Abstract

Purpose - The purpose of this study was to determine the process and background of theforming of city branding in West Sumatra, namely 'Taste of Padang'.Methodology - This type of research is descriptive causative. This research was conducted inWest Sumatera Province. The research was done in 2019. Researchers generate facts andfindings through interviews and studies of documents related to the brand 'Taste of Padang'.Finding - The results of the study show that city branding 'Taste of Padang' is a sub-brand of'Wonderful Indonesia' initiated by the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Indonesia. As arealization, FGD was held to establish a West Sumatra tourism destination brand by the WestSumatra Tourism Department. To become a sub-brand of 'Wonderful Indonesia' in the FGDprocess the establishment of the brand 'Taste of Padang' only focuses on the logo and tagline.Keywords: City Branding, Tourism Brand Destinations, Taste of Padang, West SumatraTourism Office, FGD

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (2) Persepsi dukungan organisasi sebagai pemediasi antara keadilan distributif dan keadilan prosedural terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan yang berjumlah 73 orang. Sedangkan jumlah sampel penelitian yaitu 73 orang dengan menggunkan teknik total sampling.Alat uji analisis yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS v.3.0 dengan metode analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modeling). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (2)Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (3) Keadilan distributif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (4) Keadilan prosedural berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi dukungan organisasi pada karyawan PT. Bangun Persada Kahuripan, (5)Persepsi dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keterikatan karyawan pada karyawan PT. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis: (1) Pengaruh hedonic shopping value terhadap impulse buying pada Tokopedia (2) Pengaruh shopping lifestyle terhadap impulse buying pada Tokopedia (3) Pengaruh hedonic shopping value dan shopping lifestyle terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tokopedia.Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif dan kausalitas. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli produk di Tokopedia dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 100 dan teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda.Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah hedonic shopping value dan shopping lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tokopedia di Kota Padang secara simultan sebesar 58,1sedangkan sisanya sebesar 41,9% dipengaruhi variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. Variabel hedonic shopping value tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap impulse buying sedangkan shopping lifestyle berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying pada pelanggan Tokopedia di Kota Padang.Keywords: Hedonic Shopping Value, Impulse Buying, Shopping Lifestyle,Tokopedia.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the suitability of the level of perception and expectations ofthe patients with the services provided Padang Panjang Hospital and to determine whichservices should be prioritized to be improved. In addition, the aim was also to determinethe priority level competitive when compared with its peers. The calculation result of Servicequality analyze that all of attributes have gap score average -0.38. Results of priorityattributes with analysis Importance of Performance Analysis include: 6 attributes with the highest gap score: 1) Health workers respond to services immediately when needed(-1.21), 2) Completeness of supporting facilities in hospitalization (bed, chair, air conditioner, etc.)(1.06), 3) Hospitals have clear health service information (0.83), 4) Cleaning Service is always available(-0.63), 5) Waiting time for transaction services at the cashier fast and accurate(-0.59), and 6) Conformity of the results of services obtained with those that should be provided at the inpatient installation(0.47).This priority will be input to the hospital as a consideration to improve service quality. Keywords: Service Quality, SERVQUAL, IPA

Abstract

Tujuan- Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh keputusan investasi, keputusan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan.Metodologi - Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model regresi berganda.Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi sampel adalah beberapa perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dari tahun 2013 sampai 2017.Hasil - Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis yang telah dilakukan ditemukan bahwa keputusan investasi tidak berpengaruh signfikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebutuhan pendanaan dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh signifkan terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Keywords: Keputusan Investasi, Keputusan Pendanaan, Kebijakan Dividen, Nilai Perusahaan

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to determine the relationship of family member involvement in business to the performance of SMEs businesses in the city of Padang.Methodology - The population in this study were allSMEs in the city of Padang. The sampling technique in this study is Non Probability Sampling. The number of samples is 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis in the form of frequency distribution, percentage, cross tabulation, and chi-square test.Finding - From the results of this study, it can be seen that there is no significant relationship between the involvement of family members in the business towards the business performance of SMEs in Padang City. However, there is a significant relationship between the involvement of the number of family members and the dimensions of business performance, namely financial performance, the position of female family members significantly related to the dimensions of business performance, namely financial performance and preparing for the future. , the source of personal / friends' personal capital is significantly related to the dimensions of business performance, namely people development, the last source of bank capital is significantly related to the dimensions of business performance, namely financial performance.Keyword : Family member involvement, Business performance, family business

Abstract

This study aims to analyze: (1) The effect of satisfaction on word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city (2) The effect of trust on word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city (3) The effect of commitment on word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city. this type of research is causative research; this research was conducted in the city of padang. the population in this study were consumers who had visited sambalado padang restaurant. the sample used was 170 people using purposive sampling technique. the type of data in this study are primary and secondary data. data analysis using the smartpls version 3.0 program. the results of this study indicate that: (1) satisfaction has a significant effect on trust in sambalado restaurant in padang city, (2) satisfaction has a significant effect on word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city, (3) satisfaction has a significant effect on commitment to sambalado restaurant in padang city, (4) trust has asignificant commitment to sambalado restaurant in padang city, (5) trust does not significantly influence word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city, (6) commitment has a significant effect on word of mouth at sambalado restaurant in padang city. Keywords: Satisfaction, Trust, Commitment, Word of Mouth

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of advertising and perceived security toward intention to se e-payment system with attitude as intervening variable on societies in Padang City.The sample in this research is 120 respondents who already work andlives in padang and the age between 18 until 50u years old. The sampling technique use was purposive sampling.This research was analyzed with path analysis using SPSS program version 17 . The result of this research are: (1) Advertisingand Perceived security has positive influence and significant effect toward Attitude to use e-payment system on societies in Padang city. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze: (1) Effect of customer satisfaction on customer trust ofsimpati card users at Padang State University students, (2) Effect of switching barriers oncustomer trust of simpati card users at Padang State University students, and (3) Effect ofcustomer trust on customer retention of simpati card users at Padang State University students.A type of the research is causative. The study population was all students at Padang StateUniversity. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Total sample size of 100people. The data used are primary and secondary obtained by distributing questionnaires toselected students.
