Abstract

Pekalongan, also known as “Batik City” has a potential of batik craft development, especially by using waste of batik fabric. Such batik waste usually is sold directly with no added value.  Small Scale Enterprises of Batik Craft should survive facing a tight business competition.  So, it is important to have a business plan analysis in order to win in such competiton.  The purposes of this research are : 1) to analysis production aspect of batik craft focusing on product development and process standardization, 2) to analysis of batik craft marketing, focusing on consumer analysis and market analysis. Abstract

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a joint disease that is most commonly found in the community between the ages of 45-64 years, the incidence reached 30% and the percentage increase in age over age 65 years, reaching 63% -85%.To determine the implementation of physiotherapy in reducing pain and oudema, increase muscle strength and improve LGS mm hamstring and quadriceps, improving the ability of functional activity in the left genu condition osteoarthritis grade II with micro wave diatermy modalities and therapeutic exercise with method 1 RM (one repitisi maximum).After treatment for 6 times in getting the results of the reduction of pain and reduction oudema on the left genu condition osteoarthritis grade II, an increase in muscle strength mm mm hamstring and quadriceps, as well as an increase in the ability of the patient's functional activity.Micro wave diatermy can reduce pain and osteoarthritis genu oudema on condition of grade II, and exercise therapy with 1 RM method can improve muscle strength and hamstring mm mm quadriceps on genu grade II osteoarthritis conditions, and can improve the functional activity of the condition osteoarthritis genu grade II.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine differences in the effect of back exercises to increase fleksibilitas of the spine, the lower back pain and spinal fleksibilitas, and to investigate the interaction between type of therapy, low back pain, spinal fleksibility and gender. Type of research is that the study is a quasi-experimental,with a pretest - posttest design approach. With the method of taking samples is purposive incidental sampling through inspection procedures to establish the diagnosis of lower back pain. The results in this study are reduction in lower back pain and increase spinal fleksibility but there is no effect and a significant interaction between the type of physical therapy to increase fleksibility anddecrease lower back pain , then there is no significant difference between the type of therapy to lower back pain and spinal fleksibility, but there are significant differences in the increase in fleksibilitas if the terms of gender .Based on the conclusions obtained the following results : (1) The type of physical therapyinfrared and William Flexi Exercise better increase the fleksibility of the spine and lower back pain compared with other types of physical therapy infrared and Mc . Kenzie exercise, (2) There are differences increase the fleksibility of the spine by gender, and obtained the same result for lower back pain by gender , (3)there is no significant interaction between the type of physical therapy tofleksibility, lower back pain an gender

Abstract

The  study,  entitled  "Analysis  of  Tourism Interest  Development  Strategy  through the Service Improvement  at Widuri Coast Pemalang Regency". The aims of this research to  determine  the  optimality  of  service  Widuri  Coast that  can  give  satisfaction  and  to determine the optimal formulation of strategies to improve the quality of service torealize customer  satisfaction.  So  it  really  could  create  interest  for  the  beach  attractiveness  of Widuri  Coast,and  finally  could  increasing  the  original  income  of  Pemalang Regency. Creation of interest in travel by increasing the satisfaction of the tourists / visitors that the number  of  tourists  /  visitors  better,  and  the  tourists  /  visitors  who  have traveled  to  enjoy the scenery  of Widuri  Coast Sights  have  not  lose  to  perform  Sights  tour  back  in  Widuri Coast. Efforts  to  realize  and  enhance  the  satisfaction  of  the  tourists  /  visitors  through optimization service improvements generated by Widuri Coast and Beaches Sights Eating and or other business units in locations Sights Widuri Coast, with an attempt to formulate the  strategy  is  expected  to bring  the  tourist  crowds  pengminatan  Pemalang  particular district  Sights  Beaches  on  Widuri  Coast. This  strategy  is what  should  be  done  by  the managers  of  Widuri  Coast Beaches  Sights  and  managers  Eating  and  or  other  business units who were at the Beaches Sights Widuri Coast.Keyword: travel interests, optimizing service improvements, visitor satisfaction.

