Abstract

Co-Housing is generally a residential concept where the residents of the house have formed a community before the housing is built, where they participate in designing housing designs. Communal facilities in Co-Housing can be in the form of a shared room, shared dining room, kitchen, swimming pool, laundry room, play ground, warehouse, workshop to shared sports facilities. The concept of Co-housing planning with the applied ecological architecture is expected to be able to adapt to the financial conditions of the millennial community in Manado, starting from the application of affordable materials, community budget plans, to the application of shared spaces for the millennial community. This study aims to help provide alternative residential housing that provides something new to housing in Indonesia, especially in the city of Manado, North Sulawesi, which facilitates social interaction in a residential environment that currently tends to be individualistic.

Abstract

Maritime tourism is one of Indonesia's attractions and the biggest driver of the economy. so that to move Indonesian tourism to be better, its development requires a multidisciplinary domain, one of which is the marine tourism sector, which in terms of potential, the availability of land and natural resources is very large. With the design of Marine Tourism Objects and Marine Fish Conservation, it is hoped that it can accommodate tourism management and the development of seawater fish, especially in the Bandengan area of ​​Jepara, Central Java. This tourist area applies the concept of tropical architecture that adapts to the climatic conditions of the Jepara region to support the function of the building and comfort for its users.

Abstract

The wheeled robot used to deliver documents between rooms must be able to move according to the environmental conditions of the work area. For this reason, the robot must have knowledge of the conditions of the work environment to be passed. In this final project, the work area environment mapping on the wheeled robot is carried out. Mapping was done using the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) method. The equipment used in the mapping is a lidar sensor. The robot system consists of a raspberry Pi 4 which is used as the main controller of the robot. The robot has two sensors. The first sensor is a lidar sensor, which is used to detect the distance of the object in front of the robot. Then the IMU sensor is used to detect the robot's orientation and position changes. In the robot there is a motor driver which is used as a robot control signal processor to drive a DC motor. Map making is done by means of a lidar sensor reading the robot's working area environment. The lidar sensor output signal is processed using the SLAM gmapping method. In this test, to determine the environment of the robot's work area, using a laser scanner to produce a two-dimensional (2D) map, while estimating the position of the robot on the map using a particle filter. This simultaneous mapping uses the Simultaneous Localization and Mapping (SLAM) mapping algorithm based on Raspberry Pi 4. The results obtained are maps in grayscale. In addition to SLAM gmapping, this article also shows that there are one to three robot position 2D testing arenas.

Abstract

The need for facilities that can support education and office activities in the city of South Tangerang is increasing. Public facilities are needed such as libraries to support public knowledge and Co-Working Space to facilitate office workers. With the construction of Co-Library Space in South Tangerang which has the necessary facilities, it is expected to increase the productivity of the community in learning and working activities. To be able to increase public interest, this Co-Library Space building uses the concept of Expressionist Architecture. The use of this concept in the design of Co-Library Space aims to describe the nature of perseverance and steadfast and provide freedom of expression and explore new things for everyone who comes to visit.

Abstract

Building the Foundation of Indonesian Football with a Football School is inevitable if Indonesia wants to talk a lot in the Asian Football caste and the world. The Football School as a motor for producing young players should receive priority in the various policies issued by the PSSI Federation, both at the national and regional levels. The proliferation of soccer schools is a development that should be appreciated, because it shows that the public has realized the spearhead of the revival of Indonesian football. In an effort to build a Football Academy, it is necessary to have support from various parties for the rise of Indonesian football.

Abstract

In this final project, a spherical object detection system has been designed in which the final result will display the class name according to the detected object and a bounding box on the object indicating the object is detected accordingly. What will be done from having a dataset of 202 images and divided into 70% training data, 20% validation data, 10% test data. By using the YOLOv4 method, it is hoped that the detection of spherical objects will be more efficient in detecting an object that is needed, the final result of the implementation of this spherical object detection system will display a bounding box and the accuracy of objects detected on the laptop screen for testing and analysis results of the YOLOv4 method performance system. done by confusion matrix which calculates the results of accuracy, recall, precision and there are several tests to find out with different conditions the system can detect an object. In the first test, the ball was detected by being blocked by another object in the percentage value of 50%, 60%, 70% of the system being able to detect a ball object that was blocked by another object, then with an obstacle value of 80%, 90%, 100% the system could not detect a ball object.

Abstract

Garden Walk Shopping Mall Design With a Biophilic Architectural Concept is a building whose main function is as a means of entertainment and recreation to facilitate modern shopping activities. A shopping mall is a space that can be used as a shopping and recreation center consisting of several shopping complexes in which buying and selling activities occur as well as the exchange of goods and services as well as a gathering place. By applying Biophilic principles such as Nature in space and Natural analogues so that this Shopping mall building can maintain the psychological and psychological health of its visitors. such as the shape of the avoid leaf plant, through this form a biophilic pattern will be achieved. This underlies the reason for applying the concept of biophilic architecture which has a positive relationship with nature. Abstract

The goal to be achieved in the design of the application of sustainable architecture in the design of a multi-purpose building as an emergency isolation room using a smart portable room is to produce an isolation facility for someone who is exposed to Covid-19 and can be used in emergency areas. Designing a Multipurpose Building as an Emergency Isolation Room using a Sustainable Architecture concept approach. Provide Emergency Isolation facilities for someone who has been exposed to Covid-19. Abstract

Neutralizing household wastewater into clean water is currently one way to reduce groundwater use. In this final project, a neutralization system will be designed for residential wastewater into clean water. This system consists of, water level sensor, water ph sensor, microcontroller, pump, . Wastewater from each house is channeled into a holding tank. If the waste water reservoir is full and the clean water reservoir is empty, the wastewater from the reservoir is channeled into a water treatment tank to be processed into clean water with a pH value of 7 to 9. achieved. Meanwhile, if the waste water reservoir is full and the clean water reservoir is also full, the clean water can be channeled for the needs of the residents or flowed into the river. With this concept, residents' need for clean water from ground water can be reduced and the water discharged into the river is also clean water that does not pollute the river. The energy source for power supply to the system comes from solar energy which is stored using batteries. The process of neutralizing wastewater with injection / addition of aluminum sulfate / alum (Al2OH) and aluminum chloride (PAC) as much as 9 mL is able to raise the pH from 4.3 to 7.81 so the results have met the water quality standard.

Abstract

The population of anime lovers in Indonesia ranks third in the world after El Savador and the Philippines. These anime lovers not only like to watch anime but they also have a consumptive nature towards anime specialties or Japanese cuisine. In addition, contemporary art exhibition tourist attractions are also being favored by the public as a place to unwind and travel in the Capital City area. With the design of the Exhibition building in Tangerang City, it is hoped that it can be a place for artists to exhibit their contemporary artworks and anime lovers in channeling their talents and creativity. The application of contemporary architectural concepts is expected to give a more expressive building impression and provide a hierarchy of comfort to visitors.
