Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze and prove: (1) the influence of product quality on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop (2) the effect of prices on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop (3) the influence of services on the brand switchingAxioo brand laptop. This type of research is causative research. Methodology -The population in this study were students from Universitas Negeri Padang who used Axioo brand laptops. The total sample of this study was 97 people who were taken using a purposive sampling method because the unknown population used a questionnaire. Finding - The results of this study indicate that (1) Product quality has a negative and significant effect on the brand switching Axioo brand laptop. (2) Price has a positive and significant effect on Axioo Brand Switching laptops (3) Service Quality has a negative and not significant effect on the Switching Brand laptop brand.  Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Service Quality, Brand Switching

Abstract

1) the influence of trust on buying interest in buying and selling sites a positive influence, (2) the influence of reputation on trust positive influence, (3) the influence of information quality on trust positive influence, (4) perception of e-WOM on trust positive influence, (5) the influence of reputation, quality of information, e-WOM influences buying interest through the belief of a positive influence, this type of research is causative research. This research was conducted in the city of Padang, West Sumatra. The population in this study are all Tokopedia site buying and selling sites but have never made a purchase. The sample used as many as 200 people using purposive sampling techniques. The type of data in this study is primary data. Data were collected through a questionnaire and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. Abstract

AbstractPurpose - This research aims to analyze: (1) The Influence of brand personality toward repurchase purchase intention on customers of Ethic Barbershop (2) The influence of service quality toward repurchase intention on customers of Ethic Barbershop (3) The Influence of store atmosphere toward repurchase intention on customers of Ethic BarbershopMethodology - This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were all men in Padang city who had used Ethnic Barbershop services with a total sample of 151 people taken using purposive sampling because of the unknown population.Finding - Regarding the causal model proposed, the data confirm the relationship set out in the hypothesis. It can therefore be stated that (1) Brand personality has a positive effect and significant to repurchase intention (2) Service quality has a positive effect and significant to repurchase intention and (3) Store Atmosphere has a positive effect and significant to repurchase intentionConclusion - This analysis highlights the positive influences that take part in the brand personality, service quality, and store atmosphere towards repurchase intentions. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Company Size, Capital Structure, Liquidity and Profitability on Firm Value. The type of research used in this study is comparative causal research. Causal comperative research is a research activity that seeks information about why a causal relationship occurs, and researchers try to trace the relationship back. Researchers take one or more consequences as devendent variables and test the data by tracing back to the past to look for causes, causes, interrelationships and their meanings. Company values tested in this study include Company Size, Capital Structure, Company Liquidity and Profitability. Hypothesis testing is done using multiple regression models with a sample of 34 observations from telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2010-2017. The results of this study prove empirical evidence that: (1) Company Size does not affect Company Values, (2) Capital Structure does not affect Company Values, (3) Liquidity does not affect Company Values, (4) Profitability affects Company Values Keywords:         Company Value Company Size, Capital Structure, Liquidity, Profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the different score from some prediction of bankruptcymodel, that are Altman Modification, Springate, and Zmijewski. The object of this research istelecomunication companies that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2008-2017. Toanalyze the data, this research used Wilcoxon Match Pair T-test to answer hypothesys 1, 2, and 3and hypothesys 4 used Accuration Test. The result is Wilcoxon Match Pair T-test are thatAltman, Springate, and Zmijewsk’s was not have different score to predict bankruptcy oftelecomunication companies. Meanwhile the result of accuration test showed the highest modelto predict of bankruptcy in telecomunication companies is Zmijewski’s model with 89%, then64% for Altman, and the lower is 62% to Springate’s model.Keywords: Brand Personality, Service Quality, Store Atmosphere, Repurchase Intention

Abstract

This study aims to identify defects that occur during the production process, to find out how the quality control of production with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) and Six Sigma and the factors that cause damage/disability in the production process. This research includes descriptive research that aims to study the aspects of who, what, when and how of a topic. By using the Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method, it can be seen whether the production is in a controlled or uncontrolled state. While Six Sigma is to find solutions and improve the quality of product processes so that the number of defective products can be reduced. Based on calculations with Statistical Quality Control (SQC) method that Liberty Shoes production is still uncontrolled, that is, there is a disability value of 3.193% and using P (P-Chart) control diagrams it can also be seen that there is still a proportion of disability that is beyond the control limit. The results of the Six Sigma analysis revealed that the sigma level was 3.91 sigma or 7,964.60 defective products from one million production. Based on the Pareto diagram it is known that the highest disability level is sequentially 47.11%, Cutting 20.79%, Stitching 16.17% and Policing 15.94%. Abstract

The purpose of this researches are to analyze: (1) Effect of website quality on online booking intention with Booking.com users. (2) Effect of e-trust on online booking intention with Booking.com users. (3) Effect of website quality on online booking intention by mediating e-trust on Booking.com users. This type of research is causative. This research was conducted in the city of Bukittinggi. The population in this study is all the people of the city of Bukittinggi who know about the Booking.com site or have a Booking.com application but have never made an online purchase. The sample used was 200 people using purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study is primary data. Secondary data was collected through documentation, questionnaires and analyzed using the SmartPLS version 3.0 program. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Website quality has a positive and significant effect on e-trust, (2) Website quality has a positive but not significant effect on online booking intention, (3) E-trust has a positive and significant effect on online booking intention. Keywords: Website Quality,E-trust, Online Booking Intention

Abstract

Abstract Tujuan akhir yang ingin dicapai dalam suatu perusahaan adalah memperoleh  keuntungan yang maksimal dengan melakukan pengukuran kinerja perusahaan untuk memperlihatkan kepada stakeholders bahwa perusahaan memiliki kinerja  yang baik,. kinerja perusahaan adalah penentuan ukuran-ukuran tertentu yang dapat mengukur keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam menghasilkan laba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh good corporate governance terhadap corporate performance pada Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia dengan social performance sebagai pemediasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perbankan syariah di Indonesia periode 2011-2018 dan sampel dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 88 perusahaan-tahun pengamatan. Data penelitian merupakan data sekunder yang diambil dari situs resmi masing-masing Bank Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis SEM-PLS dengan menggunakan Smartpls versi 3.2.9. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa (1) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance (2) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap social performance (3) Social performance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance (4) Good corporate governance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance dengan social performance sebagai pemediasi

Abstract

Purpose -The purposes of this study are to analyze: (1) The effect of Website quality and E-trust on Online Booking Intention of Traveloka users in the city of Padang, (2) The effect of Website Quality on E-trust of Traveloka users in the city of Padang.Methodology - This type of research is causative research. The population in this study is the people of Padang who have accessed the Traveloka site. The sample used was 400 respondent using purposive sampling technique. Data was collected through questionnaires distributed online and analyzed using the Smart PLS version 3.0 program.Finding - The results of this study indicate that: (1) Website quality has a significant effect on Online Booking Intention with a coefficient value of 0.277 at p values 0.005 and t statistics at 2.812, (2) Website quality has a significant effect on E-trust with a coefficient of 0.764 on p values 0,000 and t statistics 18.444, (3) E-trust has a significant effect on Online Booking Intention with a coefficient value of 0.484 in p values 0.000 and t statistics 5.981. Keywords: Website Quality, E-trust, Online Booking Intention
