Abstract

The service area and the wide distribution of customers often require quite a long time in terms of handling disturbances, which can reduce the level of customer trust and loyalty to using the network services provided. Customer segmentation by region can help make it easier to analyze disruptions that occur to customer service in customer area zoning so that customer trust and loyalty can be maintained. This research was conducted to understand the characteristics of disturbances that occur in several customer zoning areas. In this study, RFM (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) analysis was performed. Clustering using the K-Means modeling technique, and also performance checking using Cluster Distance Performance to determine the performance of each cluster performed. The results of this study indicate that K-Means Clustering with a value of K=2 is the with the smallest Davies Bouldin value. It means that K=2 has the best performance when compared to other clusters formed.

Abstract

Serious poverty is still one of the problems in Indonesia, especially in West Java Province. The level of underdevelopment and unemployment is still the basis for poverty. Poverty in each region is certainly different. The government needs to know which areas fall into the categories of high poverty levels and low poverty levels so that they can make solutions to set priorities for assisting. Therefore, a data mining technique is needed that can classify the poverty level of areas in West Java, namely the clustering technique with the K-Means algorithm. The purpose of this research is to classify poverty data in West Java Province so that it can be used as information to determine the right policy to distribute aid to the community from the West Java government. The results obtained based on the test, the clusters obtained were 2 clusters with cluster 0 of the high poverty level in as many as 14 regions and cluster 1 of the low poverty level in as many as 13 regions. Based on the test, the K-Means Algorithm obtains a Silhouette Coefficient of 0.576 and is included in the medium structure category. With the results of grouping poverty data, the government can channel aid more precisely.

Abstract

Smart meters are an integration of ICT in energy meters. The smart meter has a two-way communication feature that allows the operator to read energy data remotely and in real-time. Carrying out remote and real-time monitoring raises several problems including connection costs, coverage area, and the quality of the connection. Based on this background, the formulation of the problem in this study is how to choose effective and efficient smart meter connectivity for customers and how the performance of IndiHome services in the implementation of PLN's smart meters. The purpose of this study is to provide a recommendation system for the selection of an effective connection and propose a new architecture for PLN smart meter customers. This is one of the Internet of things (IoT) implementations to save cost in the use of smart meters. The method used is a literature review, survey, data collection, develop a new architecture, as well as analysis and evaluation of the results. The results of this study indicate that the proposed new IndiHome architecture can send monitoring data from the PLN smart meter device remotely and in real-time and does not incur costs that burden customers.

Abstract

The impact of Covid-19, the increasing number of new technologies being applied in education, as well as increasing interest in the metaverse. Closely related to this virtual environment is life in the field of education. This study aims to explain the type of metaverse, the potential and limitations of its educational application. The four metaverse categories emphasize different functions, types, or sets of Metaverse technologies. There are four spectrums of technologies and applications in the metaverse, namely augmentation, simulation, intimate technology, and external technology. The use of augmented reality in health is in the form of virtual clothes so that you can examine parts as human anatomy laboratory simulation. Spinal surgery that applies virtual technology. Utilization in the learning environment is through new forms of social communication space, freer settings for creation and sharing, and additional virtual experiences. The limitations of the metaverse are weaker social relations, and users of the metaverse who do not have an identity, and the abuse of simulation as a representative of student identity in the everyday world. Prediction of changes in daily life patterns as a negative impact of the metaverse. However, the unlimited opportunity to be a form of communication in social life is the hallmark of the metaverse. It is hoped that in the future it is recommended to use the metaverse in education, namely the teacher must conduct a careful analysis beforehand so that students can gain knowledge in the metaverse, the teacher must prepare class designs for students so that they can solve problems and carry out activities cooperatively, adaptively and creatively. Instructional designers and educators need to understand well the type of category and class metaverse.

Abstract

The presence of a library is very much needed as an effort to form superior human resources. The Flores library was established in Pea Nature Village to provide reading materials that can increase the knowledge of the audience in Pa Nature Village. However, the library in question still does not have an information system that can assist users in conducting information retrieval. On the other hand, currently, information technology is developing very fast. The library information system application is expected to help fulfill the need for access to information and information retrieval. Mobile application is the selected application in the development of library information systems. The use of mobile applications will make it easier for users to access information on a mobile basis. This application can also assist in tracing the collection and also the status of the collection of library materials in the Flores Library.

