Abstract

This study aims to find out, study, explore and describe the Implementation of Policies on Enforcing Student Discipline in Elementary Schools and it is hoped that policies that support success in upholding student discipline can be found. This research was conducted using a qualitative method, research conducted at Al Hidayah Integrated Islamic Elementary School, with the subject of the principal, teachers, educators and students. The research data was collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research that the authors conducted show that in the process of enforcing student discipline it is carried out through several policies, namely: 1) Policy for enforcing student discipline 2) Establishing rules at school and in the classroom, 3) Monitoring student discipline behavior by making a monitoring book students' daily activities, 4) sanctions for violations, 5) involving school principals, teachers, and parents.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mediasi adalah layanan yang dilaksanakan oleh konselor terhadap dua pihak atau lebih yang sedang mengalami keadaan tidak harmonis (tidak cocok). Mediasi merupakan bentuk alternatif penyelesaian masalah, mediasi telah tumbuh dan berkembang sejalan dengan tumbuhnya keinginan manusia menyelesaikan masalah yang di hadapinya, oleh karna itu para hakim menggunalan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama Pekanbru Klas 1 A yang terletak di Jalan Datuk Setia Maharaja/Parit Indah, Kota Pekanbaru. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitan kualitatif dengan tipe deskriptif yang menjelaskan dan menafsirkan data yang ada. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah hakim Pengadilan Agama, teknik pengumpulan data yang di gunakan untuk mendapatkan data dan informasi mengunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dalam mengatasi masalah menggunakan layanan mediasi melalui proses atau tahapan yaitu, Perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi jangka pendek, analisis hasil evaluasi, tindak lanjut dan laporan. Dari hasil penelitian penulit dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan layanan mediasi dalam membentuk kerukunan suami-istri di Pengadilan Agama secara langsung seperti diskusi dan wawancara. Kata Kunci: Kerukunan, Layanan Mediasi

Abstract

The research objective was to answer problems regarding the implementation of curriculum policies implemented at MI Al Birra Pekanbaru related to the implementation of principal policies that implemented the 2013 curriculum. The research aims to determine the policy of principals implementing the 2013 curriculum at MI Al Birra Pekanbaru. The curriculum improves quality, namely by applying new concepts in learning. The application of the curriculum is not easy to apply universally, which requires socialization and a process of experience and increases students' abilities in knowledge, attitudes, skills. It is hoped that students will be more creative, innovative and more productive. The method used in this research is qualitative, with descriptive research and determination of information using a survey and getting into of the school by means of interviews, observation and documentation at the MI Al Birra school in Pekanbaru. The results showed that the implementation of the educational curriculum policy at MI Al Birra Pekanbaru had implemented an educational curriculum in accordance with the provisions set by the Ministry of Religion (Ministry of Religion) so that the learning process could run efficiently and effectively. Abstract

This study aims to describe the Implementation of Character Education Strengthening Policy (PPK) at SD AL-RASYID Pekanbaru. This type of research is descriptive qualitative using a case study approach. The results showed that the implementation of the Character Education Strengthening Policy at SD AL-RASYID Pekanbaru was carried out through 3 stages, namely; (1) Interpretation of character education strengthening policies that have been carried out by making character education strengthening programs and regulations (2) Organizing structured character education strengthening policies (3) The application of character education strengthening policies is supported by infrastructure facilities. The character values instilled are religious, nationalist, independent, orderly, cooperation, mutual assistance, and integrity. As well as the implementation of KDP policies at SD AL-RASYID can apply in strengthening character education carried out by integrating it in the learning process / KBM, school culture, and extracurriculars. At the implementation stage of the policy of strengthening character education at SD AL-RASYID which is implemented through various activities involving the roles of schools, parents, and the surrounding community so that the three parties have a reciprocal relationship by fulfilling achievements for the golden generation for Indonesia in the future.

Abstract

Implementation of policies in the teaching and learning process is an important step to ensure that the policies that have been set can be implemented properly in the school environment. In implementing these principles, teachers have an important role both in teaching subjects and in guiding and advising students. In guidance and counseling services, alternative steps must be implemented in the form of assistance based on problems and backgrounds. Guidance and counseling teachers must use different approaches and techniques in providing assistance so that the activities carried out are successful. If the desired success is not achieved, guidance and counseling can be repeated. The principle must be followed that students are given the opportunity to tackle their own problems. Teachers or mentors play an important role in considering various topics with students and helping them make decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and examine the implementation of policies in the teaching and learning process related to the models and methods carried out by teachers to students which are applied in Muhammadiyah 2 Elementary School Pekanbaru. This research is a field research that uses qualitative methods, namely research aimed at analyzing the situation in the field. This study uses data collection techniques by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. Learning methods that have been mastered by the teacher in conveying learning in class have a very important role in the teaching and learning process and are able to create teaching and learning situations effectively and efficiently in accordance with the conditions of students. The results of this study are to examine how the teacher's efforts apply the teaching and learning process standards set in teaching units to produce meaningful learning, with school policies in accustoming students to reading the Koran before starting learning.

