Abstract

Indonesia khususnya di Ibu Kota Jakarta mempunyai tingkat jumlah penduduk yang termasuk sangat padat. Jumlah penduduk di DKI Jakarta ini akan menentukan kebutuhan akan rumah di provinsi tersebut. Seiring perkembangan zaman, model hunian sudah mulai memerhatikan masalah-masalah yang timbul pada permukiman. Salah satu model hunian yang muncul karena adanya permasalahan dalam merencanakan permukiman adalah Co- housing. Co-housing adalah konsep dimana sebuah grup/komunitas merencanakan dan membangun rumah mereka secara bersama-sama di suatu lahan yang sama dan memiliki ruang-ruang komunal di dalamnya. Arsitektur berkelanjutan adalah arsitektur yang berusaha untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif lingkungan bangunan dengan efisiensi dan moderasi dalam penggunaan bahan, energi, dan ruang pengembangan dan ekosistem secara luas. Arsitektur berkelanjutan menggunakan pendekatan sadar untuk konservasi energi dan ekologis dalam desain lingkungan binaan atau teori, sains dan gaya bangunan yang dirancang dan dibangun sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip ramah lingkungan. Pada permukiman co-housing kali ini terdiri dari fasilitas fasilitas seperti unit hunian, kantor pengelola, clubhouse, tempat ibadah, fasilitas pendidikan, ruko, lapangan, dan ruang servis. Dan juga fasilitas komunal seperti dapur komunal, tempat makan komunal, area parkir bersama, kebun bersama. Penerapan arsitektur berkelanjutan pada permukiman Co-Housing kali ini diterapkan pada penggunaan material yang ramah lingkungan, pemanfaatan cahaya matahari, pemanfaatan udara alami, pengelolaan limbah, pengelolaan air hujan.

Abstract

In general, there is already a way to calculate the value of Body Mass Index (BMI). But the determination in this way is very rigid, because if there is a small difference in value it can result in differences in BMI status. Using fuzzy logic can give tolerance to the BMI value, so that if there is a small change it will not cause a significant difference in BMI status. In this final project, a digital scale is designed which is equipped with facilities for determining BMI using the Mamdani fuzzy logic algorithm based on the results of measurements of height and weight. Measurement of height using an ultrasonic sensor while measurement of weight using a load cell sensor. The input height and weight from sensor readings will be fuzzified into linguistic variables using a membership function, and fuzzy output in the form of BMI values ​​which are fuzzified into firm values ​​using linguistic variables from the input membership function. The implication function is performed using the MIN function and the rule composition using the MAX function. The fuzzy BMI is defuzzified using the center of gravity method. System testing was carried out using 7 data samples with a height of 50 cm to 200 cm and a weight of 10 kg to 120 kg. In this system, the BMI value is not only displayed on the LCD but also in the form of sound using speakers. The test results show that there are differences with the results of BMI calculations using firm logic as a reference, overall there is an average error of BMI results using firm logic with fuzzy logic of 19.35%.

Abstract A place for the Kopassus Basic Education and Training Center in BOGOR, West Java, which aims to shape Indonesian society, especially army forces who want to join into a special army unit, and professionals tasked with protecting and protecting the people and nation, especially Indonesia in all parts of Indonesia. Where the location of the Kopassus Basic Education and Training Center was built in West Java Region precisely in Bogor. The area is very appropriate and strategic due to the lack of special forces education and training centers and in the region the crime rate is very high even the local KAPOLRES records 30 minutes there is 1 case of crime in addition to other places of Education DIKLAT in general. With this Kopassus basic education and training course the opportunity to continue joining a special unit is very easy. And the local community can channel talents and ideals who want to become a professional special force. The Kopassus Education and Training Center building carries the concept of Environmental Friendly Architecture design. The concept of Green Architecture is a concept of Green Architecture, which is also a green architecture, including harmony between humans and their natural environment. Green architecture also contains other dimensions such as time, natural environment, socio-cultural, space, and building techniques. This shows that green architecture is complex, dense and vital compared to architecture in general. . DIKLAT (Education and Training) will look different from other DIKLAT (Education and Training) because this building will provide a friendly building for healthy environments and buildings, in the Kopassus Education and Training Center which has a swimming pool, shooting range, auditorium with the existence of these facility buildings the concept of Environmentally Friendly Architecture is very suitable. Abstract

