Abstract

Tourism villages play an important role in tourism development. CHSE implementation will guarantee comfort and safety for tourists. This research uses a descriptive approach with surveys and FGDs to analyze the implementation of CHSE and also the economic impact of tourism on the community in Nagari Sungai Batang.The implementation of CHSE in the Nagari Sungai Batang tourist destination is starting to be seen. However, there are still various aspects of cleanliness, health, safety and environmental sustainability that can still be improved. This assessment can be an independent assessment to become a precursor to obtaining CHSE certification in the future. The existence of tourism has had an impact on the community's economy, both in terms of community income, opening up employment opportunities related to tourism and providing supporting infrastructure. However, this is also not optimal. Various efforts are still needed so that the impact of the tourism sector in Nagari Sungai Batang can give significant results. The efforts that can be carried out include tourism promotion and also determining tariffs for existing tourist destinations.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze was to determine the extent to which the dimensions of the hexagon fraud affect colleger academic fraud. Research surveys using quantitative methodologies are the types of research that are used.  The population in this research are college from Universitas Negeri Padang's Faculty of Economics and Business. Non-probability sampling is the technique used to collect samples. Methods for collecting data with a g-form questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative technique.  The results showed that research indicate that academic fraud  colleger at Universitas Negeri Padang's Faculty of Economics and Business are influenced by stimulus and capacity. Conversely, opportunity, rationalization, and collusion have no impact on academic fraud colleger  there, whereas  arrogance has a negative impact on academic fraud colleger

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of Advertising, Brand Image, and Brand Trust on Purchase Intention of Maybelline New York Cosmetics Products on the Shopee Marketplace in Sidoarjo Regency. The research employed a quantitative method with the population being the residents of Sidoarjo Regency. Nonprobability sampling was used with purposive sampling method, and the number of respondents was 100 people. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the assistance of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 26.0 for Windows. The research findings indicate that Advertising, Brand Image, and Brand Trust individually have a positive influence on the purchase intention of Maybelline New York products in Sidoarjo Regency

Abstract

In order to increase economic growth, a country needs to strengthen the MSME sector, one of the ways is by transforming into the digital world. Digital marketing is currently important for the business world. Because digital marketing can increase buying interest easily, on target and cost-effectively. The purpose of this study is to show the impact of using digital marketing on buying interest in Azarine products using quantitative research. A sample of 92 respondents was taken using purposive sampling technique. Respondents in this study were MAN students in Cibinong sub-district. The results showed that there was an effect of digital marketing on social media on buying interest in Azarine products by 64.8%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the influence of Self-Efficacy, Adversity Quotient, and Entrepreneurial Alertness on the Entrepreneurial Intentions of Students at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Negeri Padang. The type of data used in this research is quantitative. The population used in this research was 1089 undergraduate students who had passed the mandatory entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial practice courses. The sampling technique used in this research was proportional random sampling with a sample size of 92. The data collection technique in this research used a questionnaire via Google Form with a Likert scale. The analysis method in this research is multiple linear regression with the SPSS V.20 application. To test the hypothesis in this study, we used validity and reliability tests, normality tests, heteroscedasticity tests, multicollinearity tests, determination tests, F tests, and T tests. The results of this research show that 1) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions 2 ) Adversity Quotient has no effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions 3) Entrepreneurial Alertness has no effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions 4) Self-Efficacy, Adversity Quotient, and Entrepreneurial Alertness together have a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions.

Abstract

In the banking industry to realize service quality and customer satisfaction, Bank Mandiri Area Yogyakarta and the Transaction & Funding Area Unit work together to create a mobile banking product that can be useful and facilitate all types of customer transactions without having to come to a branch office. In this modern era, Bank Mandiri has issued mobile banking that is already known as Livin by Mandiri which has come with a service system, as well as with easy and modern features to support customers' daily banking transactions. This study was made to explain the influence of service quality on a Livin by Mandiri application on Bank Mandiri customer satisfaction in the Yogyakarta Area and to find the truth that the existence of Livin by Mandiri can meet customer satisfaction to transact easily and anywhere. The method used in this study is qualitative description and data collection using observation and interview techniques conducted at the time of the study. Abstract

The research aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on customer decisions using BRI QRIS with trust as an intervening variable. The number of samples used is 170 samples using the Hair et al. formula.This research uses a purposive sampling technique. The data used is primary data with criteria that have been maintained. The analysis method used is SEM using Smart PLS 4.0.  The research results show that although Perceived Ease of Use and Perceived Usefulness have a positive influence on usage decisions, this relationship is not statistically strong. In contrast, the positive impact of both constructs on trust is significant. Specifically, trust functions as a mediator, significantly influencing the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and usage decisions.

Abstract

With the lens of sensemaking theory, this research aims to examine the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on employee creativity with psychological empowerment acting as a mediator. This research used quantitative methods with primary data sources. Data was collected by designing in such a way and distributing questionnaires via online. The sample size in this research was 157 respondents who work in various industries such as services, manufacturing, educational institutions, and banking. The data analysis used multiple linear regression and mediating testing procedure by Preacher and Hayes. The results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and psychological empowerment had a significant positive effect on creativity. Transformational and transactional leadership have a significant positive effect on psychological empowerment. Psychological empowerment succeeded in being mediator for the two different leadership styles in nature, that are transformational and transactional leadership, influencing on creativity. This research contributes to the development of literature on two types of leadership at once, namely transformational and transactional. So far, transactional leaders are considered to have a negative effect on outcome variables. However, this research is able to reveal the same capability between transformational and transactional in improving employee performance particularly in emerging country context.

Abstract

The focus of this research aimed to ascertain how customer satisfaction at the Kramat Jati Branch of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) is affected by service quality. This study involved 100 respondents who were bank customers, with the sample size calculated using the Slovin formula and selected through accidental sampling techniques.  At the Kramat Jati Branch of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, customers were asked to fill out questionnaires to provide primary data. The analysis showed that the estimated t-value (6.393) was higher than the t-table value (1.984), and the significance coefficient was 0.000, which is less than the standard threshold of 0.05. These results indicate that service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction. Analysis with SPSS shows that service quality contributes 29.4% to customer satisfaction, and the correlation test shows that the relationship between service quality and customer satisfaction is in the medium category with a coefficient value of 0.542.

Abstract

Based on preliminary data, this study indicates that there has been a decline in the number of outpatients in 2023.  The aim of this research is to investigate, using brand image as an intervening variable, the effects of patient experience and service quality on patient satisfaction.  This kind of research uses a causality design and is quantitative. The patients in question are outpatients.  Using a formula that increases the number of indicators by five observations, the non-probability sampling procedure yields 275 samples, or responders.  A questionnaire is used as the data gathering tool, while PLS-SEM and the three box method analysis are used as the data analysis techniques.  The analysis's findings demonstrate that while brand image influences patient satisfaction, patient experience influences brand image, and service quality influences patient satisfaction, brand image influences patient satisfaction.  While brand image can influence the association between patient experience and satisfaction, it cannot influence the relationship between service quality and patient contentment.
