Islmaic Studies of Journal (Jurnal Islamika) is published by the Faculty of Islamic Studies Muhammadiyah University of Riau. ISSN:2615-7217(online). Islamika journal Published twice a year in April and October. The journal publishes empirically grounded and multidisciplinary of work on Islam and its related issues, Islamic economics and finance, Islamic psychology and Islamic Education. The editorial board may edit without changing the substance of the papers. The manuscript was written for Muhammadiyah Riau Islamic Studies Jurnalshould be in Bahasa Indonesia, English and arabic should be an original research paper either theoretically or empirically which sufficiently contributes novelty to Islamic economics and finance, Islamic psychology and Islamic Education literature. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. <![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study examines and explores the Makkiyah and Madaniyah verses, the Al-Qur'an is the word of God which was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad SAW. The Qur'an is an eternal miracle unlike the miracles of the previous Prophets. As we have seen, the Qur'an was received by Rasulullah SAW within a period of 23 years, namely some were revealed when the Apostle was in Mecca and some were revealed when the Apostle was in Medina. Therefore, in general, the scholars of rahmatahumullahu divide the Qur'an into two parts: Makkiyah and Madaniyah. Makkiyah is a revelation that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad before emigrating to Medina. Madaniyah is a revelation that was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad after emigrating to Medina. Methodology This research refers to the literature approach (library research which is descriptive qualitative). This study focuses on the object of study in the form of written theoretical sources. The results of this research, especially for the academic world, can be used as reference material and references (literature) that can add to the library's treasures, especially in the field of Islamic education. <![CDATA[Analisis jabatan adalah bagian penting dari manajemen sumber daya manusia karena membantu organisasi mencapai tujuan organisasi dengan meningkatkan produktivitas, pelayanan, dan kualitas. Analisis jabatan adalah prosedur untuk menetapkan tugas dan tuntunan keterampilan dari suatu jabatan serta individu seperti apa yang dipekerjakan pada jabatan tersebut. Tujuan Penelitian ini ingin melihat bagaimana pengaruh analisis jabatan, rekrutmen dan seleksi mempengaruhi kinerja kariawan. Tujuan analisis jabatan adalah untuk: menetapkan spesifikasi karyawan, menentukan kebutuhan pelatihan, menentukan peringkat, mengembangkan metode. Salah satu bagian penting dari proses manajemen sumber daya manusia (MSDM) adalah analisis jabatan, rekrutmen, dan seleksi. Oleh karena itu, orang yang melakukan proses ini harus amanah, atau profesional, karena ini akan melahirkan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang profesional, yang akan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan tujuan perusahaan. <![CDATA[From the amount of Islamic attention to education, of course Islam has its own goals and reasons for this problem. Therefore, this paper will explain the purpose of Islam to get its people to pay attention to education. Where in describing it takes from the verses about the purpose of education, then explained by not taking from just one book of interpretation, but connecting from several books of interpretation. And also collect some hadith related to the purpose of education as further understanding of the objectives of education in Islam. In his analysis do not forget the views of Muslim scholars to be a comparison and enhancer of the study of Islamic education objectives. Likewise, various views of modern western education figures also make a comparison in the study of the educational objectives of the perspective of the Qu’ran.]]>

<![CDATA[Consumer behavior is a behavior shown from consumers when planning a purchase and after using a product/service for satisfying the needs and desires of consumers. Consumer satisfaction is a feeling of consumers after making a purchase and using a product/service. If the consumer want to repurchase, that means the consumer is satisfied with the product they purchased before. Consumers who are satisfied with the experience of online shopping will have higher expectations for the future, and this will lead to loyalty. This study aims to determine the effect of consumer behavior on consumer satisfication in the TikTok Shop program for female workers. The sample in this study is 96 people. Data collection uses a consumer behavior scale with 13 items, and a consumer satisfaction scale with 21 items. Data analysis using simple linear regression test. The results of data analysis show the value of F = 70.833 with a sig value of 0.000 (P < 0.05), which means there is an influence between consumer behavior on consumer satisfaction in the TikTok Shop program for female workers. The results also show that the value of R Square is 0.430, which means that consumer behavior has an influence of 43% on consumer satisfaction, while 57% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. <![CDATA[Islamic religious education as one of the mandatory curricula in each educational unit is often a black goat due to the behavior of students, because some parties consider that the formation of character and moral development of students are only produced from the output of Islamic religious education. Therefore, this study aims to reveal how the implementation of character education through Islamic religious education. The research was conducted using qualitative methods, the data sources were the principal, vice principal and several purposively selected students. The results of the study are: first, the content of character values in Islamic religious education includes 18 (eighteen) characters. Islamic religious education teachers do not have a complete understanding related to the types of characters contained in Islamic religious education. The model offered is the interconnection of character values with Islamic religious education materials taught in high schools.]]>