Dalam Tugas Akhir ini telah dibuat antena Quadrifillar Helix (QFH) yang dioperasikan pada frekuensi 137 – 138 MHz dengan rentang bandwidth sebesar 1 MHz. Jenis antena ini digunakan sebagai sebagai ground station satelit cuaca NOAA. Hasil perancangan disimulasikan dengan menggunakan software 4NEC2 untuk mengetahui apakah hasil perancangan sudah sesuai atau belum dengan kondisi yang diinginkan. Tahap selanjutnya adalah pembuatan antena dan seluruh pelaksanaan fabrikasi dilakukan di lab Robotic Universitas Budi Luhur dengan bahan utama kabel rg58 dan pipa PVC sebagai penyangga. Kinerja antena Quadrifillar Helix diamati dengan melakukan pengukuran sebanyak 2 kali. Hasil dari pengukuran antena Quadrifillar Helix yang pertama didapatkan nilai matching pada frekuensi 142 MHz. Terjadi pergeseran frekuensi resonan sebanyak 5 Mhz dari perancangan sebelumnya yaitu pada frekuensi 137 MHz. Hasil dari pengukuran antena Quadrifillar Helix yang kedua didapatkan bahwa pergeseran frekuensi antena frekuensi resonan dipengaruhi oleh balun yang dibuat, semakin banyak dan semakin rapat lilitannya akan menghasilkan frekuensi resonan mendekati nilai yang ditentukan pada saat perancangan.

Abstract

The large number of people who live in the capital city of Jakarta makes more and more demand for housing for housing, but the capacity of the available land is increasingly limited so it is not enough to meet the needs of shelter. Procurement of flats in Jakarta is urgently needed, especially for middle and lower class people who have been living in settlements that are not livable. South Jakarta as a city whose development is very fast but still lack of awareness of its citizens to create energy-efficient housing. excessive use of electricity makes the building less energy efficient. Therefore, to overcome these problems, it is necessary to have a plan and design to build housing in the city of South Jakarta, such as making energy-efficient Rusunawa, by using the concept of Energy Saving that can create an environment that is environmentally friendly, comfortable while saving energy.

Abstract

The Bus Station is a road transport infrastructure for the purposes of lowering and raising passengers, moving intra and/or inter modes of transportation, and arranging the arrival and departure of public transportation. The author focuses on the development of Arjosari Terminal located in the Malang city, East Java. The main problem of this terminal is ineffective space circulation patterns and slum. So that, the author will design a new terminal that will replace Arjosari Terminal because it sees a fairly complex problem that is owned by Arjosari Terminal. Metaphor Architecture is an architectural style that takes the form of a figure of speech or parable of some thing. Taking the concept of real objects or values that are commonly known to the public that considered more simple and reasonable. So that the Terminal design in Malang city will use the Metaphor Architecture theme from the shape of the mountain to give the impression and emphasize that Malang city is a city who surrounded by mountains around it.

Abstract

Because the city of Solo has great business potential, stable economic growth, the number of tourism that continues to increase and successful city branding, the development in the city of Solo continues to grow. One of the developments planned by the government is MICE development in the city of Solo. MICE stands for "Meeting, Incentive, Convention, and Exhibition". In Indonesian means meetings, incentives, conventions and exhibitions. In the tourism industry or exhibition, MICE is a type of tourism activity in which a large group, usually planned carefully, departs together for a particular purpose. Thus the convention and exhibition buildings will be designed in the city of Solo. With the existence of Convention and Exhibition buildings in Solo, the people of Solo and surrounding areas have a place to conduct convention and exhibition activities.
