Abstract

This study evaluates, out-of-sample, the accuracy of two methods for projecting minimum admission score thresholds for the SNBT selection track: per-series linear regression (program × degree-level combinations) and shrinkage-to-mean, using 2023–2025 historical data tested against actual 2026 values across 47 series. Pure linear regression achieves MAE 39.40, RMSE 52.34, and 71.5% pass/fail classification accuracy, but exhibits optimistic bias (recall for the "fail" class only 0.543) and a systematic failure pattern: all 13 series with monotonic three-year training trends (consistently rising or falling) missed 100% in the mean-reversion direction during the evaluation year. The shrinkage-to-mean method, which blends linear projections with historical averages weighted by in-sample R², improves every metric (MAE 31.91, RMSE 43.58, accuracy 74.5%, "fail" recall 0.585) without additional data, yet does not change the bias direction and shows limitations for series with very short historical records (degenerate R²). This study formulates and compares two training-data-only early risk-detection mechanisms, with an explicit trade-off between discriminative power and recalibration requirements. Main contributions: genuine out-of-sample evaluation, identification of a universally consistent mean-reversion pattern, and concrete recommendations for designing similar trend-based prediction features.

Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven digital transformation has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking to enhance competitiveness, operational efficiency, and innovation. However, existing AI maturity models primarily emphasize technological capabilities or data readiness, with limited integration of AI governance, risk management, ethics, organizational capabilities, and digital transformation into a comprehensive framework. This study aims to develop an Artificial Intelligence Maturity Framework to assess AI implementation maturity and support organizational digital transformation planning. The research employs a Framework Development Study approach by integrating Systematic Literature Review (SLR), Comparative Framework Analysis, Content Analysis, and Design Science Research (DSR). The framework is synthesized from existing AI maturity models, ISO/IEC 42001, the NIST AI Risk Management Framework, the OECD AI Principles, and recent studies on AI Governance and Responsible AI. The proposed Integrated AI Maturity Framework comprises a conceptual model, a matrix of dimensions and indicators, five maturity levels, a conceptual assessment instrument, and an AI implementation roadmap. The framework integrates nine dimensions: strategy, AI governance, AI risk management, AI ethics, data, technology, organizational capabilities and talent, innovation culture, and digital transformation. It provides a comprehensive conceptual foundation for evaluating and advancing sustainable AI implementation across diverse organizational contexts.

Abstract

The academic readiness of cadets at the Indonesian Defense University (UNHAN RI) needs proactive monitoring, as cadets carry both academic workloads and military discipline simultaneously. This study aims to build a classification model for the academic performance of UNHAN RI cadets into three categories, Low, Moderate, and High, using the Random Forest algorithm within the CRISP-DM framework. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 cadet respondents from cohorts 5 and 6. After data cleaning, 95 valid records were obtained. The academic performance label was constructed from academic grades using a mean ± standard deviation categorization method, yielding a distribution of 20.00% Low, 57.89% Moderate, and 22.11% High. Six daily-habit variables, namely study hours, assignment load, sleep hours, exercise frequency, academic fatigue level, and perceived task burden, were used as predictors without including the grade itself, to avoid data leakage. Data were split into 80% training and 20% test sets using stratified sampling. A Random Forest model with 100 decision trees achieved 57.89% accuracy on the test set and an average of 55.79% across 5-fold cross-validation. Study hours, exercise frequency, and assignment load were identified as the three most influential features. An experiment removing the least important feature, perceived task burden, produced comparable accuracy and cross-validation mean but a higher cross-validation standard deviation, so the original six features were retained in the final model. The model's accuracy falls into the Poor category under common interpretation guidelines and is close to the majority-class baseline, indicating that daily-habit data alone is not yet sufficient to reliably predict academic performance at this limited sample size. The model is intended as a starting point for the institution to develop a more mature early-detection system for cadets' academic performance.

