FORUM PAEDAGOGIK adalah jurnal Pendidikan Agama Islam Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Ilmu Keguruan Institut Agama Islam Negeri Padangsidimpuan terbit berkala enam bulan sekali yaitu bulan Juni dan Desember. Jurnal ini diharapkan dapat menjadi wahana komunikasi ilmiah insan akademik dalam bidang ilmu-ilmu kependidikan, organisasi pendidikan dan kepemimpinan, dan pendidikan Islam. Redaksi mengundang para pakar dan akademisi untuk menyumbangkan naskah, baik berupa hasil penelitian, kajian mendalam, sesuai dengan kajian jurnal. Abstract

AbstractVocabulary (kosa kata) merupakan komponen yang sangat utama dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Tanpa penguasaan Vocabulary sudah tentu penguasaan keempat skills Bahasa Inggris tersebut tidak dapat dikuasai oleh siswa maupun pelajar. Oleh karena itu, disarankan penggunaan metode mengajar yang cukup efektif dalam upaya peningkatan Vocabulary siswa, yakni dengan menggunakan games (permainan). Pembelajaran yang ditawarkan disini merupakan perpaduan antara Total Physical Response (TPR) dengan permainan Taboo Aka Hot Seat Games. Dengan memadukan keduanya diharapkan pembelajaran vocabulary akan lebih semangat dan penguasaan terhadap vocabulary akan lebih meningkat. Namun dalam menggunakan atau menggabungkan kedua hal tersebut guru atau pengajar harus terlebih dahulu memahami konsep TPR dan permainan tersebut, sehingga apa yang diharapkan dapat tercapai. Abstract:Roger Nunn berpendapat bahwa ada beberapa jenis kompetensi dalam pengajaran bahasa Inggis sebagai bahasa internasional. Pada tulisan ini, penulis membahas tentang kompetensi komunikatif dan kompetensi linguistik yang relevan bagi pengajaran bahasa Inggis sebagai bahasa internasional.Disini, penulis menggambarkan demografis penggunaan bahasa Inggris berdasar kompetensi yang digunakan untuk memperkaya materi pembelajaran. Simpulan, bahwa pembahasan pada tulisan ini adalah kompetensi pada pengajaran bahasa Inggis sebagai bahasa internasional.Key Words: kompetensi linguistik, kompetensi komunikatif, , English as an International Language (EIL).

Abstract

AbstraksiPeople would recognize a school good for its Arabic subject. It is studied for communication and qiraat skills. Here, students study it actively and productively. It means that students might able to speak, write, listen to and read.There are two systems to study Arabic; they are union system and division system. Union system takes united systems. The division system takes divided systems on any sciences. Accordingly, students might have reading, writing, speaking and listening skills for both systems.Moreover, there are Arabic teaching methodologies; lecturing, question and answer discussion, socio-drama, drilling, and recitation to reach those skills. Finally, teachers’ understanding towards students’ ages, time use, stationeries, project tools and teachers’ preparation for the subjects are supported principles, systems, aspects, and teaching methodology.Kata Kunci : Pembelajaran, Bahasa Arab

Abstract

AbstractTo enhance the learning of mathematics, teachers should be able to deliver lessons well so that students easily understand and full of enthusiasm in learning. A teacher must have the ability to create a learning activity towards achieving optimal learning outcomes. Therefore a teacher should be able to select and use teaching methods or approaches making it easier to achieve the learning objectives. One method or open ended approach. Approach one open ended approachto learning provides opportunities for the development of mathematical skills by giving students keluasaan active and creative thinking to solve a problem. Open ended approach is better known as an open approach to the problem. In general, the implementation of the approach to teaching mathematics that involves the use of open problems and routine problems that have more than one solution.
