Abstract

The purpose of this study is to prove the Influence of Bank's Financial Performance on Profit Growth (Study on Foreign Exchange Private Banks in the Indonesian Capital Market for 2013-2017). The data used in this study were obtained from the Publication of Foreign Exchange Private Bank Financial Reports published in Financial Services Orientation with period 2013-2017. The total population of this study was 44 companies and the number of samples was 21 companies through the purposive sampling stage. The data analysis technique in this study uses panel data multiple regression analysis. Based on hypothesis testing using Partial Test (t), it concluded that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) and Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) had no effect on the Growth of Profit, while Non-Performing Loans (NPL) and Operational Costs and Operating Income (BOPO) ) negative effect on Profit Growth (Growth).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the product, price, promotion and distribution channels on the buying behavior of Indomie instant noodle consumers in the city of Yogyakarta. The dependent variable used is Purchasing Behavior, while the independent variables are Product, Price, Promotion and Distribution Channels. The population in this study is the people of the city of Yogyakarta, aged 18 years and over and have bought Indomie instant noodles which were then taken as many as 95 samples. The instrument test used was Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) with a confidence level of 5% and hypothesis testing was performed using the t test and F test. The results of this study showed that the product had a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior not proven with a probability value of 0.208 greater than α 0.05. Price has a positive and significant effect on buying behavior is not proven with a probability value of 0.147 greater than α 0.05. Promotion positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior is proven, with a probability value of 0.002 smaller than α 0.05 and the distribution channel has a positive and significant effect on purchasing behavior not proven, with a probability value of 0.186 greater than α 0.05. While simultaneously the independent variable has a significant effect on Purchasing Behavior, with a significance value of 0.000 less than α 0.05. The coefficient of determination is 0.381 which means that all independent variables of 38.1% can explain the dependent variable of buying behavior while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the effect of the atmosphere on consumer repurchase intentions at Yogyakarta's Merapi Coffee. The sample consisted of 80 respondents who usually visited Merapi Coffee Shop. Data is collected through a well structured questionnaire. This research is a quantitative study. Sampling with purposive sampling. Data collection in this study uses a questionnaire that will be tested for validity and reliability, for data analysis using multiple regression analysis, f test, t test, and R square. The subjects of this research are Yogyakarta Merapi Coffee consumers. The results of the t test show that: 1) Cleanliness significantly influences the repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with sig. 003 <0.05.2) Music has no significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with a value of sig.0,846> 0.05.3) Aroma has no significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with a sig value. 0,157> 0,05.4) Temperature has a significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with sig. 000 <0.05.5) Lighting has no significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with sig. 0.097> 0.05.6) Color has no significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with a value of sig.0,146> 0.05.7) Display has a significant effect on repurchase interest in Merapi coffee with a sig value. 0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of empirically testing the effect of Debt To Equity Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return On Equity, Quick Ratio Against Earning Per Share for Companies in the Textile and Garment Sub Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2017 Period. The research period was carried out for 4 (four) years, namely 2014-2017. This type of research is causal research, that is, this study looks for a causal relationship between independent variables and the dependent variable. The population in this study were all textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the IDX, which were 18 textile and garment sub-sector companies. The sample in this study was obtained by purposive sampling method. Based on existing criteria, 14 textile and garment sub-sector companies were obtained. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple linear regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing are done partially, namely the t test shows that DER has a sig value. t is 0,000, the regression coefficient (B) is 38,611 and t is calculated: 4,796, the result states that DER has a significant positive effect on EPS. NPM has a sig value. t is 0,000, regression coefficient (B) is 12,726 and t is calculated: 29,230, the result states that NPM has a significant positive effect on EPS. ROE has a sig value. t is 0.002, the regression coefficient (B) is -1.485 and t is calculated: -3.3321, the result is that ROE has a significant negative effect on EPS. QR has a sig value. t is 0.480, the regression coefficient (B) is -13.095 and t is calculated: -0.712, the result is that QR has a negative effect that is not significant for EPS.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, communication and work environment on job satisfaction of Ahmad Dahlan University employees. In this study the population used was faculty administration employees who have an accreditation study program totaling 65 people. The sample used was 65 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using t test shows that organizational culture has no effect on employee job satisfaction while communication and work environment influence on job satisfaction. Then through the F test shows that organizational culture, communication and work environment simultaneously affect job satisfaction.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources and with a wealth of this nature, Indonesian people are able to get care from nature. Indonesia is the largest swallow nest producer in the world, with an average production of 500-600 tons (2011 period). The purpose of this study was to find out the factors of Indonesian bird nest exports to China. SWOT is the analytical method used in this study. Strategic planning methods are used to evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in a project or business speculation. A target pattern of structure that is mutually supportive and complementary leads to a comprehensive goal. As preparation for planning, in order to be able to choose and set strategies and objectives so that programs and projects are arranged that are effective and efficient. The results of the analysis using SWOT show that the strategy can be applied by swallow nest breeders in Indonesia is a strategy that uses the power to take advantage of opportunities and instead take advantage of opportunities and make them a force. This strategy uses the company’s internal strength to take advantage of external opportunities. Swallow nest farmers can use the strategy of previous breeders who have exported swallow nest products by fixing some weaknesses and avoiding or surviving against the threat of the company by creating a more competitive strategy.

