Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujujuan untuk mengetahui (1) Bagaimana Peran guru PPKn dalam meningkatkan moral siswa di MA Samsul huda Singaraja; (2) Apa faktor pendukung dan penghambat guru PPKn dalam meningkatkan moral siswa di MA Samsul Huda Desa Tegallinggah-Buleleng. Penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan teknik dokumentasi. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah Guru Pengampu Mata Pelajaran PPKn, Kepala Sekolah dan siswa yang di tentukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: di MA Syamsul Huda peran Guru sebagai (1) Guru sebagai perencana, (2) Guru Sebagai inisiator, (3) Guru Sebagai motivator, (4) Guru sebagai observer, (5) Guru sebagai antisifator, (6) Guru sebagai model, (7) Guru sebagai evaluator, (8) Guru sebagai teman bereksplorasi bersama anak didik, dan (9) Guru sebagai promotor agar anak menjadi pembelajar sejati. guru PPKn tidak hanya memberikan materi dalam bentuk ceramah di ruang kelas, namun guru PPKn juga mengimplementasikan teori yang telah di salurkan kepada siswa.

Abstract

This research aims to improve critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes with the Inquiry Social Complexity model in class X MIPA 2 SMAN 4 Singaraja in PPKn lessons. Collecting data using the method of observation, tests and documentation. The results showed that there had been an increase in critical thinking skills and student learning outcomes for 2 cycles. In the first cycle of the second meeting, a percentage of 65% was obtained from the initial conditions, namely 40% of 40 students. Researchers have a minimum target of 70% of students have critical thinking skills. The second cycle of the 2nd meeting succeeded in obtaining a percentage of 87.5% or as many as 35 students actively criticized the lesson. Student learning outcomes have also increased, with the initial condition being an average score of 73,875 or only 55% of students who have achieved KKM 75 to an average of 79,125 or 70% in cycle I. Researchers have a target of at least 80% of students having achieved KKM 75 out of 40 student. Cycle II succeeded in achieving the target of obtaining an average score of 84.125 or a percentage of 90% of 40 students. The success of the implementation of the inquiry social complexity learning model is seen by the change in the attitude of students who are enthusiastic in learning to find and solve their own problems. The main obstacle faced by researchers is convincing students to be confident and dare to learn new things.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Wae Codi Village, West Cibal District, Manggarai Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Village Consultative Body in Wae Codi Village, West Cibal District, Manggarai Regency. The type of research used in this study is a descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and study documentation. The results of the research carried out show that the role of the Village Consultative Body in the Village Government institution in Wae Codi Village, West Cibal District, Manggarai Regency has not run optimally according to the applicable laws and regulations. In this case, the legal basis used by the researcher refers to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 110 of 2016 concerning the Village Consultative Body. Through the facts found by researchers in the field related to the role of BPD in Wae Codi Village, it has not run optimally with several obstacles hampering BPD performance, namely (1) Facilities and infrastructure; (2) BPD members who do not understand the function; (3) The community does not understand the scope of the BPD; and (4) There is no socialization from the government regarding the existence of BPD in Village Government institutions.