Abstract

The surgical site infection is one of the effect nosocomial infection in Indonesia. The prevalence of surgical site infection in Indonesia was 2-18%. The case of surgical site infection post cesarean section was 15%. Surgical site infection post-cesarean section may increase mortality and morbidity, length of stay and cost of hospitalization. Surgical site infection may decrease risk factors especially risk factors for surgical site infection post cesarean.  The aim this research is to correlated anemia with surgical site infection post-cesarean section.  This study was an observational analytical study. Retrospectif case control design was used in this study with quantitative approach. The diagnosis of surgical site infection was defined according to the criteria of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The bivariat analysis used independent T-test and Chi-square.  The results that the surgical site infection were identified in 311 (19%) of 1,592 women having been through caesarean section. The result of bivariat analysis showed that the factors significant suppoting surgical site infection, anemia in 117 patient (18,8%), infection were identified in 69 (22,2%) [OR=1,56 (1,04-2,35)]. The samples studied from 2011, 2012 and 2013 through the medical records of patients. Experienced caesarean section with several risk factors have not been well documented. Detection of unknown incidence of infection when patients back control documented in the medical record outpatients. Keywords: surgical site infection, cesarean section, risk factors.

Abstract

 The Impact of Entrepreneurship Course to The Students  Interest as an Entrepreneur  After Graduation Lecture in   Management Program, Economic Faculty of Pekalongan  University aims to determine whether entrepreneurship courses have an impact on student interest in entrepreneurship after graduation  ,  the  results  of  the  study  concluded  that  85  %  chose  jobs  as  entrepreneurial  as preferred occupation, after college , before and after taking entrepreneurship courses, 52 % of students said that they chose jobs as entrepreneurial as affected entrepreneurship courses and the  remaining  48  %  is  not  due  to  the  effects  of  entrepreneurship  courses  because  of  other factors  ,  Asymp  value  .  Sig  .  (  2  -  tailed  )  of  0.00  thus  Ho  Denied  means  that  there  are differences  in  the  working  interest  before  and  seudah  students  taking  entrepreneurship courses  ,  it  can  be  seen  that  the  53%  who  chose  to  work  as  a  clerk  after  graduating  from college and moving interest as an entrepreneur after a entrepreneurship courses .. The Keywords : Entrepreneurship Course.  Interest,  Enterprenuer.

Abstract

Menulis merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang sangat potensial bagi pengembangan penalaran yang sistematis serta logis. Kemampuan menulis tidak serta merta dapat dikuasai oleh siswa tanpa adanya latihan-latihan. Salah satu cara meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa adalah dengan menuliskan kembali bacaan yang telah dibaca. Kemampuan menuliskan kembali isi bacaan merupakan suatu kegiatan untuk menuliskan pokok-pokok pikiran yang terkandung dalam bacaan. Salah satu jenis bacaan yang sesuai untuk kegiatan ini adalah dongeng. Dongeng merupakan bacaan yang sifatnya menghibur. Dengan menuliskan kembali dongeng yang dibaca maka dapat diketahui ide, pemikiran, dan kemampuan siswa untuk mengingat atau mengapresiasi karya sastra. Salah satu teknik yang dapat dipakai untuk mengetahuinya adalah dengan teknik bola panas.Kata kunci : menulis, dongeng, teknik bola panas, siswa.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease and one of the risk factors for degenerative diseases such as heart disease, stroke and other blood vessel disease, which is one of the important health problems worldwide because of its high and increasing prevalence, hypertension leads to death by 9 , 4 million annually, hypertension accounts for about 45% of deaths from ischemic heart disease and 51% from stroke. Various risk factors for hypertension include smoking and exposure to cigarette smoke, drinking alcohol, diet / diet, unhealthy lifestyle, obesity, medication, and family history (heredity).Hypertension is a non-communicable disease and one of the risk factors for degenerative diseases such as heart disease, stroke and other blood vessel disease, which is one of the important health problems worldwide because of its high and increasing prevalence, hypertension leads to death by 9 , 4 million annually, hypertension accounts for about 45% of deaths from ischemic heart disease and 51% from stroke. Various risk factors for hypertension include smoking and exposure to cigarette smoke, drinking alcohol, diet / diet, unhealthy lifestyle, obesity, medication, and family history (heredity).The systolic blood pressure of pre test in the treatment group and the p-value control group was 0.651 greater than 0.05 and the post test systolic blood pressure in the treatment group and the p-value control group was 0.000 less than 0.05 , While pre-tested diastolic blood pressure in treatment group and p-value control group was 0.218 greater than 0.05 and postharvest diastolic blood pressure in treatment group and p-value control group of 0.000 was smaller than 0.05.Pre-test systolic blood pressure in the treatment group and the control group did not influence the combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation to decreased blood pressure and post-test systolic blood pressure. There was an effect of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation to blood pressure drop, diastolic blood pressure Pre-test in the treatment group and the control group there was no effect of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation to the drop in blood pressure and post-test diastolic blood pressure there was an effect of a combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure reduction.Combination of deep breathing relaxation and progressive muscle relaxation, Decrease in blood pressure in patients with primary hypertension.