Abstract

This study aims to: determine the implementation of Islamic religious education policies, explain the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of Islamic religious education policies, explain the impact of implementing Islamic religious education policies on students. This research is a field research using a qualitative approach, namely research aimed at describing and analyzing the conditions that exist in the field. Techniques that can be used to collect data by conducting interviews, observation and documentation based on the results of observations and research SD IT Al-manar have been good at implementing religious education policies. And the regulations for each school have religious practices and theories in carrying out the implementation of their religious education policies and the implementation of Islamic religious education policies here is carried out in a week. learned in theory before. There are several factors supporting the implementation of religious education at SD IT Al-manar, namely support from inside and outside the school with good cooperation between teachers and their parents. As well as there are additional classes that are also used in carrying out worship practices. And there are also several factors inhibiting the implementation of religious education at SD IT Al-manar, namely the existence of obstacles such as holidays which can sometimes hinder the learning process of Islamic religious education and also obstacles such as a lack of human resources. Abstract

Effective, efficient, and productive school development needs to be supported by changes in various aspects related to education, including the school climate. Changes in school climate need to be carried out to respond to the deteriorating condition of education. A conducive school climate and culture is characterized by the creation of a safe, comfortable and orderly learning environment so that learning can take place effectively. The principal becomes a determining part of the realization of a good school culture on the basis of the policies implemented, the programs launched, as well as clear targets and strategies for achieving them. Regarding the creation of culture and climate, the principal of SD IT Insan Kamil Bangkinang Kota prepares planning, Organizing, leadership, and controlling.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Incomplete families have a big influence on the emergence of juvenile delinquency, the phenomenon of divorce is increasingly common so it has a big impact on children's behavior. The aim of this research is to help increase learning motivation in students who are victims of Broken Home by using Self Management Techniques. The methods used are observation and interviews. Findings in the field and literature studies show that some students whose families are separated tend to have low motivation to learn. This is confirmed through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers and also the homeroom teacher. These students often cause trouble in class and outside of class. Using the right techniques will help students to increase their motivation to learn in order to become successful people in the future. After the researchers conducted counseling using the Self Management Technique, it could be concluded that this technique was suitable for students with learning motivation problems, and after completing this counseling, students showed changes in behavior that were initially negative to positive. Keywords: Individual Counseling, Self Management Techniques, Learning Motivation ABSTRAK Keluarga tidak utuh memiliki pengaruh besar terhadap munculnya kenakalan remaja, fenomena perceraian semakin marak terjadi sehingga hal itu sangat berdampak pada perilaku anak. Tujuan penelitian ini membantu meningkatkan motivasi belajar pada siswa korban broken home dengan menggunakam Teknik Self Management. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi dan wawancara. Hasil temuan di lapangan serta studi literatur menunjukkan bahwa beberapa siswa yang keluarganya berpisah cenderung memiliki motivasi belajar yang rendah, hal ini dikuatkan melalui hasil wawancara dengan guru BK dan juga wali kelas siswa tersebut sering membuat onar di kelas maupun luar kelas. Penggunaan Teknik yang tepat akan membantu siswa untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar agar menjadi orang yang sukses di masa depan. Setelah peneliti melakukan konseling dengan menggunakan Teknik Self Management dapat disimpulkan bahwa Teknik ini cocok untuk siswa dengan masalah motivasi belajar, dan setelah selesai dilakukannya konseling ini siswa memperlihatkan perubahan perilaku yang awalnya negatif menjadi positif. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of service quality on people's interest in saving at the Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Islamic Savings and Loans Cooperative Indragiri Hulu. This study uses a quantitative method with a customer population of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil Indragiri Hulu as many as 5,452 customers and a sample of 98 customers. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. The technique used is used to determine the sample using the Slovin formula. Data were processed and analyzed using simple linear regression and using SPSS 26.0 for Windows. The research results of the coefficient of determination test show that with an R Square value of 0.600, a coefficient of determination value of 60% is obtained. These results show that the influence of the independent variable, namely Service Quality, on Interest in Saving is 0.600 or 60%. Meanwhile, the remaining 40% is influenced by other variables not examined in this research. And the results of (t-test) if seen from the tcount value is 12.005. Meanwhile, ttable with a significance level of 5% and df = 98 -2 = 96 obtained a ttable value of 1.985. Based on these results because tcount > ttable (12.005 > 1.984) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that there is a significant influence between Service Quality on Saving Interest."
