Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources, since the beginning of the creation of nature with a variety of wealth and beauty is a support for the welfare of human life, which humans live in and can live on the results of nature. It can be said that humans are very dependent on nature. Nature and all of it have been created in such a way by God Almighty with extraordinary beauty to be enjoyed by humans, both mountain scenery, waters, and flora and fauna in it and also community culture which is the result of human civilization, one of which is architecture. Ngada Regency is a district in the central part of the island of Flores, East Nusa Tenggara province, Indonesia. The capital of the district is Bajawa. The area is 1,645.88 Km2 with a population of 132,716. Ngada Regency has three major tribes, namely the Nagekeo Tribe, the Bajawa Tribe and the Riung Tribe. Ngada Regency is one of the regions in East Nusa Tenggara Indonesia has become a tourist destination for both domestic and foreign tourists, tourist destinations in Ngada Regency include natural tourism, cultural tourism, religious tourism, and agro-tourism. This has a positive impact because the number of tourists visiting is increasing.

Abstract

Fulfillment of development needs in the context of economic growth is often carried out without regard to environmental conditions. Likewise, remnants of expositions/activities in every building that are not managed properly will pollute the surrounding environment which of course has a negative impact on life. The reduction in productive land and the narrowing of green open spaces as water catchment areas are also the driving factors for the emergence of the green structure movement. With the design of the green house area in Gondrong Village, it is hoped that it can reduce the effects of Global Warming which is currently happening, and that less land is used in accordance with local government regulations. Green Architecture is here to solve a problem that occurs in Gondrong Village.

Abstract

MICE "Convention tourism" refers to visits or trips related to convention or conference activities. A convention or conference is an event held to gather people from various backgrounds who share common interests or goals to discuss, share information, and learn about specific topics. Convention tourism is a type of tourism that involves participants in engaging events that attract both local and international tourists. The growing development of convention tourism significantly contributes to the economic growth of a region. Yogyakarta, as one of the provinces in Indonesia with substantial potential in convention tourism, can be observed from various factors such as cultural and economic aspects, which support the convention tourism sector to have promising progress in the future.

Abstract

The situation of bicycle rentals in the tourist spots of the old city, there is one bicycle rental company whose locations are scattered at several points in the old city, the bicycles used are ontel bicycles. Bike rentals are guarded by several people with the aim of maintaining bicycles. The design of a GPS system on bicycles that can be controlled through a hosting application, consists of two main parts, namely the design of the hardware to provide GPS on bicycles, through the hosting application and the software for the control system. The concept used for the process of granting gps is with two parts, namely Node and Gateway. The NEO 6M GPS module functions as a bicycle monitoring and is used for long-distance communication links. A system that has been comprehensively tested both in terms of accuracy and internet of things (IOT). Conduct GPS Tracker testing on bicycles in the Kota Tua area to find out how accurate the GPS Tracker is in determining the location of bicycles in the Kota Tua area. The test will produce the number of location points collected by the Neo 6M GPS while traveling in the Kota Tua area, the more point data collected, the better the precision and accuracy. The test results will also show bicycle trips in the Kota Tua area. From the results of an analysis of the Internet of Things on the GPS Tracker device, everything works well and is in line with expectations. Communication between the Sim 800L and Website Hosting has a delay. Making this system requires several components, such as Arduino Uno as the brain of the GPS Tracker device and also the GPS module. Neo 6M to get the coordinates from the satellite. For sending data to the server using the GPRS Sim 800L module, the system can display geofencing of the location of the bicycle on the monitoring map so that users can find out where the bicycle is even though the bicycle is rented out. The alert system can display notifications when the bicycle is outside the geofencing area "the bicycle has exceeded the geofencing area"

Abstract

This research focuses on designing apartments with the application of green architecture in Cengkareng, West Jakarta. Rapid population growth in the region has led to a scarcity of residential land and rising property prices. Data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) shows that the population of DKI Jakarta will increase to 10.64 million in 2022. A similar problem occurs in West Jakarta, especially in Cengkareng, which is a business center. Many workers have difficulty getting affordable housing near their workplace. The proposed solution is to build apartments with a green architectural approach. This apartment will be a solution for people who need housing near workplaces and public facilities, while reducing irregular development. Apart from being a residence, this apartment can be used as an investment or business opportunity through temporary leasing. The aim of this research is to design apartments that meet the needs of the people of West Jakarta, especially Cengkareng, by paying attention to aspects of green architecture. Another goal is to reduce the gap between housing and workplaces and provide adequate facilities. The approach to problem solving involves analyzing human, environmental and building aspects. Data collection was carried out through field surveys, comparative studies, observations, and literature studies. Primary and secondary data are used to design apartments as needed. Hopefully, this apartment can answer the problem of housing availability in West Jakarta while prioritizing sustainability.

