Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of career development, organizational commitment and work motivation employee performance at CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This research uses quantitative methods. Sources of data used through primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique used a questionnaire which was distributed through a questionnaire. The sampling technique in this study is probability sampling technique and simple random sampling using the slovin formula for employees of CV. Bracelet Tani, with a total of 159 respondents. The results showed that: (1) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Bracelet Tani. This conclusion is based on the results of the F test which shows Fcount t table and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the first hypothesis proposed is proven true. (2) Career Development (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) partially affect Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the results of the t test which shows that tcount ttable and the significance value is less than 0.05 so that the second hypothesis proposed is proven true. (3) Career Development (X1) is a variable that has a dominant influence on Employee Performance (Y) on CV. Farmer's Bracelet. This conclusion is based on the value of tcount and the value of standardized of coefficients Beta is the largest compared to the variables of Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and the drive thru samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, whether tax sanctions are able to moderate service quality and the drive thru samsat system on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance. This research method uses quantitative, data collection is done by distributing questionnaires. The population in this study were students of the 2018 accounting study program. The sampling technique used in this study was using the slovin formula as many as 155 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the PLS-SEM analysis technique with the SmartPLS V.3 program. The results of the study show that service quality has no significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, the drive thru system has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions are not able to moderate service quality on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, tax sanctions are able to moderate the Samsat drive system. thru on motor vehicle tax compliance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress on Organizational Commitment at PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Sidoarjo. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study are employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa F&A, P&GA, Purchasing and Ppic divisions, totaling 39 employees. This study uses quantitative data analysis techniques. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze quantitative data. The analytical tool used in this research is SPSS Software. The data used in this study are questionnaire data and data sourced from PT. Ciomas Adiasatwa Sidoarjo. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and observations. The results of this study prove that Hypothesis 1: Leadership Style Variable has a significant and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 2: Organizational Culture Variable has a significant and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 3: Work Stress Variable has a significant and negative effect on Organizational Commitment. Hypothesis 4: Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Stress Together have an effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Digital Marketing, Brand Awareness, and Word Of Mouth on Purchase Decisions. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in the study used accidental sampling technique, with the number of respondents as many as 95 respondents from Bund's Pizza consumers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires distributed through questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression analysis. Data processing in this study used the software program SPSS 22 (Statistical Program For the Social Sciences). The results show that: Digital Marketing affects the Purchase Decision on Bund's Pizza Products, Brand Awareness affects the Purchase Decision on Bund's Pizza Products, and Word Of Mouth affects the Purchase Decision on Bund's Pizza Products.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress, compensation and organizational culture on Alfamidi's work productivity in the city of Sidoarjo, Porong and Candi sub-districts during the covid-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive study using quantitative methods. Data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires to 30 respondents who are Alfamidi employees in Porong and Candi sub-districts. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS (statistical program for social science) version 21 for windows. The results of this study indicate that work stress variables affect productivity, compensation affects work productivity, and organizational culture variables do not effect on work productivity in the districts of Porong and Candi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Taxpayer Knowledge, Taxpayer Awareness and Service Quality Against Motor Vehicle Taxpayer Compliance in Sidoarjo Regency during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses primary data, namely questionnaires distributed to 50 respondents using random sampling technique as a sampling technique. The population of this study were residents of the Jabaran village of Kapas Melati Hamlet who used motorized vehicles. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, coefficient of determination test and t test using SPSS. v.25 in data processing. The results of this study indicate that during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sidoarjo Regency, taxpayer knowledge has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, taxpayer awareness has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance, and service quality has a significant effect on motor vehicle taxpayer compliance.

Abstract

In service companies, the performance of human resources is one of the benchmarks for calculating company productivity. Anticipating that a crisis like 1997 would not return, the Indonesian government requires companies under the status of the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to implement GCG. Character building of the workforce is the duty of the company in shaping the work pattern of the company's workforce, one of which is the goal of establishing the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) program. These things are currently the responsibility of PT Pegadaian (Persero). For this reason, this study aims to determine the effect of the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) system that has been set on the performance of the workforce and the condition of Corporate Culture at PT Pegadaian Surabaya Regional Office. And know the reputation of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in the eyes of the public since the implementation of the Good Corporate Covernance (GCG) system? Based on several theories and previous research that discusses Good Corporate Covernance (GCG); Labor Performance; Corporate Culture; Company Reputation. The method used is a qualitative method by processing data using Actor Network Theory. In conclusion, the Good Corporate Covernance (GCG) system that has been implemented has an influence on the performance of the workforce and the condition of the Corporate Culture at PT Pegadaian Surabaya Regional Office. Meanwhile, the reputation of PT Pegadaian (Persero) in the eyes of the public since the implementation of the Good Corporate Covernance (GCG) system has increased.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational culture and perceptions of organizational support on employee engagement at Al-Islam H.M Mawardi Hospital employees. This research is a type of quantitative research with hypothesis testing. The sample used in this study were 107 respondents, namely employees of the Al-Islam Hospital H.M Mawardi Sidoarjo. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2), partial correlation coefficient, t test, F test, and classical assumption test using SPSS version 18.0 application program. This primary data was obtained through a questionnaire whose measurements used a Likert scale which tested the validity and reliability of the data declared valid and reliable Al-Islam H.M Mawardi Hospital, Sidoarjo. The results of this study prove that transformational leadership style affects employee engagement, organizational culture affects employee engagement, perceptions of organizational support on employee engagement. Transformational leadership style, organizational culture, perceived organizational support simultaneously affect employee engagement.

Abstract

In everyday life, we often hear the word Innovation. Innovation appears in the organization was first introduced by Schumpeter in 1934. Innovation is very important in organizations to increase the productivity of agencies. Innovation itself is an idea that is applied, and has a scientific basis. Underlying this research is that in fact there are still several factors that cause performance to be not optimal. The purpose of this research is to prove the effect of innovation on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Education and Culture Office of Sidoarjo. This study uses quantitative methods and data collection techniques using interviews and questionnaires. Sampling used the total population of the State Civil Apparatus of the Education and Culture Office of Sidoarjo, namely 57 employees. The results of this study indicate that innovation has an influence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Education and Culture Office of Sidoarjo. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work environment on organizational commitment to employees of PT. Jasa Marga Pandaan-Malang. This study uses quantitative methods. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Jasa Marga Pandaan-Malang, which has 96 employees. Sampling using the "saturated sample" technique resulted in 96 respondents. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and interviews. The analytical technique used in this research is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 18 program. The results of this study indicate that the simultaneous test of motivation, job satisfaction, organizational culture, and work environment variables have an influence on organizational commitment of PT. Jasa Marga Pandaan-Malang. The variable that has the most significant effect on organizational commitment is the work environment variable.
