Abstract

Purpose- This study aims to reduce Non-Value Activities in the Health Service Process flow using Lean Six Sigma Approach in the Outpatient department of LubukBuaya Health Center.Methodology - The research reported in this paper is based on a case study carried out using the lean six sigma DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Control) approach and its application in to reducing non-value activities in the health service process flowin the outpatient department of LubukBuaya health center in Padang. The analytical tools used in this study include value stream mapping, process capability, and fishbone diagram.Finding - From the results of the analysis and research that has been done it turns out thatThe lead time needed in the flow of the outpatient service process is 82.74 minuteswith percentage of process cycle efficiency is 15,03%, it means that the service process to the outpatients is not yet efficient. It is caused by several factors such as there is no online registration application, the number of visits increases at certain hours, and use of the patient's electronic database that is not optimal. Keywords:     Reduce, Non-Value Activities,  Lean six sigma, DMAIC, Health service, Outpatient.

Abstract

This research aims to examine: (1) the influence of green product against PT Indomobil Suzuki brand image in the city of Padang, and (2) the influence of green promotion against PT Indomobil Suzuki brand image in the city of Padang. Type of this research is quantitative research analysis techniques, using korelasional, which is the population in this research is the entire consumer users of Suzuki in Padang city of unknown amount. Researchers took samples of as many as 100 people. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique. The type of data in this study are the primary and secondary data. Primary data obtained by spreading the now's research. Technique of data analysis is the analysis of descriptive and Inductive analysis. Test the hypothesis in this study was conducted with the test t (t-test). The results of this research show that: (1) Green Product has the insignificant effect towards the brand image, (2) Green Promotion has the significant effect towards brand image.Keywords: Brand Image, Green Product, and Green Promotion.

Abstract

Abstractpurpose of this study was to analyze: (1) The effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (2) Organizational commitment as mediator on the effect of perceived organizational support on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s. The population of this study was all inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s which numbered 137 people. While the number of research samples is 102 people using cluster proportional random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is SEM analysis using SmartPLS 2.0.The results of the study show that: (1) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment to inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (2) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (3) Perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s, (4) Organizational commitment significantly mediates the relationship between perceived organizational support to organizational citizenship behavior in inpatient nurses at Tentara Dr. Reksodiwiryo Padang Hospital’s. Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Perceived Organizational Support, and Organizational commitment

Abstract

The purpose of this research are to analyze : (1) The effect of entrepreneurial motivation on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang (2) The effect of family environment on entrepreneurial intention public university student’s in Padang. The type of this research is causative research. The population on this research is all of  public university student’s in padang . The total sample of this research was 150 persons with online survey. The result of research shows that (1) Entrepreneurial Motivation has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Student’s in Padang (2) Family Environment has significant effect on Entrepreneurial Intention Public University Students in Padang. Entrepreneurial motivation and family environment have significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. For the future research is better to explore more about variable that can influence entrepreneurial intention.Keywords: Entrepreneurial Motivation, Family Environment and Entrepreneurial Intention

Abstract

Purpose - This study was conducted with the intention to find out what is included as non-value added activity that is happened in patient’s flow and how to reduce it using lean six sigma method in outpatient department of regional public hospital of Kerinci M.H A Thalib.Methodology - This research uses lean six sigma method with analysis tools in the form of value stream mapping and fishbone diagrams in order to reduce the activities identified as non value added in the outpatient units of the M. H A Thalib general hospital in Kerinci Regency.Finding - The results of the study showed that the lead time required in the flow of patients in this outpatient unit is 7300.27 seconds with a percentage of Process Cycle Efficiency is only 12.22%, and contributing factors such as databases that are not used effectively, delays in medical personnel, lack of infrastructure, and so on. Keywords: Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, Fishbone Diagram, DMAIC, Health Service, Reduce, Non-Value Added Activity