<![CDATA[Mata pelajaran Agama Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah memiliki beragam materi di antaranya adalah sejarah Kebudayaan Islam, Alquran Hadist, Fiqh dan Aqidah Akhlak. Setiap mata pelajaran tersebut memiliki keterikatan antara satu sama lainnya. Dalam membimbing, memotivasi, mengarahkan, memahamkan, mengembangkan kemampuan dasar melalui mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dimaksudkan bisa memperoleh perkembangan yang baik untuk peserta didik. Selain itu penghayatan dalam sejarah bisa memaknai isi kandungan dalam Alquran dan Hadist yang bisa mewujudkan peserta didik dalam berperilaku yang memancarkan Iman Dan Takwa kepada Allah SWT yang mana sudah di tentukan dalam Alquran dan Hadist. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengetahui bagaimana pendalaman nilai-nilai karakter melalui mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Misi dan Mata pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam yaitu untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan mencerdaskan umat muslim muslimah dalam beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian Literature review. Mata Pelajaran Sejarah Kebudayaan Islam bisa membentuk karakter yang mulia terhadap peserta didik, dengan pembiasaan di sekolah dan dorongan dari para pendidik dan orang tua.]]>

So that if education does not use the curriculum in learning, it can be ensured that learning runs inconsistently. The purpose of this research is to gain or add new knowledge or discoveries. And as proof of testing the truth that already exists. As the development of knowledge of an existing scientific field. This time researchers used qualitative research methods. In this method, the object is thoroughly or thoroughly researched with the intention of being in accordance with the thoughts of the researcher himself. The education policy at SDS Fadhilah is to facilitate children to get the best education by implementing school programs that support their interests and talents. Fadhilah Integrated Islamic SDS has excellent programs, from the curriculum field, namely project-based PTS, grade 6 comprehensive exams, and grade 6 munaqoshah exams. And from the student affairs sector, there are extra curricular activities that support and train children's talents. The curriculum implemented at Fadhilah Integrated Islamic School in the 2022/2023 academic year uses 2 curricula, the independent curriculum 1 for grades 1 and 4 and the 2013 curriculum for students in grades 2, 3, 5 and 6.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to examine the effect of Zakat on poverty reduction in Riau Province. The research method used was quantitative. The data used in this research was secondary data obtained in the form that already exists and was collected and processed by other parties in the form of financial reports on the distribution of Zakat funds at district/city BAZNAS for the period 2017 to 2021 recorded at BAZNAS Riau Province and the number of poor people in districts/cities which are recorded in the Central Statistics Agency of Riau Province. The data analysis method used panel data regression with the research model, namely Fixed Effect using the help of E-Views version 12 software. The results show that Zakat funds have a significant effect in reducing the number of poor people in Riau Province. It can be concluded that Zakat funds collected by BAZNAS are well distributed. Where it can be seen from the 5 (five) excellent programs in BAZNAS, namely the fields of economy, education, humanity, health and religion. So that zakat funds distributed through the five programs can affect poverty reduction in Riau Province. Keywords : Distribution, Poverty Level, Zakat]]>

<![CDATA[Incomplete families have a big influence on the emergence of juvenile delinquency, the phenomenon of divorce is increasingly common so it has a big impact on children's behavior. The aim of this research is to help increase learning motivation in students who are victims of Broken Home by using Self Management Techniques. The methods used are observation and interviews. Findings in the field and literature studies show that some students whose families are separated tend to have low motivation to learn. This is confirmed through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers and also the homeroom teacher. These students often cause trouble in class and outside of class. Using the right techniques will help students to increase their motivation to learn in order to become successful people in the future. After the researchers conducted counseling using the Self Management Technique, it could be concluded that this technique was suitable for students with learning motivation problems, and after completing this counseling, students showed changes in behavior that were initially negative to positive.]]>

<![CDATA[The halal label is halal information or evidence contained in every product that will be consumed by the public, in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and legislation issued by the MUI. Having a halal label gives Muslims a sense of trust and caution when consuming food. Therefore, this research aims to find out how the halal label influences people's purchasing decisions in choosing a place to eat in Pekanbaru city. This research uses a quantitative method using a simple linear regression method. The population in this research is the Muslim community of Pekanbaru city of 5,622,998 people and a sample of 270 people using the simple random sampling method. Data collection used a questionnaire with data processing using the SPSS 26.0 analysis tool. The research results show a tcount value of 27.864, which means tcount > ttable of 1.969 with a significance level of 0.000<0.05, which means Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a positive and significant influence between the halal label on people's purchasing decisions.]]>
