Abstract

This study aims to implement a profit target analysis at the Alvo Archery UKM so that the planned profit target is achieved. This study uses the method of observation and direct interviews with UKM Alvo Archery to obtain the required data. Research Results, Alvo Archery MSMEs must sell products: 108 horse bow units, 131 units of Batman, 95 units of brave units, 159 units of Adult units, Elegant Kids with 396 units, Adult Street Fighter with 193 units, Street Fighter Kids with 173 units, 143 units of elegant long bow, 128 units of Mindful, 157 units of Extreme, 128 units of Fight Black, 157 units of KZN 117, 1299 Arrows of Alvo Fiber, 2320 units of Arrow Bambu Sponge, 2320 Arrow Ramin Sponge unit, Target Board 50x50x5 as many as 773, Target Board 100x100x5 as many as 286 units. Conclusion, based on the above data, then Alvo Archery MSMEs must make profit planning in advance so that the desired profit can be achieved. From the results of the above calculations, Alvo Archery MSMEs must sell their products as much as calculated above so that the planned profits are achieved and get the maximum profit. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of work motivation and self-efficacy on employee performance at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The population in this study were employees at PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The research method used is descriptive and associative methods. The sample used in this study is using Simple Random Sampling which is included in probability sampling by distributing 100 questionnaires to employees of PT. Latanza Sinar Abadi, Sukabumi Regency. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients and hypothesis testing using a stimulating test (F test). The results of the study, the test coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.822 can be interpreted that the influence of Work Motivation and Self-Efficacy on Employee Performance is 82.2%. The remaining 17.8% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.909, it shows that there is a very strong relationship between work motivation and self-efficacy with employee performance. Based on the F test, get the probability value sig. 0,00 <0,05 which means that together the Work Motivation (X1) and Self-Efficacy (X2) have a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Conclusions, work motivation and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on employee performance Keywords: Work Motivation, Self-Efficacy, Employee Performance.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the influence of store image and service quality in increasing customer satisfaction. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative with quantitative approach. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling by means of simple random sampling approach. The amount of samples deployed were amount to 186 respondents. The technique of analyzing data applied was multiple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS 24 application.The results of the research show that the influence of store image was positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.743; thus, the influence of service quality is also positive and significant towards customer satisfaction which is amounted to 0.787. Subsequently, the result conveys that the influence of store image and service quality is aggregated to 65.6% and the epsilon or namely the remaining independent influence caused by other variables not explained in the research is aggregated to 34.4%. Conclusion, there is a positive and significant effect between store image and service quality on consumer satisfaction Keywords: Store Image, Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y). Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation and work discipline on the performance of Division 03 employees of PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk. Bukit Hijau Rawas Ilir District, North Musi Rawas Regency. In this study used a three item variable questionnaire method namely motivation questionnaire (X1), work discipline (X2) and employee performance variable (Y). The data analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination (R2), and Test F. The results of the study, from the results of multiple linear regression analysis the equation Y = 10.428 + 0.349 X1 + 0.382 X2. Furthermore, from the analysis obtained the R square R2 value of 0.770 or 77.0%. This value gives the understanding that motivation (X1), and work discipline (X2) contribute 77.0% to employee performance (Y). While the remaining 23.0% is influenced by other variables not included in this study. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of spiritual motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT. DendymarkerIndahlestari. This study uses a quantitative approach that uses questionnaires in data collection techniques. To do the hypothesis test used simple regression techniques, simple correlation, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. All the analysis process, in its calculation is assisted with the application of SPSS 20.0. The results of the study, simultaneously the variables of spiritual motivation (X1) and work discipline (X2) on employee performance showed value, Fcount obtained was 39.565>Ftable = 3.30 and the significance level simultaneously significance was 0,000 <(α) = 0.05 df = n - k = 37 - 2 - 1 = 34 is equal to 3.28 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. the meaning shows that together (simultaneously) the independent variables, namely spiritual motivation and work discipline have a significant influence on the dependent variable, namely employee performance, so that the truth is proven and the hypothesis is acceptable. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the application of work selection and placement processes on employee performance. The method used in this study uses descriptive methods and associative methods. Data collection techniques conducted by researchers in the study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique starts from compiling data, tabulating data until the testing phase. The results of the study, based on the calculation of the categorization of data found that the value of the selection process is 571 between the criteria of medium and high. This shows that the selection process that occurred at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is already high. This means that the selection process has an effect on the company. Based on the calculation of categorization of data obtained that the value of work placements of 359 is between the criteria of low and medium. This shows that work placements that occur at PT. West Java and Banten Tbk Development Bank. Sukabumi Branch is classified as medium. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the strength of social media and word of mouth on consumer purchasing decisions at Mie SP Sukabumi restaurant. The method used in this research is associative descriptive and quantitative approaches with multiple linear regression as data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that the total effect simultaneously is only 4.5% while the remaining 95.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Conclusion, social media does not have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while word of mouth has an influence on purchasing decisions partially. Abstract

This study aims to determine how the zmijewski method can be used in analyzing financial distress at PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk, PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk, and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk. The data analysis method used is to use the zmijewski method. The results of the study, PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk in 2015 obtained an X-Score of -0.6868 so that the company was categorized as healthy or non-distress. In 2016 PT. Mitra Pemuda obtains an X-Score value of -1,5004 and is categorized as non-distress. And in 2017 PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk obtained the X-Score value of -1.6922 so that it was in the category of healthy or non-distress. Conclusion, PT. Jaya Konstruksi Manggala Pratama Tbk, PT. Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk, and PT. Mitra Pemuda Tbk based on the zmijewski method to analyze the company's third financial distress is in a healthy or non-distress condition.
