garden Walk itself, a garden like a maze will be created, as well as for the outdoor several other supporting facilities such as cafeterias, mini markets, mini bridges and fountains will be made with the concept of a green architectural approach. which will be useful for visitors who want to relax and others.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Minangkabau Art and Culture Center educates culturalists and the general public about Minangkabau culture, as well as introducing Minangkabau culture to domestic visitors through Minangkabau art performances and cultural displays.Therefore, with the design of an Art Center Area, it is hoped that it can accommodate community activities in the fields of religious education, economics and sports and can respond to the need for open space in the city of Solo. The Art Center area applies the concept of Contemporary Architecture as an effective form of approach to the surrounding community, especially for teenagers. As a result of the Minangkabau Arts and Culture Center's architecture, it is believed that it would be able to accommodate community activities in the areas of art, culture, and tourism. And it is capable of meeting the need for open space in Tanah Datar Regency. The Minangkabau Art and Culture Center employs the Neo-Vernacular Architecture idea as a means of reaching out to the surrounding community, particularly the Minangkabau people. Abstract

Drug Rehabilitation Center is a place where someone who is addicted to drugs and illegal drugs wants to have self-awareness to recover and become a better human being. The applied biophilic architecture is also very suitable for accelerating the recovery of patients undergoing rehabilitation by uniting the elements of nature with humans. This Tangerang Regency area is one of the cases of drug addicts with a fairly large percentage, addicts include students and young people who still do not understand the dangers of drugs and illegal drugs.

Abstract

Tourism is one of attractions in Indonesia and the biggest economic driver for the country. In order to drive the tourism in Indonesia for the better, its development needs to reach the area of multidisciplinary sector, such as inland public water fishery sector. In terms of potency, land availability and the source of inland fishing are huge. So therefore, with the design of freshwater fishery tourism area it is hoped to accommodate tourism management and the development of inland public water fishery sector especially in the region Parigi, Central Sulawesi. The tourism applies the concept of tropical architecture, which adapts to the regional climatic condition of Parigi so it can support the building function and convenience for users.
