Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this study are to analyze: (1) The effect of Service quality on Customer Satisfaction in customer Samsung, (2) The effect of Brand Trust on Customer Satisfaction in customer Samsung, (3) The effect of Service quality on Repurchase Intention in customer Samsung, (4) The effect of Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention in customer Samsung, (5) The effect of Customer satisfaction on Repurchase intention in customer Samsung, (6) The effect of Service quality on Brand trust in customer Samsung. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the college student of Padang who have use Samsung smartphone. The sample used was 100 respondent using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed offline and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.2.7 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction (2) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on Customer satisfaction (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (4) Brand trust has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (5) Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase intention (6) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on Brand trust. Conclusion this analysis higlights of this study there is the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, there is the effect of brand trust on customer satisfaction, there is the effect of service quality on repurchase intention, there is the effect of brand trust on repurchase intention, there is the effect of customer satisfaction on repurchase intention, there is the effect of service quality on brand trust. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the attractiveness of advertising, prices, and electronic word of mouth on the interest of users of Grab online transportation services in the city of Padang. The type of research used in this study is descriptive causative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang City who have seen Grab advertisements and know information about Grab, but never used Grab's online transportation services in Padang City. The sample used was 100 respondents using purposive sampling technique. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques in this study were using questionnaires, and sources of literature. Descriptive analysis tool using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the variable attractiveness of advertising and electronic word of mouth has a significant and positive effect on user interest, while the price variable does not significantly and positively affect the interest of Grab online transportation service users in Padang City.  Keywords: User Interests/Consumer Buying Interests, Advertising Attractiveness, Price, and Electronic Word of Mouth

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of business risk, profitability, and asset growth on the capital structure of companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index.Methodology - This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index in 2014-2018. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of companies listed in the Jakarta Islamic Index, companies that are consecutively ranked in the Jakarta Islamic Index during the 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 70. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program.Finding - The result of this study indicate (1) business risk has no significant negative effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (3) asset growth has a significant positive effect on capital structure in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this research to analyze: (1) The influence of Promotion on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students in Padang State University (2) The influence of Perceived Ease of Use on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students in Padang State University (3) The influence of Price on Repurchase Intention Transportation Services Go-Jek On Students In Padang State University.  Methodology - This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students at Padang State University User Go-Jek transportation services with a total sample of 170 people taken using convenience sampling because of the unknown population.Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of (1) cash turnover on profitability (2) accounts receivable turnover to profitability (3) and inventory turnover to profitability (ROA) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Methodology - This research is classified as causative research. The population in this study were all food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of a food and beverage company listed on the IDX, the company that issued financial statements during the year of observation. The sample in this study was 65 observations. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the STATA program.Finding - The results of this study indicate (1) cash turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability (2) accounts receivable turnover has a significant positive effect on profitability (3) and inventory turnover has no significant positive effect on profitability in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Keywords:     Cash Turnover, Receivable Turnover, Inventory Turnover, Working Capital Turnover,  Profitability

Abstract

This research aims to analyze: (1) The influence of self-efficacy toward Entrepreneurial interest on students of Padang State University (2) The influence of tolerance for risk toward Entrepreneurial interest on students of Padang State University (3) The influence of work freedom toward Entreprenurial interest on students of Padang State University. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were all active students of Padang State University. In this study the number of samples was determined using the Cochran formula sample obtained 100 people taken using purporsive sampling that the sample is chosen by several consideration according to its proportions and the chances are that each member of the population will be the same sample. This study was analyzed by multiple regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program.Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. It can therefore be stated that (1) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University  (2) Tolerance for Risk Support has a positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University (3) Work Freedomhas no significant effect on Entrepreneurial Interest on student of Padang State University. This analysis highlights the positive influences self-efficacy and tolerance for risk towards Entrepreneurial interest. However,the interest in entrepreneurship viewed form work freedom was of no significant effect. Keywords: Entrepreneurial Interest, Self-Efficacy, Tolerance for Risk, Work Freedom.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of (1) activity ratio, (2) leverage and (3) firm growth onfinancial distress in manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Thepopulation in this study are all manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The sampling technique used purposive sampling and sample obtained as much as 119companies. Data used in this research are secondary ones which obtained from ICMD. Dataanalysis method used logistic regression analysis. This study found that Activity ratio (TATO),leverage (DR) and firm growth (SG) have significant effect in probability of financial distress.However, ITO RTO and LTDER have insignificant effect to financial distress. The result showedaccurately prediction as much as 89%.Keywords: Financial Distress, activity ratio, leverage, firm growth

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of dissatisfaction, variety seeking, electronic word of mouth, and religiosity on the brand switching of other cosmetic products into Wardah cosmetics. The population in this study were students from Padang State University who used Wardah cosmetics. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples obtained was 394 respondents from the population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software. The results of the study show that simultaneously each variable used significantly influences brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics. Partially, the dissatisfaction, variety safety, electronic word of mouth, and religiosity variables have a positive and significant effect on brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics. The coefficient of determination for dissatisfaction (X1), variety seeking (X2), electronic word of mouth (X3), and religiosity (X4) variables accounted for 43.2% for brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics while 56.8% was influenced by other factors. Keywords:   dissatisfaction, variety seeking, electronic word of mouth, religiosity,              and brand switching

Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to find out consumer responses to electronic word ofmouth, customer experience, and brand trust and influence partially and simultaneouslyelectronic word of mouth and customer experience on Transmart Carrefour brand trust inPadang City.Methodology - The data used in this study were obtained from questionnaires and directinterviews with related parties. The analysis technique used is multiple regression usinghypothesis testing, namely F test and T test.Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in thehypothesis. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kecukupan modal, efsiensi, dan likuiditas terhadap tingkat profitablitas Bank umum konvensional. Penelitian initergolong penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruhperusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun2012-2017. Sampel pada penelitian ini ditentukan dengan purposive samplingberdasarkan kriteriaperusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di BEI,perusahaan yang menerbitkan laporan keuangan secara lengkap selama tahunpengamatan.Sampelpadapenelitianiniyaitusebanyak30 perusahaan perbankan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari website www.idx.co.id.Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda denganmenggunakan program SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1)kecukupan modal yang diukur dengan capital adequacy ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia (2) net interest margin berpengaruh positif dan signfikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia(3) BOPO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia(4)loan to deposit ratio tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan perbankan yang go public di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Keywords:           Kecukupan modal (CAR), efisiensi (NM, BOPO), likuiditas ( LDR), profitabilitas (ROA)
