Abstract

This research aims to evaluate and test the impact of performance allowances, work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. The research method used is quantitative by collecting primary data through quantitative surveys. The research results show that performance allowances, work discipline and work motivation together influence employee performance by 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other factors outside the variables studied. The F test also shows that the independent variables, namely performance allowances, work discipline, and work motivation, significantly influence employee performance together. This indicates that changes in performance allowances, work discipline, and work motivation will have an impact on changes in employee performance. These findings confirm that performance benefits, work discipline, and work motivation have a significant influence on employee performance. The conclusion is that increasing performance allowances, monitoring and improving work discipline, as well as increasing work motivation can improve employee performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of Sidoarjo Regency. Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Sales Turnover, Perceptions of MSME Players and Understanding of Accounting on the Implementation of SAK EMKM. The research method used for sampling in this study used random sampling. The research results show that the R Square (R2) value is 0.366, meaning that 36.6% of the variation in the application of SAK EMKM is explained by accounting understanding, perceptions of MSME actors, and company turnover. Conclusions, based on showing that sales turnover, perception of SMEs, and understanding of accounting have a significant positive effect on SME implementation. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload on turnover intention and its impact on employee performance on employee performance at CV. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique. The research sample consisted of 48 CV contract employees. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. This research took data through a questionnaire that was distributed to CV employees. Bintang Tex Indonesia Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of this study show that compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, turnover intention has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of rewards, communication and mastery of technology on employee work productivity at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive research and explanatory research. The sampling method was carried out using saturated sampling, and data analysis used multiple linear regression. The research results show that partially, at PT Allianz Star Network Medan, rewards have a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, communication has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity, and mastery of technology has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Simultaneously, rewards, communication and mastery of technology also have a positive and significant influence on PT Allianz Star Network Medan. In conclusion, this research provides an important contribution to the understanding of the factors that influence employee work productivity in this company. The implications of the results of this research can be used as a basis for developing more effective human resource management policies and practices at PT Allianz Star Network Medan. Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of service quality, price and location on consumer satisfaction at Mitra Sejati Hospital. The research method used is a quantitative method with a positivistic approach, which involves collecting and analyzing data in the form of numbers to produce concrete conclusions. The research results show that service quality, price and location have a positive and significant influence on consumer satisfaction. This is proven through statistical tests with the Sig t value which shows the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction (0.014 < 0.05), price on consumer satisfaction (0.013 < 0.05), and location on consumer satisfaction (0.001 < 0.05 ). Apart from that, the F test also shows that simultaneously, service quality, price and location together have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Conclusion, that the importance of service quality management, setting the right price, and choosing a strategic location in increasing consumer satisfaction at Mitra Sejati Hospital. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the chat & buy strategy, accuracy of goods and prices on increasing sales at Sports Station Medan Mall Floor 3. The research method used is a quantitative approach using 100 customer samples selected through the cluster sampling method. The results of the analysis show that the chat & buy strategy variables, item accuracy, and price positively and significantly influence sales increases, with a coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square) of 0.485, which means that 48.5% of the variation in sales increases can be explained by the three variables. the. The t test shows that the chat & buy strategy, item accuracy, and price significantly influence the increase in sales, with sig values of 0.007, 0.002, and 0.000 respectively, and Tcount values of 2.766, 3.136 and 7.496 respectively. The conclusion is that the chat & buy strategy, accuracy of goods and prices play a significant role in increasing sales at Sports Station Medan Mall Floor 3. Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify factors that influence the workload and work motivation of employees at PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and Riau Islands UP3 Tanjungpinang. This research uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection instrument with a quantitative research approach. The research population is employees of PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and UP3 Riau Tanjungpinang Islands, and the entire population was sampled, with a total of 199 workers, using a saturated sampling approach. Descriptive analysis, validity testing, reliability testing, and hypothesis testing were carried out using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) with Smartpls 3. The results showed that workload had an influence but was not significant on employee performance, while motivation had a significant influence on employee performance. . In conclusion, it is hoped that it can provide input for PT. PLN (Persero) UID Riau and Riau Islands UP3 Tanjungpinang in improving human resources, especially in terms of workload, motivation and employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of leadership, workload and burnout on employee performance in garment companies in Tangerang Regency. The research design used is a causal relationship with a quantitative approach, which aims to find cause-and-effect relationships between the variables studied. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to garment company employees using a Likert scale as a measuring tool. The population of this research was 74 employees of garment companies in Tangerang Regency, who were also used as research samples using saturated sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS). Data processing involves measurement tests, structural tests, and hypothesis tests. The research results show that leadership has a positive and significant influence on employee performance. However, workload and burnout do not have a significant influence on employee performance. Thus, these findings highlight the importance of the role of leadership in improving employee performance in garment companies. Although workload and burnout do not significantly influence employee performance in the context of this research, this does not reduce the need to pay attention to and manage these factors in the context of human resource management. Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the mastery of marketing communications through digital media in increasing the creativity of MSME product promotions. This research involved five MSME actors in Jatinegara Kaum, East Jakarta, and used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews and observations. The research results show that MSMEs mainly use social media Instagram and WhatsApp to market their products. In conclusion, the presence of digital media helps them introduce and market their products, as well as simplify the ordering process. However, there are supporting and inhibiting factors in the use of digital media. It is hoped that further research will be able to identify needs and design development programs that can overcome obstacles in digital-based marketing. Abstract

This research aims to investigate the impact of competence and professionalism on audit quality by integrating auditor ethics as a mediating variable. The research method applied is a quantitative method, using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to analyze the collected data. The research results show that competence and professionalism have a positive and significant influence on audit quality, both directly and through the role of auditor ethics as a mediating variable. Conclusion, understanding of the factors that influence audit quality in the accounting profession. The practical implication of this research is that increasing auditor competence and professionalism can improve audit quality, with auditor ethics acting as an intermediary in this relationship.