Abstract

The study discussed the application of the school's method of cultured religious makeup. The study was focused on the school's cultural refraction of religious characters. The study aims to know: (1) how to implement the application of the school's culture-based religious character-based method of breeding in the school's values and beliefs at the 2 singaraja muhammadiyah high school (2) what programs are applied to the student's religious breeding method at muhammadiyah 2 singaraja high school. (3) the study USES a qualitative descriptive approach to describe systematically, factual, and accurately the facts, situations or events and characteristics of the population. The technique for introducing informants in this study is observation, document study, and interviews. Research has revealed that the application of the school's cultural breeding method at muhammadiyah 2 singaraja high school (3s), b. Clean and healthy living culture (3s), b. breeding of clean and healthy lives, c. breeding of honest do 'a and asmaul husna, d. honest behavior, e. breeding an attitude of responsibility, f. breeding an attitude of discipline, h. understanding the qur 'an.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the application of character education values ​​in Banyuwangi's gandrung creation rates to students at SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo. This research is descriptive qualitative. The subjects of this study were the teacher of Banyuwangi's gandrung dance and students of SMA Negeri 1 Tegaldlimo. The data were collected using observation techniques, interview techniques, and documentation techniques. Data were analyzed by descriptive technique with qualitative meaning. The results of this study indicate that the values ​​of character education contained in Banyuwangi's Gandrung dance include: (1) religious, (2) tolerance, (3) discipline, (4) hard work, (5) creative, (6) curiosity. know, (7) the spirit of nationalism, (8) love for the homeland, and (9) responsibility. The values ​​that are implemented by students in the context of learning regional culture, are in accordance with the Banyuwangi regional culture. Some of the obstacles in implementing the character values ​​in the Banyuwangi creation gandrung dance: 1) the schedule for the implementation of the gandrung creative dance activities often clashes with other extracurricular activities, 2) the lack of facilities and infrastructure to support the gandrung creation dance, 3) the delay in related information and the gandrung dance event, and 4) at least the fans of the creative gandrung dance extracurricular.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the formation of student discipline characters through the application of school discipline and Civics learning at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. Data collection is done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research data were analyzed by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The results of this study are the formation of students' disciplined character through discipline starting from a). rules in school are made and formulated by students themselves, namely through the Student Council, the goal is to create disciplinary behavior in students without feeling burdened because disciplinary rules are the ideas of the students so that it arises awareness in students to obey the rules. b) the implementation of discipline in schools is carried out by all existing components, especially teachers and student councilors who routinely conduct raids on school attributes and other items that are prohibited at school. The formation of student discipline character through PPKn subjects, namely the teacher always emphasizes discipline in students, it starts from the teacher giving an example of discipline, creating a conducive learning atmosphere, and the teaching learning process is always orderly.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Civics Teachers in Efforts to Improve Student Discipline. The location of this research was carried out at SMA N 1 Cibal. This study uses a case study design with the Miles and Huberman qualitative model method. The subjects in this study were school principals, students, PPKn teachers, and students. The data collection method used the instruments of observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data analysis method was through: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show: (1) where SMA N 1 Cibal has strict rules and sanctions consisting of 10 regulations that have their own points. (2) Efforts made by PPKn teachers in an effort to improve student discipline have been good through: enforcement of strict rules and sanctions, instilling awareness in students, exemplary teachers, through socialization, giving punishment, teachers always reminding students about discipline. (3) Supporting and inhibiting factors for PPKn teachers in an effort to improve student discipline: a) supporting factors for the existence of strict rules and sanctions, good physical condition of students, awareness from within students, teachers always reflect a disciplined attitude, the establishment of good relationships between teachers and students. b) Inhibiting factors for the diverse student environment, stubborn students, lack of parental support, lack of parental supervision, student association.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) the philosophy of the Teing Hang traditional ceremony for the people in Golo Village, Cibal District, Manggarai Regency, (2) how the process of implementing the Teing Hang traditional ceremony for the people in Golo Village, Cibal District, Manggarai Regency, (3) character values ​​in the Teing Hang traditional ceremony for the community in Golo Village, Cibal District, Manggarai Regency, (4) the usefulness of the Teing Hang traditional ceremony on people's lives in Golo Village, Cibal District, Manggarai Regency. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, the subjects of the research were: traditional elders and the community. The results of this study show the philosophy of the Teing Hang traditional ceremony to ask for success, ask for protection and in the form of thanks giving. In the process of carrying out the Teing Hang ceremony starting with the opening ceremony, the two Torok speakers accept the purpose of the Teing Hang ceremony, the three Teing Hang ceremonies begin, the fourth Torok. The character values ​​contained in the Teing Hang traditional ceremony are the values ​​of God Almighty (Religion), just and civilized human values, the value of Indonesian unity, populist values ​​led by wisdom in deliberation, the value of social justice for all Indonesian people.

Abstract

Customary law is an unwritten law regarding regulations that govern the life of a community and its existence will still be adhered to by people who believe in it even though these regulations are not stipulated by the authorized institution. The purposes of this study are to: To determine the process of implementing the distribution of inheritance that occurs in the family and in the Karo community. To find out what obstacles women face in the distribution of inheritance in the household and community in Karo, and to find out the position of women of the Karo tribe in the inheritance distribution system. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and document recording. The research subjects were determined by purposive sampling technique, the research subjects were; Traditional Leaders, Head of Manuk Mulia Village, and Community Leaders. Research Results: Community inheritance system in Manuk Mulia Village, Implementation of Karo customary law in the distribution of inheritance and the position of Batak Karo women in the inheritance distribution system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the background of the emergence of the tradition of prohibiting ngalor ngulon marriage, to explain how the views of traditional leaders and the community in the Tambak Rejo Village area towards the tradition of prohibiting ngalor ngulon marriage, to analyze the juridical review regarding the legal requirements of marriage according to Law No. 1 of 1974 and Islamic law on the tradition of ngalor ngulon marriage. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study are the village head and each of the traditional leaders have different opinions regarding the background of the ngalor ngulon marriage, the traditional leaders and the community have the same opinion regarding the ngalor ngulon marriage, in Law No. 1 of 1974 especially in CHAPTER II article 6 to 12 there is not a single article that states that ngalor ngulon is prohibited. The three religious leaders in Tambak Rejo Village agree that ngalor ngulon marriages are not regulated in Islamic marriage law, and ngalor ngulon marriages carried out by the perpetrators are still considered legal by the state and religion because they are indeed legal. when carrying out their marriage, they have fulfilled the marriage requirements regulated in Law No. 1 of 1974 and Islamic law, related to the impact of each perpetrator of a ngalor ngulon marriage there is no impact but there is also an impact.
