Jurnal Mu’allim merupakan jurnal ilmiah yang memuat materi keislaman, kebudayaan, sosiologi keagamaan, Filsafat, dan Ekonomi Syariah. Jurnal ini diterbitkan oleh Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Yudharta Pasuruan. Terbit dua kali dalam setahun, yaitu bulan Januari dan Juli. Redaksi menerima, menyeleksi, dan mengedit naskah tanpa merubah konteks masalah setiap kontribusi tulisan ilmiah yang berupa artikel, hasil penelitian, refrensi buku, dan belum pernah diterbitkan dimedia lain.Tulisan yang dimuat tidak mencerminkan pendapat redaksi.

<![CDATA[Gender issues are now in the great spotlight in the eyes of the wider community. Gender is generally identified as the difference between men and women from a socio-cultural perspective. Gender in general can be defined as a cultural concept that distinguishes between men and women from a socio-cultural perspective that can change according to changing times. Apart from that, gender issues regarding the roles between men and women in society are based on socio-cultural constructions and the history of society, not solely because of biological, anatomical or sexual aspects. Departing from this problem the author considers it necessary to express thoughts about Gender Language in the Fatwa about the text "Musawat Al Mar'ah bi Al Rajul". By using the library research method, which is then processed using an inductive or deductive approach, it is expected to be able to conclude the Fatwa on Musawat Al Mar'ah bi Al Rajul by Ahmad Al-Shurbasy written in the book Yas'alunak fi al-Din wa al-Hayat, consists of six paragraphs. Each paragraph contains the author's thoughts on the similarities between men and women, as well as the differences between the two (gender) from the perspective of Islam. In this study, it was also found that in expressing his thoughts on gender, he conveyed it using clear, straightforward, and firm language. This kind of language pattern is indeed appropriate to display thoughts about a problem that is problematic. By using such language, it will be able to provide an understanding of gender proportionally.]]>

<![CDATA[The aim of this research is to analyze the internalization of the value of Islamic religious education through the "Friday Shodaqoh" activity to form the students of MA Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan to have social care attitudes and good attitudes towards fellow human beings and apply them in everyday life. This descriptive qualitative research, data collection through direct observation to the field, interviews and documentation. The results of this study are MA Nahdlatul Ulama Kraksaan programs religious extracurricular activities with Friday Shodaqoh activities, the habit of "Friday Shodaqoh" is an activity in the form of infaq every Friday which is sunnah1 and has been carried out for more than 4 years. This infaq activity is not determined in nominal value, after the collected funds are handed over to the treasurer or homeroom teacher, then it is coordinated by the teacher in charge of holding the infaq money. pedicab drivers and others. The formation of social care attitudes in students can be seen from the patterns of thinking, attitudes and behavior that are getting better day by day.]]>

<![CDATA[Lembaga Dakwah Kampus as an intra organization which has role for presenting the concept of Islamic Wasathiyah on campus with the aim of expanding Islam and countering radicalism. This research is motivated by students at the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus less of understanding the concept of Wasathiyah even though in practice they generally operate in da 'wah. This research used quantitative method by observation and deep interview. The results of the research show that the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus develops insight not only with regard to Islamic insight but also organizational and leadership development. It is showed that every member has chance to joining the programs (here also provides for non - Muslims regardless of religion, ethnicity. The student movement through the Lembaga Dakwah Kampus provides a solution for campus residents to commit for practicing I slam Wasathiyah with avoiding from certain groups, political interests or radicalism. This concept is necessary to collaborate with various elements of others organizations to develop Islamic insight, character formation, and Islamic culture.]]>

<![CDATA[study aims to analyze how the effectiveness of The Power of Two on learning achievement of Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V SDN Lemahbang Sukorejo. This study uses a quantitative approach. The pre-experimental, namely by using the one group pretest-posttest design. The independent variable in this study is the learning method and the dependent variable is the learning outcomes of the fifth grade students of SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo. The primary data of this study were obtained from the results of the pre-test and post-test using The Power of Two Method, and the secondary data of this study were sourced from books, journals, previous research and other related sources. The population in this study were all students of class V SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo, totaling 25 students. The sample used is class V SDN Lemahbang II Sukorejo. In this study, the data collection techniques used were Test and Documentation. The results showed that The Power of Two able to improve student achievement in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class V SDN Lemahbang Sukorejo this was evidenced by the results of the paired sample test , the results of the sig (2-tailed) were 0.000 and it was known that the significance value (2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05. The results of this study are expected to be the contribution of education providers to utilize the power of two method in the teaching and learning process in order to be a solution to the problem of student achievement under the KKM.]]>

