Abstract

ABSTRACT Nowadays there are lots of educational cinema films that can be used as alternatives as learning media. This is in line with the development of the film industry in Indonesia which is developing rapidly through the film with the theme of the heroism of the kiai. He appreciates that the struggle for Indonesian independence, but here is also present from the ulama 'groups which are focused through diplomacy channels spearheaded by NU scholars and students led by KH Hasyim Asy'ari. This research was conducted to analyze how the Nationalism messages of students and scholars presented in the film by using the semiotic theory of Roland Barthes and qualitative descriptive methods. The researcher can conclude that the message of nationalism in the film of the kiai always gives the messages of nationalism in various ways in every film scene that is served. In this film through the character KH. Hasyim Asy'ari emphasized the audience to always uphold the aqeedah, fight for nationalism, dare to take risks, contribute to the nation and the state as well as inspire others with the deeds done. ABSTRAK Saat ini banyak tanyangan film-film bioskop edukatif yang dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif sebagai media pembelajaran. Hal ini sejalan dengan perkembangan dunia perfilman di Indonesia yang berkembang pesat melalui Film yang bertemakan kepahlawanan Sang Kiai ini mengapresiasikan bahwa perjungan kemerdekaan Indonesia, tetapi disini juga hadir dari kalangan ulama’ yang difokuskan melalui jalur diplomasi yang dipelopori oleh para ulama NU dan santri-santri yang di pimpin oleh KH Hasyim Asy’ari. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa bagaimana pesan Nasionalisme dari santri dan kiai yang tersaji dalam film dengan menggunakan teori semiotik Roland Barthes dan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti dapat menyimpulkan bahwa pesan nasionalisme dalam film sang kiai selalu memberikan pesan-pesan nasionalisme dengan bermacam cara dalam setiap adegan film yang di suguhkan. Dalam film ini melalui karakter KH. Hasyim Asy’ari menekankan kepada penonton untuk selalu memegang teguh aqidah, memperjuangkan nasionalisme, berani mengambil resiko, berkontribusi untuk bangsa dan negara juga menginspirasi orang lain dengan perbuatan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

The relation of interest between Pikiran Rakyat (HUPR) and West Java Provincial Government (WestJava Provincial Government), especially in the case of public information disclosure, became animportant focus in this research. Through the discourse study formulated by Teun A. Van Dijk, thisresearch seeks to reveal how the HUPR plays a role in the production of news discourse. Then, theissue of this discourse is seen from Gramsci's assumption of hegemony. Some of the findings lead to apattern of mutual interest, both HUPR and West Java Provincial Government. The interest is in theform of image and reputation related to information disclosure on the side of the power of government,and the economic side of the circulation of advertising suppliers in HUPR by the Government from theside of HUPR. Of course, the interest, established because of the pull of power in producinginformation that later in the consumption by the public on a permassive basis. Furthermore, theseconditions resulted in the finding that the greatest cooptation was successfully carried out by theGovernment, while the HUPR had no significant power in drafting its own discourse, as it had beensystematically dictated by the Government, both economically, politically and socially. This researchconfirms that HUPR does not perform its function as sharing information as knowledge, but only as amedium or a tool of government power in creating legitimacy of reputation as an open government.Gramsci through the theory of Hegemony (1991) believes that the government will use all resources topreserve its power. And that power was conseptualized by Van Dijk through the construction of mediadiscourse. With this assumption, then what is happening between HUPR and the government is amutual attraction of interests related to power in each corridor. Media with the interests of capital,and the government with the interests of reputation and image.