Abstract

AbstractThe purposes of this study are to analyze: (1) The effect of Technology Acceptance Factor on EcustomerSatisfaction, (2) The effect of Website service quality on E-customer Satisfaction, (3)The effect of E-customer Satisfaction on E-customer loyalty, (4 ) The Effect of TechnologyAcceptance Factor on E-customer loyalty, (5)The effect of Website service quality on E-customerLoyalty. The population on this study is Tokopedia customers in the city of Padang. We used200 customers as the respondent. This study used survey method with questionnaires as the data.This study analyzed the data by using SEM with smart PLS 3.0 as the software. The results ofthis study indicate that: (1) Technology Acceptance Factor has no significant effect on customerloyalty. (2) Website service quality has a significant effect on E-customer loyalty. (3) E-customersatisfaction does not affect the E-customer loyalty significantly. (4) Technology AcceptanceFactor affect E-customer satisfaction significantly. Abstract

Purpose - The purposes of this researches are to analyze: (1) The effect of production of coffee beans toward the competitiveness of Indonesian Coffee Export, (2) The effect on International Coffee Price toward the competitiveness of Indonesian Coffee Export.   Methodology - The population in this study is the activities of the export coffee in Indonesia during last 31 years. The sample used is a sample of total coffee production and world coffee prices. Data type that used is a secondary data that formatted using SPSS 21. Finding - The results of this study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and non-significant influence between total production and the competitiveness of exports of Indonesian coffee beans (2) There is a Positive and Significant influence between the World Coffee Prices and the Competitiveness of Indonesian Coffee Beans.   Keywords: Production, Price, Competitiveness

Abstract

Purpose - This study analyses: (1) The effect of the quality of information on satisfaction (2) the effect of system quality on satisfaction (3) the effect of service quality on satisfaction (4) the effect of satisfaction on repurchase intention. (5) the effect of information quality on re-purchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variable (6) the effect of system quality on repurchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variable (7) the effect of service quality on repurchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variableMethodology - This type of research is causative research. The population in this study were consumers who had used Blibli.com in the city of Padang, whose numbers were unknown. By using purposive sampling we use 230 correspondents. This study used an online questionnaire as an instrument for data collection. This study analyzed data using structural equation modeling (SEM) with PLS 3.0 software packages.Finding - The results of his study indicate that: (1) Information quality has a significant effect on satisfaction (2) System quality have a significant effect on satisfaction (3) Service quality have a significant effect on satisfaction (4) Satisfaction have a significant effect on repurchase intention (5) Information quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variable (6) System quality have a significant effect on repurchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variable (7) Service quality has a significant effect on repurchase intention trought satisfaction as an intervening variable. Keywords: Repurchase intention, satisfaction, service quality, system quality, information quality.

Abstract

Purpose - The aim of this research is to analyze : (1) influence of Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention (2) Influence of Organizational Justice to Job Satisfaction (3) Influence of Job Satisfaction to Turnover Intention (4) Influence Organizational Justice to Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as mediating variable.Methodology - The population in this research was all the employee at PT Kilang Lima Gunung which amounted to 109 people. The sampling technique of this reserach is Cluster Propotional Random Sampling Technique with total sample amounted 86 people. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis with the mediating variable with SPSS version 16.0 program.Finding - The result showed that (1) Organizational Justice has negative and significant effect on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung.(2) Organizational Justice has positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (3) Job Satisfaction has negative effect on turnover intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung (4) Job Satisfactionto mediate the influence of Organizational Justice  on Turnover Intention at employee of PT Kilang Lima Gunung. Keywords: Turnover Intention, Organizational Justice, Job Satisfaction

Abstract

Tujuan dan kegunaan penelitian yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Iklim Organisasional Terhadap Komitmen Organisasional Karyawan Dengan Keadilan Organisasional Sebagai Variabel Mediasi Pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dan penelitian kausal komperatif.  Populasi adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Harry Tridarma. Jumlah populasi sebanyak 50 orang karyawan. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik total sampling yaitu metode pemilihan sampel yang diaplikasikan pada seluruh anggota populasi. Jenis dan sumber data adalah data primer dan dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu survei. Alat pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang disebarluaskan kepada responden. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square (PLS).Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Iklim organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap keadilan organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 2) Keadilan organisasional berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 3) Iklim organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma. 4) Keadilan organisasional memediasi pengaruh iklim organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasionalpada karyawan PT. Harry Tridarma.Kata Kunci :Iklim Organisasional, Komitmen Organisasional, Keadilan Organisasional