Abstract

Recently, the issue of air pollution is being discussed because it is a problem that must be addressed immediately, especially in the Capital Region of Jakarta and its surroundings, Jabodetabek is the area with the highest level of air pollution in Indonesia, including the city of Tangerang. The right handling of air pollution is to balance or fulfill green open spaces that are overgrown with many plants, to absorb carbon dioxide that causes air pollution. Flora Conservation Building is a building used for efforts to maintain, utilize, and preserve plants, so that these plants are preserved, besides that it is a place for the general public to learn about plants so that, the general public can plant trees in their respective homes properly and correctly. By planting trees in each house, the need for private green open space will be fulfilled and can reduce the number of air pollution in the city of Tangerang. In addition to making the building a place for plant education, the Conservation Building will also be built as an iconic recreational place for the people of Tangerang city, with the application of Metaphor Architecture to each building mass in the conservation area will make the existing buildings into buildings that are easily remembered and recognized by the general public.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country still considered as a country that has inadequate health facilities if compared to other countries. Maternal and child health is one of the priorities in health development in Indonesia. West Java Province has the highest/largest number of maternal deaths (AKI) if compared to other provinces. With the highest maternal mortality cases, namely in Karawang, West Java. The existence of a Maternity Hospital in Karawang is still lacking so that the reach of maternal and child health facilities is urgently needed. Seeing from the problems that occur, this encourages the need for Maternity hospital in Karawang. The Renjana Maternity Hospital will be planned to be built in Telukjambe Timur, Karawang. This Hospital will apply Modern Architecture concept. Modern architecture has the principle of prioritizing building shapes compared to ornaments so that buildings are more functional with the intention of minimizing the use of empty and wasted space which will create negative space in the building. The design of this hospital will be equipped with facilities, including: emergency room, outpatient polyclinic, inpatient care, laboratory, pharmacy, surgery, ICU, NICU and radiology. With the implementation of Modern Architecture concept, it is hoped will create a clean design, stylist, and a simple room atmosphere that is also comfortable for mothers and children.

Abstract

The laboratory has information that must be updated frequently to provide students with information regarding the presence of laboratory assistants. Therefore, in this study, digital signage will be used as an information medium that can display laboratory assistant presence data in real-time. Through digital signage, laboratory assistant presence information can be displayed digitally and accurately. The initial step of the program is to initiate the database. After the E-KTP is attached to the RFID, the database will check whether the identity on the card is recognized or not. If the card is registered on the attendance form, it will be displayed on digital signage. Based on the test results, the use of digital signage as an information board based on RFID as a method of identifying the presence of laboratory assistants has given good results. This system can display real-time and accurate attendance information through digital signage. In addition to testing the duration of the RFID reading when exposed to obstacles in the form of plywood and acrylic and when not exposed to obstacles, it shows variations in reading duration depending on the surrounding environment of the RFID reader. Furthermore, Quality of Service (QoS) testing was carried out, which showed very good results according to TIPHON standards. The test results show the lowest delay in the morning using a tethering network with a value of 11 ms and the highest throughput in the morning using a tethering network with a value of 736.649 bits/s. Packet loss and jitter are 0 each time.

Abstract

The International School is a sample of national schools in Indonesia with international quality standards. With Permendiknas regulation no. 78 of 2009 concerning the Organization of International Standard Schools. Having a teaching and learning process at this school emphasizes the development of creativity, innovation, and experimentation to spur new ideas that have never existed. International standards demanded in SBI are graduate competency standards, curriculum, teaching and learning processes, human resources, facilities, management, financing and assessment of international standards. So that this international school also aims for students who want to more easily continue studying abroad because they already use an international curriculum. With the theme of international standard school design, this is a school for the future, with an environmentally friendly architectural design approach. Ecological technology as the main element of design consideration, which is expected to support each other and in accordance with the planned building functions. In creating a work with environmentally friendly architecture what is needed is an understanding that everything on earth has an influence on the environment.

Abstract

A flood is a natural disaster that occurs due to high rainfall and causes the overflow of rivers or streams that cause many losses to humans and can be an impact that causes electrical short circuits. This can certainly lead to harm such as injury, injury, even loss of life. In certain areas, many are still affected by flooding, especially in Jakarta and its surroundings. Many measures taken to deal with flooding have not been sufficiently effective, but few have cared for their own safety in the face of the effects of flooding. In this final assignment he designed a prototype model of an automatic power cutting system for flood disaster response homes. Designed on a 1:10 scale system with a height of actually 200 cm. Prototype models are made for simulation testing to facilitate the system in testing. The system consists of an ultrasonic sensor, an MCB, a servo, a traffic light indicator in the form of a light, a buzzer in the form of a sound, and an LCD 16x2 as a display of the sensor readings. The process in the system with the reading of the distance of the water surface uses the HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor to produce a high value of water with the calculations on the program. And the calculation for the accuracy of the ultrasonic sensor readings uses the RMSE (root mean square error) formula and gets an RMSE value of 0.20 - 0.95 Cm where 0.20 Cm is the lowest RMSE value at 15 Cm water height and 0.95 Cm is the highest RMSE value at 10 Cm water height. The working principle of the system is to read the distance of the water surface to produce a high value of water, the high value of water is divided into 3 statuses, namely safe at a height of 0-7 Cm, alert at a height of 8-14 Cm, and flooding at a height of 15 Cm. At a height of 15 Cm and declare the flood status results that cause automatic power breaks.. Keywords : Fresidential flood, ultrasonic sensors, prototype model
