Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires every organization, including engineering service companies, to provide quality, reliable, and sustainable services. However, in practice, various obstacles are often found, such as service delays, lack of standard documentation, and weak monitoring of IT service quality. This condition indicates the need for a systematic evaluation of information technology service management in order to achieve continuous improvement. One framework widely used internationally to support IT service quality improvement is ITIL V3. This research is motivated by the need for an evaluation method that is able to measure the level of CSI maturity in engineering service companies, while also providing an overview of the gap between actual conditions. Thus, the results of the study are expected to provide not only practical improvement recommendations for the research object, but also theoretical contributions in the development of CSI-based IT service governance evaluation methods. The main objective of the research is to evaluate the maturity level based on the ITIL V3 standard in engineering service companies. The proposed research method stages include several main steps, namely a literature study conducted to review previous theories and research related to ITIL V3 and CSI, the data collection stage through interviews, observations, to related parties in the Engineering services company, analysis of service maturity levels using the maturity level model, comparison of evaluation results to identify gaps. Fifth, the preparation of strategic recommendations in the form of a continuous improvement plan that can be implemented. The results of the study are a level of conformity of 1 to 3 with 4 parameters that meet the standards. Of the 31 parameters at each level, 9 received a maturity value of 1, 18 received a maturity value of 2, and no parameters received a maturity value of 4 or 5.

Abstract

Information technology plays a strategic role in supporting business sustainability and enhancing value creation in startup companies. To ensure optimal service quality, structured and standardized IT service governance is required, one of which can be implemented using the ITIL V3 framework. The Service Design domain in ITIL V3 focuses on designing IT services, including infrastructure, architecture, processes, and policies that support service quality. This study aims to analyze IT service governance within the Service Design domain in a startup company, with a specific focus on the Capacity Management subdomain. This research adopts a qualitative case study approach, with data collected through semi-structured interviews involving relevant stakeholders. Data analysis is conducted by comparing the existing organizational practices with ITIL V3 best practices using a gap analysis method. The results indicate that the implementation of Capacity Management has not been fully optimized, particularly in terms of capacity planning, performance monitoring, and process documentation. This study provides strategic recommendations to improve alignment with ITIL V3 standards, thereby enhancing IT service quality and operational efficiency in startup environments.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages the use of web-based systems in various business fields, including printing services. Vio Vanya Printing still implements a manual ordering process, either through direct visits or short messages, resulting in several obstacles such as data recording errors, information delays, and difficulties in monitoring order status. This study aims to design a Web-Based Printing Service Ordering Information System that can help the ordering process and data management more effectively. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and literature studies. The system is designed using the programming languages PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database with UML modeling. The results of the study are a system design that allows customers to place orders, upload design files, and monitor order status online. This system also helps admins in managing order data in a more structured manner, thereby increasing the efficiency and quality of service at Vio Vanya Printing.

Abstract

Web application security has become a critical concern as cyber threats evolve in sophistication and frequency. This study analyzes vulnerabilities in modern web applications using the black-box penetration testing method based on the OWASP Top 10:2025 framework within an isolated environment. The research employs VulnApp, an intentionally vulnerable web application deployed as a controlled research target, tested using three open-source DAST tools: Nmap, Nikto, and manual exploitation techniques following stages of reconnaissance, scanning, exploitation, and reporting. Results indicate 24 verified vulnerabilities distributed across 8 of 10 OWASP Top 10:2025 categories, with the combination of tools achieving a Detection Rate (DR) of 83.3%, F1-Score of 0.889, and a Risk Score Composite (RSC) of 7.39, indicating a high-risk application profile. The highest severity findings were identified in Injection (A05, CVSS 9.8), Authentication Failures (A07, CVSS 8.8), and Broken Access Control (A01, CVSS 8.1). The isolated containerized environment proved effective as a reproducible and legally compliant research laboratory.

Abstract

Drug stock imbalances, including shortages or surpluses, remain a major challenge in pharmacy management at community health centers. This study aims to implement the Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) method to forecast drug requirements by considering seasonal patterns and monthly consumption trends. The dataset used in this study  consists of drug  expenditure reports from May 2024 to May 2025, including Paracetamol 500 mg, Antacid DOEN Tablets, and Acetylcysteine 200 mg as sample drugs. The forecasting process was conducted using the RapidMiner software add the Holt-Winters Triple Exponential Smoothing model with smoothing parameters  = 0.3,  = 0.1, and  = 0.3, as well as a seasonal length of four periods. The results indicate that the model achieved Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) values ranging from 15,37% to 17,97% and Mean Absolute Error (MAE) values between 159.922 to 495.938. These findings demonstrate a good level of forecasting accuracy, indicate that the TES method is suitable as a decision support tool for drug inventory planning in community health centers. Furthermore, the forecasting results provide a more measurable estimation of future drug demand compared to the average consumption approach commonly used in the preparation of Drug Requirement Plan (Rencana Kebutuhan Obat – RKO).

Abstract

Previously, the company’s website functioned only as a static company profile and was unable to facilitate online sales transactions. This limitation affected market expansion opportunities and reduced the efficiency of sales data management. This study aimed to redesign the website interface and develop an e-commerce system to address these issues. The research applied the waterfall method, which consists of the analysis, design, implementation, testing, and final system stages. The result of this development is an integrated e-commerce website that supports independent customer transactions, including product exploration, shopping cart management, checkout, payment processing, and order tracking. Based on the conducted testing and user evaluation, the developed system was able to operate properly and support digital transaction activities more effectively. The redesign of the website successfully transformed the company profile platform into a functional e-commerce system that is more interactive and structured.

Abstract

Digital transformation in the automotive industry requires organizations to effectively integrate and analyze transactional data to support strategic decision-making. However, fragmented and unstructured sales data often limit comprehensive market segmentation and performance evaluation. This study aims to design a data mart to support the development of Predictive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for automotive market segmentation analysis using TYT Delivery Order (DO) data from 2020–2023. The research methodology includes the design of a data warehouse based on a star schema model, implementation of the Extract–Transform–Load (ETL) process, calculation of Recency, Frequency, and Monetary (RFM) metrics, customer segmentation using the K-Means clustering algorithm, and the development of Machine Learning models to generate predictive KPIs such as Purchase Probability, Churn Risk Score, and Predicted Customer Lifetime Value (CLV). The results indicate that the proposed data mart successfully integrates historical transaction data, segmentation outputs, and predictive scores into a unified analytical structure optimized for Business Intelligence dashboards. The analysis reveals significant differences in revenue contribution across customer clusters and demonstrates the effectiveness of predictive models in identifying high-potential customers and those at risk of churn. In conclusion, the integration of a data warehouse architecture with Machine Learning-based predictive analytics provides a comprehensive Business Intelligence framework that supports both descriptive and predictive insights, enabling more accurate and data-driven marketing strategies in the automotive industry.