Abstract

Recording of early childhood development assessments at TK Darunnajah is still done manually, so the data is not integrated in a unified system. The process of compiling 88 student report cards takes between 44 and 88 working days, and around five cases of data loss occur each academic year. This research aims to design a web-based information system for toddler development assessment using the waterfall method, covering the four assessment aspects of the Merdeka Curriculum, with targets of at least 81% for both functional feasibility testing (black-box testing) and user satisfaction. The study employs a Research and Development (R&D) model with a mixed-method approach. Qualitative methods (interviews and observation) were applied during the requirements analysis stage, while quantitative methods (black-box testing and questionnaires) were used during the evaluation stage. The system was developed through five waterfall phases (requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance) using the Laravel 12 framework and a MySQL database, involving a total sample of 35 respondents (the school principal, teachers, and parents). The results of black-box testing on 71 scenarios showed a 100% success rate, while the feasibility questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.924) yielded an overall feasibility percentage of 84.73% (categorized as "Highly Feasible"), comprising 84.00% for usability, 84.38% for functionality, and 85.60% for user satisfaction. Based on these results, TK Darunnajah should promptly implement this system school-wide along with user training, and conduct further research to add predictive analytics features, automatic notifications, and a mobile application version.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom cultivation requires stable temperature and humidity conditions to maintain a suitable growing-house environment. This study aims to design and develop a Laravel-based hybrid monitoring and control system for the Cah Fungi mushroom growing house by integrating environmental monitoring, device control, and parameter configuration into a single web application. The system uses an ESP32 and DHT22 sensor for data acquisition, MQTT for communication, MySQL for data storage, and Laravel as the central platform for data processing and control logic. Automatic control applies temperature thresholds of 22–28 °C and relative humidity thresholds of 80–90%, while manual control allows users to perform a manual override through the dashboard. The system was developed using the Waterfall method and evaluated using Black Box Testing and response-time measurements. The results show that monitoring, MQTT communication, automatic and manual control, manual override, dynamic configuration, and data visualization operated as designed. The system achieved an average response time of 0.407 seconds, while control parameters could be updated without reflashing the ESP32 firmware. Future development should incorporate CO₂ and light-intensity sensors to provide more comprehensive environmental monitoring.

Abstract

Advances in digital marketing are driving Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize e-catalog websites to expand their market reach, including in the Business-to-Business (B2B) segment. However, simply having a website does not guarantee visibility on search engines if Search Engine Optimization (SEO) has not been implemented effectively. This study aims to analyze the initial SEO status and performance of the Prima Jaya MSME e-catalog website and to formulate SEO optimization recommendations to support the expansion of its B2B market reach. The study employs a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The SEO analysis was conducted using SEMrush through the following indicators: Authority Score, Organic Traffic, Organic Keywords, Site Health, Site Audit, On-Page SEO Checker, and Backlink Audit. Website performance was analyzed using Google Analytics 4 based on Active Users, Sessions, Engagement Rate, and Event Count. The analysis results showed an Authority Score of 2, Organic Traffic of 0, 1 Organic Keyword, and a Site Health score of 69%.  Various Technical SEO issues were also identified, as well as low-quality backlinks. Meanwhile, Google Analytics recorded 16 active users, 21 sessions, an engagement rate of 38.1%, and 73 events during the observation period. Based on these results, recommendations were formulated, including improvements to Technical SEO, on-page optimization, content and keyword development, and enhancing backlink quality to increase visibility and market reach in the B2B sector.

Abstract

Elementary school students' ability to apply addition and subtraction concepts to buying and selling transactions specifically calculating change requires improvement. Interviews with a second-grade teacher at SDN Papungan 01 revealed that 20% of students still struggle with this, highlighting the need for interactive and contextual learning media. This study aimed to develop a Construct 2 based educational game focused on monetary arithmetic operations to help second-grade students understand addition and subtraction concepts when calculating change, as well as to evaluate the game's feasibility. The media was developed using the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, comprising the stages of concept, design, material collection, assembly, testing, and distribution. The resulting product is a traditional market-themed educational game that trains students to recognize currency denominations, calculate change, and correctly assemble the change amount. Testing was conducted using Black-box testing and beta testing. Blackbox testing results showed a functional success rate of 97.83%, with 45 out of 46 test scenarios executing as planned. Beta testing yielded feasibility ratings of 96% from media experts, 94% from IT experts, 100% from teachers, and 95.22% from students. Based on these results, the learning media is deemed highly suitable for supporting basic arithmetic instruction in elementary schools.

Abstract

The electricity subsidy assistance program is a government initiative designed to enable low-income households to access electricity at reduced rates. Although the national data system is well-integrated, the economic circumstances of the population are dynamic. Such changes often lead to discrepancies between centrally recorded data and the actual situation on the ground, creating a risk that subsidies may not reach the intended recipients. Without an objective preliminary screening system, data submissions risk rejection and the accumulation of backlogged paperwork. This study aims to implement a web-based application serving as a local early screening tool to classify eligibility by automatically, rapidly, and measurably ranking the priority of prospective subsidy recipients; it employs a quantitative approach utilizing data mining techniques and the Naive Bayes algorithm. The Waterfall method was applied for software development. The results demonstrate that the developed system is capable of classifying the eligibility status of electricity subsidy recipients, specifically for 900 VA household customers. This research is expected to assist relevant agencies in identifying the household electricity customers entitled to receive the assistance.
