Abstract

This study aims to analyze earnings management actions in mediating the effects of CSR disclosure and GCG mechanisms on financial performance. This research method is a quantitative method. The data source used comes from the annual report. The research data was processed and analyzed using Warp PLS 7.0 software with the PLS-SEM analysis method. The results showed that CSR has a significant and negative effect on financial performance and earnings management, the GCG mechanism has a significant and positive effect on financial performance and earnings management, law management has a significant and positive effect on financial performance. Also, the results of the indirect effect test explain that CSR and GCG mechanisms on the company's financial performance cannot be mediated by earnings management. Abstract

This study aims to prove the influence of Locus of Control (LOC), the application of SAP, and SPI on the quality of financial reports in SKPD Sampang Regency. This research method is quantitative. The population in this study were 25 SKPD in Sampang Regency. The sampling technique used was a purposive sampling technique so that 81 employees met the criteria for respondents. Primary data using a questionnaire used in this study. The analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of WarpPls 7.0 software. The results showed that the hypothesis testing was obtained, namely, a) LOC on financial statements has a significant P-Value of 0.005; b) SAP on the financial statements has a significant P-Value of <0.001; c) SPI on financial reports has a significant P-Value of 0.064. Conclusion, LOC and the application of SAP have a significant positive effect on the quality of financial reports. While SPI has no positive effect on the quality of financial reports. Abstract

This study aims to describe the predictors of store atmosphere, word of mouth and price perception on purchasing decisions. This research method is descriptive quantitative. This study used 100 respondents with a purposive sampling technique. This study used the Smart LS version 4 program. The results showed that store atmosphere, word of mouth, and price perception were significant predictors of consumer purchasing decisions. In conclusion, the better the store atmosphere provided, the better the positive word of mouth given, and the better the price offered, the more likely consumers are to make purchases at the Barokah Sekopek Fishing in Semarang City. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of sustainability reports and profitability on stock returns, and test the company's value moderates sustainability and profitability reports on stock returns. This research method uses quantitative through financial data instruments. The research sample consisted of 32 Mining Companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period. The results showed, a) sustainability reports on stock returns have a value for path coefficient -0.071 (negative) and a P value of 0.842 (not significant); b) profitability on stock returns has a value for the path coefficient of 0.372 (positive) and a p value of 0.328 (not significant); c) company value mediating sustainability reports on stock returns has a path coefficient value of -0.915 (negative/weakening) and a p value of 0.175 (not significant); d) company value mediating profitability on stock returns has a path coefficient value of 0.754 (positive/strengthening) and a p value of 0.265 (not significant). In conclusion, sustainability reports, profitability do not affect stock returns and firm value does not moderate sustainability and profitability reports on stock returns. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation, compensation and organizational culture on employee performance at PERUMDA Tirta Bumi Serasi Drinking Water, Semarang Regency. This study uses quantitative research methods and in the analysis process uses multiple linear analysis techniques. The sample used was 82 respondents. Data collection was carried out in this study using a questionnaire which was distributed directly to the respondents. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, compensation had no effect on employee performance, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. In conclusion, the application of better motivation will have an impact on better employee performance, as well as improving organizational culture, then employee performance will increase. Meanwhile, compensation cannot be a factor to improve employee performance. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Employee Performance, Compensation, Motivation

Abstract

This study aims to determine and reveal the effect of employee incentives, work routines, and workplace regulations on results at PT. Archipelago Rubber Industry. This research method is quantitative. The population of the total study consisted of 82 workers at PT. Nusantara Rubber Industry and 68 employees of PT. Archipelago Rubber Industry. Multiple linear regression analysis is a technique used in the research process. The results showed, a) the feeling value was higher than the table, or 7.224 higher than 1.983, with a significance of 0.044 0.05; b) the discipline score is lower than the table, or 863 lower than 1.983; c) the value of work motivation is lower than the table, namely -684 with a significance of 0.497 less than 0.05. As a result, Ftable (2.69) is greater than Fcount (1.724), so the number is 0.171 > 0.05. conclusions, sanctions, discipline, and motivation all have an indirect and synchronous beneficial impact on PT. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Size, ROA, CAR, LDR and NPL on the efficiency of Digital Banks in Indonesia. The method used in this study is to use a quantitative method with the Two-Stage Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) method. The data collection technique carried out by researchers in this study was through library research. The sample method used in this study is purposive sampling with 8 samples of digital banks in Indonesia for the 2018-2021 period. The results showed that the first phase of data analysis using DEA found that digital banks in Indonesia obtained an average efficiency score of 0.88 (high efficiency). Abstract

The aims of the research are, a) to analyze the level of encouragement of work motivation, competence, training, and job satisfaction on performance; b) analyze the influence of work motivation, competency, training, and job satisfaction simultaneously on employee performance at PT Ansaf Inti Resources. The research method used is a survey research method. Respondents were 83 employees of PT Ansaf Inti Resources. This type of research is explanatory research. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and company documents. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results showed, a) based on the t test, the work motivation variable (Xl) had a significance value of 0.022 <0.05 and a positive coefficient value of ~1 of 0.099 had a significant positive effect on performance (Y); b) based on the t test, the competency variable (X2) has a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and a positive ~2 coefficient value of 0.591 has a significant positive effect on performance (Y); c) based on the t test, the training variable (X3) has a significance value of 0.049 > 0.05 and a positive ~ coefficient value of 0.067 and has a significant positive effect on performance (Y); d) based on the t test, the job satisfaction variable (X4) has a significance value of 0.000 > 0.05 and a positive ~ coefficient value of 0.313 and has a significant positive effect on performance (Y). Conclusion, a) motivational variables affect employee performance; b) the variable competence with motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; c) the variables of training along with motivation and competence have a significant effect on employee performance; d) the variables of job satisfaction together with motivation, competency, training and job satisfaction have a significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Employee Performance, Competence, Work Motivation, Training

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine community satisfaction in making new KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, the data sources used are primary data sources and secondary data sources related to empirical situations and conditions of community satisfaction in the service of making KTPs in the sub-districts. The results showed that the t test value showed t count > t table, namely 8.028 > 2.042. In conclusion, community satisfaction with the service for making KTPs in Paseh District, Bandung Regency can be seen from the simplicity of the waiter procedure, Paseh District, Bandung Regency, the procedure for making KTPs is simple and straightforward. The time of service, Paseh District, Bandung Regency in completing the making of KTP was in accordance with SOP (standard operating procedure). Keywords: Community Satisfaction, KTP, Servant

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of consumer ethnocentrism, vulnerability to normative influence, and consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products in Indonesia in the context of Indonesian franchised products. This research method is quantitative. Questionnaires are used to collect sample data. 350 questionnaires were distributed by direct delivery survey to targeted respondents, and 208 were returned for processing. The data analysis used is PLS 3.3.0. The results showed, a) consumer ethnocentrism towards consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.193 > 1.96; b) susceptibility to normative influences on consumer hostility has a value of t count > t table, namely 2.144 > 1.96; c) consumer ethnocentrism towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 6.858 > 1.96; d) susceptibility to normative influence on the purchase of foreign products has a value of t count < t table, namely 0.827 < 1.96; e) consumer hostility towards purchasing foreign products has a value of t count > t table, namely 3.524 > 1.96. In conclusion, a) consumer ethnocentrism has a positive relationship with consumer hostility; b) susceptibility to normative influence is positively related to consumer hostility; c) consumer ethnocentrism has a negative relationship with purchasing foreign products; d) vulnerability to normative influences is not related to the purchase of foreign products; e) consumer hostility is negatively related to the purchase of foreign products.