Abstract

The monetary situation and the movement of macroeconomic variables are things  that  must be considered  an  investor  in  the  stock  trading activity in a country. The economic  situation  and  fluctuations  in  macro  variables  in  one country  can  affect  the  stock  price,  including  the  oil  and  gas  mining  sub-sector. This  study aimed to examine  the effect of  macroeconomic variables, namely exchange rate, interest rate, and unemployment rate to stock prices.  This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are all oil and gas mining sub-sector  companies  listed  in  Indonesia  Stock  Exchange  in  the  period  2012-2017. Sample selection technique is by using purposive sampling method. Based on  predetermined  criteria,  acquired 7 oil  and  gas  mining  sub-sector  companies sampled in this study. Data analysis techniques in this study using multiple linear regression analysis.  The results showed that the variables  simultaneously exchange  rate, interest rate, and  unemployment rate significant effect on stock price of oil and gas mining sub-sector  companies. Partially, variable Exchange Rate and Interest  Rate was  a  significant  influence  on stock price, while the variable Unemployment Rates no significant influence on stock price.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, prices, and infectiousness to the purchasing decision at PD Pesagi jaya farmers in West Lampung Sekincau. In this study the population used is a customer who once bought at a PD Pesagi glorious farmer. Based on the results of questionnaire data analysis of 60 customer respondents who once bought at a PD Pesagi glorious farmer using techniques non probability sampling which is a technique that does not provide opportunities or equal opportunity for each element or member of the population to be elected be sampled using purposive sampling, test instruments use validity and reliability test analysis, analysis tools with using multiple regression, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, as well as analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that three variables independent studied are the variables of product quality, price, and infectiousness proven to have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, i.e buying decision. Then through the F test can be seen that the third independent variables are feasible to test the dependent variable decision the purchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of personal factors, factors organizational and non-organizational factors towards organizational commitment employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. This research is a survey research using a questionnaire as the instrument. The population in this study consisted of 40 employees who worked at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The sample in this study totaling 40 employees at PT. AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. The population in this study were all employees of PT.AJB Bumi Putera Gondomanan Yogyakarta. Which uses the Sampling method saturation that is taking all the number of employees. The type of data used is primary data. Data is obtained directly from the source or object research is by distributing questionnaires. The results of panel data regression analysis with a significant level of 0.05 can be obtained it was concluded that the 0.173 personal factor hypothesis had no effect on organizational commitment, the second hypothesis of organizational factors 0.296 no effect on organizational commitment, the third hypothesis is non factors organizational 0,008 has a significant effect on organizational commitment, the fourth hypothesis is personal factors, organizational factors and non factors organizational significant effect simultaneously on commitment organizational value of 0.025.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influences of prices, quality of products and services on purchasing decision in Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul. The subjects of this research were customers of Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul. The population of the study were people who purchased products of Pak Pong Klatak Satay Culinary in Bantul.  The samples were determined by accidental sampling method by total of 80 respondents. Data were collected by giving a list of questions / questionnaires to  respondents dealing with prices, products quality as well as services quality and how they influence the customers decision in purchasing the products. This study used a multiple linear regression analysis technique. The researcher tested the hypothesis using T test and F test. The test results  showed that prices have a positive but insignificant influence, products quality has a negative and insignificant influence. Meanwhile, services quality has a positive and significant influence. Prices, products and services quality contribute  to a simultaneously positive and significant influence upon customer’s purchasing decision as the significant value of 0,000 is smaller than 0,5. The prices variables, products quality and services quality are able to explain the purchasing decision variable in Pak Pong's klatak satay culinary at 35%  and  the  remaining 65% explained by other variables not included in the study.