Abstract

Secara umum humor dimaknai sebagai sesuatu yang menggelikan, memesona, aneh, identik dengan kelucuan, sehingga mampu merangsang seseorang untuk tertawa atau tersenyum. Tidak hanya menjadi bumbu dalam sebuah pementasan seni, seperti ludruk, ketoprak, program komedi juga banyak sekali ditayangkan di televisi seperti Opera Van Java, Ngelaba, Ketoprak Humor, Warkop DKI, Kadir dan Doyok, Indonesia Lawak Club, Sentilan-sentilun, Sitkom dan masih banyak lagi yang lainnya. Program talk show komedi Sentilan-sentilun yang tayang di Metro Tv dengan durasi 30 menit merupakan program komedi yang sedikit berbeda dengan mengangkat tema seputar dunia politik dan isu-isu nasional lainnya. Dengan kemasan komedi yang menarik, konten politik disini lebih mudah dicerna dan diterima oleh masyarakat, bahkan tak jarang menjadi sarana untuk menyampaikan kritik sosial. Hal ini menarik karena selama ini tema politik dianggap terlalu berat, selain itu kritik juga kurang bisa diterima oleh kalangan elit. Kemunculan humor politik memberikan warna baru bagi masyarakat tentang dunia politik. Secara denotasi dan konotasi episode ini menertawakan tingkah para politisi yang dianggap lucu dan memalukan karena suka mengemis atau meminta-minta bahkan seringkali memperumit masalah. Satire adalah humor yang mempermalukan menyindir suatu hal, situasi, atau tokoh cara ini paling sering digunakan hingga 28% dalam talkshow sentilan sentilun episode pindah rumah. Para pemain disini menyindir para penguasa yang seringkali disebut sebagai yang mulia yang tidak hanya merasa bodoh tetapi dianggap benar-benar bodoh. Pun yaitu jenis humor yang menggunakan permainan makna kata menjadi jenis humor kedua yang sering digunakan yaitu penggunaan kata yang dibolak balik dalam kalimat menjadi sesuatu yang menarik dan saling terkait. Karena maknanya yang semakin variative. Selanjutnya adalah bombats yaitu berbicara secara muluk-muluk atau retoris. Selain itu penggunaan infintilism yaitu bermain dengan bunyi kata-kata dan Sarcam yaitu komentar yang menggigit dengan nada yang tajam. Bentuk bentuk humor yang muncul menunjukkan bahwa pemerintah memberikan ruang kepada masyarakat untuk memberikan kritik yang membangun kepada pemerintah, pejabat publik serta kebijakan-kebijakaan yang dikeluarkan.

Abstract

Rapid advances in digital technology are followed by intense competition for digital products. Digital product competition requires every business business to keep trying to facilitate their users as an effort to improve the User Experience of each user. User Experience (UX) Design is an important thing for digital businesses to pay attention to. The ease of user interaction or use of digital products will make the digital product widely used and anti to be abandoned. The better User Experience (UX) Design of a digital product, will make the user more comfortable in using it and as an impact, the user will become a loyal user and may be happy to recommend the product to others. Carsworld app, is the nearest car service online booking application. This application was created in 2018 and has been downloaded more than 10 thousand times on Playstore. This research will discuss about how User Experience (UX) Design affects the ease of users in using Carsworld application. The research was conducted by descriptive quantitative method based on 3 (Three) factors that need to be considered by user experience designer (UX) design as an effort to provide convenience for users of Carsworld application namely Usability, Look and Feel. The results of the study showed that User Experience (UX) Design affects the ease of users in using Carsworld application.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi retensi pelanggan untuk mempertahankan loyalitas pelanggan di PT. LKMS Mahirah Muamalah Syariah Kota Banda Aceh. PT. LKMS Mahirah Muamalah Syariah adalah lembaga keuangan mikro di kota Banda Aceh untuk meningkatkan perekonomian, terutama di kota Banda Aceh. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Kredibilitas Sumber. Fokus dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi retensi pelanggan dalam menjaga loyalitas pelanggan. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis data dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara semi terstruktur kepada direktur PT. LKMS Mahirah Muamalah Syariah Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa peran strategi retensi pelanggan telah dilakukan oleh direktur PT. LKMS Mahirah Muamalah Syariah Kota Banda Aceh sehingga mempengaruhi loyalitas pelanggan kepada institusi.

