Abstract

This study analyzes: (1) The effect of reputation on trust, (2) The effect of electronic word of mouth (ewom) on trust, (3) The effect ofweb quality on trust. This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is customers of Sopee in Padang city. By using purposive sampling, we use 196 customers as the respondent. This study used onlinequestionaires as the data collection instrument, this study analyzed the data by using multiple linear regression (MLR) with SPSS 21 as the software package. The results of this study indicate that: (1) reputation has a significant effect on trust (2) electronic word of mouth (ewom) has a significant effect on trust (3) web quality has a significant effect on trust. Keywords: reputation, electronic word of mouth, web quality, Trust

Abstract

This study analyzes:(1) The effect of similarity towards parasocial interactionon followersinstagram @awkarin in the city of Padang, (2) The effect of expertisetowards parasocialinteractionon followers instagram @awkarin in the city of Padang, (3) The effect oflikeabilitytowards parasocial interactionon followers instagram @awkarin in the city of Padang,(4) The effect of parasocial interaction towards impulse buying tendency on followers instagram@awkarin in the city of Padang. This type of research is causative research. This research wasconducted in the city of Padang. The population in this study is the people of Padang who haveaccessed instagram. This study analyzed the data by using structural equation modelling (SEM)with smart PLS 3.0 as the software package. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh efikasi diri terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspes Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (2) Motivasi karir sebagai pemoderasi pada efikasi diri dan perencanaan karir pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Padang, Sumatera Barat. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu 101 yang kemudian ditarik sampel sebesar 81 dengan tekhnik proporsional clustered simple random sampling. Tekhnik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis Sentral Equation Model (SEM) dengan bantuan program PLS 3.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi karir karyawan pada karyawan PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (2) Efikasi diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (3) Motivasi karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Padang Intermedia Pers bagian Padang Ekspres Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat. (4) Motivasi karir secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara efikasi diri dengan perencanaan karir karyawan pada PT. Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, board of commissioners, and dividend policy on corporate social responsibility of companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Methodology - this research is classified as causative research. The populations in this study were all companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling based on the criteria of companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange companies that are consecutively ranked in the Indonesia Stock Exchange  during the 2014-2018. The samples in this study were 87. The type of data used is secondary data from the website www.idx.co.id. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using the SPSS program.Finding – the results of this study indicate (1)family ownership has no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (2)foreign ownership has a significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (3)meeting frequency of board of commissioners has a no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (4)independen board of directors has significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (5) dividend payout ratio has no significant positive effect on corporate social responsibility on capital structure in companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, family ownership, foreign ownership, dividend payout ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this study to analyze the effect of human resource management practices and the implementation of total quality management on employee performance. This research is quantitative with a population of employees of the Packing Plant PT. Incasi Raya. The analytical method used path analysis, using SPSS version 20. Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) the influences of Islamic attributes of Destination on Destination Loyalty, (2) the influences of Islamic attributes of destination on tourist satisfaction, (3) the influences of tourist satisfaction on destination loyalty.The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is Muslim traveler that already visited Kabupaten Pesisir Selatan. The total sample of this research was 281 people by using online questionnaire. The result of research show that (1) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on destination loyalty, (2) Islamic attributes of destination has significant influences on tourist satisfaction (3) Tourist satisfaction has significant influence on destination loyalty.For the future research it is better to explore more about variable that can influence destination loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this researches are to analyze: (1) The effect of green marketing on brand image of Tupperware products in Padang, (2) The effect of corporate social responsibility on brand image of Tupperware products in Padang, (3) The effect of green marketing on corporate social responsibility of Tupperware products in Padang. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study of all Tupperware’s customer in Kota Padang. The sample used was 150 respondent using accidental sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using the SmartPLS 3.2.7 program. The results of this study indicate that:1) Green Marketing has positive and significant effect on Brand Image products Tupperware in Kota Padang, 2) Corporate Social Responsibility has positive and significant effect on Brand Image products Tupperware in Kota Padang, 3) Green Marketing has positive and significant effect on Corporate Social Responsibility products Tupperware in Kota Padang. Keywords: Green Marketing, Corporate Social Responsibility, Brand Image

Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to determine the effect of dissatisfaction, variety seeking, electronic word of mouth, and religiosity on the brand switching of other cosmetic products into Wardah cosmetics.Methodology - The population in this study were students from Padang State University who used Wardah cosmetics. The sampling technique is nonprobability sampling, with a purposive sampling method. The number of samples obtained was 394 respondents from the population. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS software.Finding - The results of the study show that simultaneously each variable used significantly influences brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics. Partially, the dissatisfaction, variety safety, electronic word of mouth, and religiosity variables have a positive and significant effect on brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics. The coefficient of determination for dissatisfaction (X1), variety seeking (X2), electronic word of mouth (X3), and religiosity (X4) variables accounted for 43.2% for brand switching from other cosmetics to Wardah cosmetics while 56.8% was influenced by other factors. Keywords: Dissatisfaction, Variety Seeking, Electronic Word of Mouth, Religiosity, and Brand Switching

Abstract

This study analyzes: (1)the effect of web service quality on attitude towards the website, (2) The effect of customer satisfaction on attitude towards the website, (3) The effect of web service quality on behavioural intention, (4) the effect of customer satisfaction on behavioural intention, (5) the effect of attitude towards the website on behavioural intention, (6) the effect of web service quality on customer satisfaction.This type of research is causative research. The population in this study was all students from Padang State University who used the Olx online shop. By using purposive sampling we use 180 customers as the respondent. This study used online questionnaires as the data collection instrument, This study analyzed the data by using structural equation modeling (SEM) with smart PLS 3.0 as the software package.The results of this study indicate that: (1) web service quality has a significant effect on attitude towards the website. (2) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on attitude towards the website. (3) web service quality has a significant effect on behavioural intention. (4) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on behavioural intention. (5) attitude towards the website has a significant effect on behavioural intention. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan membuktikan seberapa besar (1) Pengaruh Atribut Produk Wisata terhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, (2) Pengaruh Electronic Word of Mouthterhadap Keputusan Berkunjung, jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausatif, dimana penelitian ini menggambarkan dan menganalisis hubungan-hubungan antara satu variabel dengan variabel lainnya atau bagaimana suatu variabel mempengaruhi variabel lainnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalahsemua orang yang pernah berkunjung atau yang sedang berkunjung ke Kawasan Wisata Mandeh. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 100 orang dengan menggunakan teknik accedental sampling. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan induktif melalui analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 21.0, hipotesis diuji dengan uji F dan Uji t pada α = 0,05. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Atribut Produk Wisata berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Berkunjungdengan nilai thit= -0,046 dan sig = 0,591, (2) Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WOM) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan berkunjung dengan nilai thit=6,793 dan sig = 0,000. Keywords: Atribut Produk Wisata, Electronic Word of Mouth, Keputusan Berkunjung
