Abstract

The success of a project management is not only depend on the teams involved in it, but it is also determined by the appropriate chief operator . The selection of the chief operator is a very important thing in project management, as appropriate chief will be able to bring his team to produce good products on time. The selection of the chief operator can be categorized as a multi-criteria decision, in which a chief is chosen must meet several criterias. In the selection of the chief operator, there are many candidates with different values on each of the criteria, where each criterion has a different priority. This is often becomes quite complex problem. At present, there are many methods to assist in decision making. One method which has been tested and widely used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP works by comparing the level of importance of each criterion, and the value of the candidate on each criterion in order to produce the best candidate decisions. The study will be conducted with the input level of interest in the pair wise comparison matrix of criteria and comparison of each candidate on each criterion with pair wise comparison matrix. The final result is obtained from the calculation of the total value of each candidate for all criteria.

Abstract

The Government Agency Performance Accountability System (SAKIP) is an important instrument for ensuring that government programs can be accounted for based on measurable performance achievements. However, performance report validation at RSUD XYZ is still performed manually, requiring considerable validator time and attention and potentially producing inconsistent judgments. This study aims to develop a rule-based inference model for automated SAKIP performance report validation. The main contribution is a two-stage inference model that integrates the transformation of target and realization data into performance facts with Rule-Based Reasoning using Forward Chaining. The first stage calculates performance achievement according to positive and negative indicator characteristics, while the second stage uses the resulting facts as working memory and matches them against IF–THEN rules. The study employed a Research and Development approach with the Waterfall development model. Data were collected through observation, interviews, document analysis, and 20 performance indicator datasets validated by three validators. The results showed 100% conformity between system decisions and validator assessments with a 0% gap. The average validation time decreased from 6.78 seconds manually to 1.00 second automatically, representing an 85.25% improvement in time efficiency. Software quality evaluation produced Functional Suitability of 98.13%, Usability of 100%, Performance Efficiency of 84%, and Reliability of 96.53%. The proposed model demonstrates that separating performance-fact transformation from the inference process can support consistent and traceable validation.

Abstract

PT Darya Elang Caraka faces operational constraints because the employee weekly activity reporting process still relies on manual Excel spreadsheets managed by administrative staff. This conventional method triggers inefficiencies in monthly report recapitulation, carries data loss risks on the administrative staff's local computer, and hinders managers from monitoring employee working hours in real-time. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Timesheet Management application to centralize all company work activity data. The system development method used is Waterfall, implemented using the Laravel 12 framework and utilizing cloud computing architecture through the Vercel platform and TiDB Cloud database. The result of this research is a centralized information system that facilitates the input of regular and overtime working hours based on projects, disciplines, and cost codes. This system also successfully provides a digital approval workflow for managers and an automated monthly report generation feature. Through the implementation of this cloud technology, the risk of data loss can be minimized, while the efficiency, accuracy, and transparency of the company's operational time management significantly increase.

Abstract

Thesis administration at Universitas Islam Indonesia is handled through different mechanisms across study programs, including separate systems and manual procedures. UIITA was developed to integrate these services as a menu in UII Gateway. This article discusses requirements analysis, functional documentation, and testing in the UIITA project, which was continued by the Alpha Team based on Enterprise Architecture planning. The project activities included artifact review, process and authority mapping, BPMN and use case development, requirements specification in a Functional Specification Document (FSD), interface alignment, and test case development and execution. The outputs map six actor groups and a service cycle from thesis submission to report and grade management. The FSD documents 67 functional requirements in nine groups, consisting of 27 Thesis functions, 18 Thesis Examination functions, and 22 Configuration functions. Test cases were organized by menu and authority to examine available functions, record findings, and support retesting. Traceability across artifacts helps maintain requirements consistency throughout the iterative development of UIITA.

Abstract

Water quality is an important factor in supporting the success of catfish (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) farming because it affects fish growth and survival. Manual monitoring has limitations in obtaining periodic and well-documented data. This study aimed to develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based pond water quality monitoring system using Arduino UNO R4 WiFi in Ciseeng Village. The system monitored three parameters: pH, dissolved oxygen (DO), and water temperature, using DFRobot pH and DO sensors and a temperature sensor. The research employed a design and development method with an experimental approach, including system design, hardware and software development, sensor testing, integration, field implementation, data collection, and analysis. Monitoring from September 2 to October 9, 2025, produced 439 measurement records. After excluding five anomalous readings suspected to result from sensor errors, the average values were 6.49 for pH, 6.38 mg/L for DO, and 31.14°C for temperature. Based on operational thresholds of pH 6–9, DO >4 mg/L, and temperature 27–33°C, the parameters met the thresholds by 99.31%, 100%, and 100%, respectively. The results indicate that the system can support periodic pond water quality monitoring for catfish farming.

Abstract

The selection process for Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) candidates at SMK Miftahul Ulum, Tasikmalaya Regency, has historically been conducted subjectively by homeroom teachers without a structured assessment mechanism, potentially leading to recommendations that lack objectivity. This study employs a quantitative approach using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for multi-criteria decision-making. The research stages include problem identification, literature review, data collection, determination of criteria and weights, decision matrix construction, matrix normalization, preference value calculation, alternative ranking, and result interpretation. The study also applies the SAW method to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) to determine KIP-K candidate priorities in a measurable, data-driven manner. Data were collected through observation and structured interviews with 40 Grade XII students using a saturated sampling technique. Four criteria were established based on official requirements from Puslapdik Kemendikdasmen: PIP ownership (35%), parental income (30%), number of family dependents (20%), and academic grades (15%). Ranking results indicate that Kiki Haolotul Lasmini holds the top rank (Vi = 0.9553), followed by Indah Nurul Hidayati (Vi = 0.9153) and Rifqi Kurniawan (Vi = 0.9011). All 11 students who are PIP recipients dominate the top 11 rankings. The SAW method proved capable of producing a priority ranking that is systematic, transparent, and accountable, serving as a sound basis for selecting KIP-K candidates at the vocational high school (SMK) level.

Abstract

The rapid development of generative artificial intelligence makes authentic photographs increasingly difficult to distinguish from AI-generated images. This study analyzes EfficientNet-B3 and improves the detector using a Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM). A balanced subset of 5,000 CIFAKE images was used, containing 2,500 REAL and 2,500 AI-generated images. After duplicate bytes were removed, 4,000 images were allocated to stratified five-fold cross-validation and 1,000 images were retained as a held-out test set. Images were resized to 300×300 pixels and processed using gray-world color normalization, contrast enhancement, and training augmentation. The baseline achieved 88.25±1.20% validation accuracy and an 88.28±1.14% F1-score, whereas the initial CBAM configuration achieved 87.52±0.90% and 87.49±0.94%. However, the five-checkpoint CBAM ensemble reached 89.00% test accuracy and an 88.98% F1-score, improvements of 0.80 and 0.85 percentage points over the baseline ensemble. Ablation showed that CBAM-last achieved an 88.32% validation F1-score. The findings indicate that appropriate attention placement and checkpoint ensembling can improve performance; external test sets are recommended to assess generalization.