<![CDATA[Education is basically to form and create quality human resources, but the problem that exists in the world of education is the low quality of education at every level and unit of education. So in this world of education the importance of literacy as an effort to build a generation of people with broad insight and virtuous character. The purpose of this study was to determine the various kinds of school literacy programs in fostering interest in reading and writing in students. To answer various problems how to implement, and what are the population factors and share barriers to the implementation of the school literacy movement at SDN Baujeng 1. The approach used is descriptive qualitative method. The results showed that implementation was realized through the implementation of reading activities, the supporting factor was the active role of students and the inhibiting factor, namely: the condition of the book that was not feasible. The solution to overcome the implementation problem is to create a reading study group and provide proper facilities, as well as provide a reading corner room, providing motivation to students at SDN Baujeng 1.]]>

<![CDATA[Islamic Education has produced graduates who are cognitively relatively good, but in fact there are indications that the results of Islamic Education in cognitive aspects are not directly proportional to the practice of Islamic teachings and values. This indicates that Islamic Education in schools faces problems that need to be addressed immediately in order to run according to its objectives. Therefore, the community demands as users of Islamic Education for efforts to organize and modernize the system and process of Islamic Education so that it becomes quality, relevant, and able to respond to changes and improve the quality of Indonesian people. The strategy for developing Islamic education should be chosen from the most urgent and basic activities and has a central position, namely directed and continuous curriculum changes. Based on this background, the approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, namely the researcher tries to uncover the facts of the object under study in natural conditions. <![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to develop big book media to improve the reading skills of early grade students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nahdlatul Ulama (MINU) Ngingas Waru Sidoarjo. The research method used is development research developed by Borg and Gall. There are four stages of development carried out in this study, namely: initial data collection, planning, development, and validation and testing. The results showed that the students' reading skills were very good. In the initial data of 39% reading skills and when intervened using big book media in the third trial stage, data obtained 85 percent of the average reading skills of students. So it can be concluded that the effectiveness of using big books is very good with a 46 percent increase in the level of reading skills of early grade students who have reading difficulties.]]>

<![CDATA[This study discusses the implementation of the Taqdimul Qisshoh method to increase maharah kalam at the AWKIBA institution, the purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of the Taqdimul Qisshoh method to increase maharah kalam at the AWKIBA institution. This research is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research. The subject of this study is the Taqdimul Qishoh method which was developed in an institution to train Arabic fluency and improve students' maharah kalam. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation, evaluation and also questionnaires. Meanwhile, data analysis follows the analysis process, namely; compilation of data, submission of data and verification or conclusions. And as for the object of this research, the students at the Al-Wafiyah Kitab and Arabic Language Institute (AWKIBA) Islamic boarding school Nrul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. Based on the results of qualitative and quantitative research as follows: 1) the learning process using the Taqdimul Qisshoh method is more effective and has a great influence on students where they can improve speaking skills and develop thinking and imagination skills. 2) the results of the evaluation of 20 students were declared complete 100% in their mastery in storytelling. 3) based on the results of a questionnaire on 20 student responses, namely 95%, 90%, 95%, 100%, 95% and 90% stated "agree" with the implementation of the Taqdimul qishhoh method in improving Maharah Kalam. And the results of this study indicate that the application of the taqdimul qisshoh method at the AWKIBA institution is able to increase the Maharah Kalam of students.]]>

<![CDATA[Indonesia is projected to become a center for the development of the halal industry. One of the halal industry sectors that has great potential to be developed is the halal tourism sector with its supporting sector in the form of sharia hotels. This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of sharia hotel development in Indonesia which is reviewed with an Islamic economic approach and sharia maqashid. Qualitative research method with descriptive approach is used in this research by using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the development of sharia hotels in Indonesia is in accordance with maqashid sharia, namely not only paying attention to material aspects but also immaterial aspects. Sharia hotels have standards that must be met in the maqashid sharia framework, namely by paying attention to product aspects, service aspects, and management aspects.]]>