Abstract

Fish eating behavior is  the  result  of the  interaction of several senses in  fish depend on the habitat  and the  effect produced by  the food.  Bait as  food is  one  form  of the  stimulus in  the form of physical / chemical that can provide a response to fish of certain fish for fishing. This study describes the eating behavior of Tiger Krapu Fish (Epinephelus fuscogutattus) by using natural bait during  the  day and  evening.  Parameters that observed are  patterns  of eating behavior and eating response time of Krapu Fish. The research method used is descriptive and experiment  on laboratory scale.  The  Observation  of behavioral responses by  using  a    light condition  pond and the  dark  condition  pond.  Bait that  used  was a  natural bait,  including shrimp,  fish,  and sea  urchins.  Stages  of eating behavior observations including  arousal, searching,  and finding phase.  The  behavior of  Krapu fish  to  bait  in bright  conditions is  not different to arousal phase and finding phase. The behaviour of Krapu fish in dark condition to natural bait (sea urchin gonadal, shrimp, and fish) is nit different to arousal phase, searching phase, and finding phase.Keywords : eating behaviour, epinephelus fuscoguttatus), bait

Abstract

Patient  satisfaction  is  a  person's  level  of  perceived  circumstances  that  are  the  result  of comparing  the  performance  or  outcome  of  product  perceived  in  relation  to  one's  expectations. Stem health center III is one of the health service which is visited by patients. Based on data from patient  visits in the last 3  months (January-March 2013) also found a decrease in the number of visits or tend to be unstable. That was in January, as many as 229 patients, more than 254 patients in February and March, as many as 171 patients. With the picture of the researcher interested in taking a research on the factors - factors related to outpatient satisfaction in Batang health center III. This  study  used  a  descriptive  cross  sectional  analytic  approach  to  the  interview  using  a questionnaire.  Based  on  the  survey  results  revealed  There  is  a  relationship  between  Reliability, Responsiveness, Empaty, Assurance, Tangible, perceived benefits, perceived barriers to outpatient satisfaction in Batang health center III. Suggestions in this research is expected that officers should be more concerned about the patient's health  and  help  trouble  when  patients  need  information  about  health  center  III  Rod  and  provide packets of information, including cost information packet, when it comes to Batang health center patients  III  should  immediately  give  a  greeting  or  welcome  and  officers  provide  information  to customers carefully and answer clearly any complaints, criticisms and suggestions  from patients, health  centers  intensify  Batang  health  center  III  so  that  for  patients  who  are  far  away  from  the Batang health center III does not need to be expensive for reaching health centers. Keywords: Satisfaction, Patient of Batang Health Center III