Abstract

This study aims to apply a digital maturity model to measure startup performance. The maturity model consists of dimensions and criteria, which describe the area of ​​action, and maturity stages which indicate the evolutionary path to maturity. Data collection was obtained using a questionnaire given online at the startup. The research design consisted of three steps: developing a digital maturity model dimension through literature review, expert interviews, and focus groups, online surveys among individuals, and data analysis using the Rasch algorithm and cluster analysis. From these findings, it can be said that some attention should be paid to the business intelligence capacity of startups, given its impact on company performance. In addition, the effect of network learning through business intelligence is significant and presents a positive influence on performance. The results from empirical studies show that understanding the strategic importance of digitalization, as well as using digital technology for collaboration, is already practiced in most companies. However, creating a personalized customer experience based on big data analysis or process automation is characterized by a lower level of achievement. Companies are starting to carry out digital transformation more systematically and strategically, by creating measurable goals and defining roles and responsibilities within the organization. These results help practitioners as well as researchers, better understand the processes through which organizations are truly involved in their digital transformation.

Abstract

Alignment between business needs and Information Technology (IT) strategy is one of the main factors for the success of a business. One of them is about the interface design of the application used by the user. The current condition in the company is that marketing and sales activities only use social media such as WhatsApp and Facebook. These cause problems in two business activities, namely a less broad market coverage, frequent barriers to communication, less efficient delivery, and an obstacle to the recording by employees. This research aims to design a sales application user interface that suits business needs using a Design Thinking approach by collecting user characteristics using the User Persona tool. The test uses Usability Testing by giving 4 User Scenarios to each respondent to run and complete on the prototype. The test results show that respondents can complete all User Scenarios in the first iteration by 100%. Based on the test results, the design is good, in line with business needs, and accepted by potential users.

Abstract

Industrial Work Practice (PRAKERIN) is a way of providing vocational education and training, especially in Vocational High Schools (SMK). SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency is one of the vocational high schools that carry out internship activities for its students. Choosing the right place for students to take part in PRACTICES is a good step so that the criteria needed by the school can be met properly. Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) is a method to support decision-making. Based on the results of data analysis, the recommended order of prakerin places was obtained with the final results obtained where there were three (3) largest values that became a reference place for students of SMK Negeri 6 Tangerang Regency, namely alternative A1 (Ahass Abdi Jaya), A2 (Ahass Ardian 4), and A20 (Ardian II) with a final score of 8. So the school will find it easy to determine the place for internships for students.

Abstract

The school financial information system if managed very well will be an advantage in the implementation of activities and become a good spearhead for an educational institution. The current problem of processing school financial administration data is ineffectiveness and efficiency in the processing of school financial data, so it greatly affects the speed in determining a decision by high-level school management. The purpose of this research is the application of the user experience design model in making the modeling of the school financial information system very effective which folds system users in every system design starting from the stages of understand, research, sketch, design, implementation, and evaluate. The results of the school financial information system modeling test using a user experience design model for testing system functionality using blackbox testing got a value of 100% according to the functionality of the system, and the test results of Web Quality 4.0 got a value of 87.69% having excellent criteria from usability testing conducted on users.

Abstract

Tingginya jumlah kendaraan bermotor dan pertumbuhannya di kota-kota besar, serta tingginya angka pelanggaran membuat identifikasi pelanggaran terhadap pengendara kendaraan bermotor menjadi sulit, terutama dalam hal pengendara yang berhenti di marka persimpangan jalan (zebra cross). Pemanfaatan teknologi computer vision diharapkan dapat membantu mengidentifikasi pelanggaran dengan mengenali objek berupa kendaraan bermotor yang terdapat pada area visual yang tertangkap kamera. Sistem menggunakan metode pendeteksi single-shot detector dari model yang dilatih dan diimplementasikan pada perangkat keras ESP32. Sistem yang dikembangkan tidak hanya berupa perangkat keras tetapi juga perangkat lunak antarmuka yang dapat digunakan untuk mengkonfigurasi dan menentukan region yang diinginkan. Dua macam pengujian dilakukan, empat pengujian dalam skenario real time dan 20 pengujian secara offline menggunakan dataset Pedestrian Traffic Light. Seluruh keadaan pada skenario real-time dapat dideteksi dengan tepat. Sementara itu, eksperimen offline menggunakan dataset dari Dataset Pedestrian Traffic Light menghasilkan akurasi 96,78%.