Abstract

Style of communication sometimes can be more important than the content (content) ofcommunication. Many people who understand the content well, but not until the communicationmessage is received or not others because of the inability to convey the message properly. In thecontext of the organization of the state, in order to create a quality relationships between cabinetand people in general to the president, the president needs to develop specific communicationstyles that are part of the character of his personality so that it can contribute to the effectivenessof his administration. The issue to be observed is how the communication style tendencies Jokowiand Prabowo as a presidential candidate in the 2014 presidential election and the communicationstyle based on whether they can be examined personality traits. Norton suggests ten style ofcommunication that is dominant, dramatic, animated expressive, open, argumentative, relaxed,friendly, precise and leaving an impression. Tubbs and Moss mentions six communication stylethat is the controlling style, the equalitarian style, the structuring style, the dynamic style, and thewithdrawal style. Another concept that is relevant to the problem is the personality, whichaccording to experts, there are four individual personality that includes melancholy, Solaris,phlegmatic, and sanguine. The study states that the communication style tends Jokowi tendphlegmatic relaxed personality, whereas Prabowo communication style tends to dramaticpersonality tends Solaris.

Abstract

Post Partum Blues is a syndrome that appears in mothers who have just given birth. The signs of the post partum blues are depression reactions, crying, irritability, anxiety, unstable feelings. This risk will be greater for primiparous mothers or mothers who gave birth to their first child because they have no previous experience. Of course, family support is very important in alleviating the symptoms that occur, one of which is through family communication. So this study focuses more on curiosity to understand the post partum blues experience in primiparous mothers and the family communication that occurs in it. The formulation of the research problem is (1) how are the symptoms of post partum blues in primiparous mothers?; (2) what are the causes of post partum blues in primiparous mothers?; (3) how is the urgency of family communication to primiparous mothers?. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. The life experiences studied in this study were the experiences of primiparous mothers or mothers who gave birth to their first child with post partum blues syndrome and family communication that occurred. The results showed that the driving factors for the occurrence of Post Partum Blues include hormonal factors, childbirth, social pressure and physical fatigue. Primiparous mothers admit that one of the things that relieves the symptoms they experience is through communication with their families, especially husbands and parents. Effective family communication gives birth to openness, transfer of knowledge, conflict resolution and empathy.

Abstract

Involvement of children in the ebeg arts in the group Trenggini Kento Sukmo invite trouble. Thestudy aimed to verify the process of becoming a player ebeg, reasons and motives. Informantswere selected purposively to members ebeg art. The results showed, they become players througha process of ritual ebeg Indang search. Their motivation is the love and preservation of local culture.Most parents fearing they do not support interrupt the learning process. Their achievementsin school are unsatisfactory.

Abstract

Head line dan komentar memiliki daya tarik bagi pembaca media massa online. Headline yang menarik serta komentar para netizen dapat mempengaruhi pembaca untuk tertarik membaca berita-berita pada media massa online. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan eksplanatif dengan menggunakan metode survey untuk memperoleh data. Teknik analasis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Dengan jumlah populasi yang tidak diketahui jumlahnya, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan dengan tingkat kesalahan 1% menjadi 96 orang dengan rumus Lemeshow. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan teori uses and gratification karena teori ini menjelaskan bahwa pengguna media memiliki kebutuhan tertentu yang mendorong terjadinya penggunaan media (uses) untuk memperoleh kepuasan (gratification). Juga menggunakan teori S-O-R yang menjelaskan stimulus atau pesan yang disampaikan kepada komunikan mungkin diterima atau mungkin ditolak. Komunikasi akan berlangsung jika ada perhatian dari komunikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara variabel headline dan komentar netizen, keduanya memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat membaca berita di media online detik.com. Ketertarikan terhadap headline dan komentar pada detik.com ternyata menjadi daya tarik yang besar bagi pembaca untuk membaca dan melihat lebih dalam sebuah berita yang disajikan detik.com

Abstract

Arrangement of urban public space that takes into account social, cultural, economic andcharacteristic aspects of urban citizens will affect the pattern of urban citizens communication thatis anonymity. The anonymity nature of the citizens of this city is due to the very heterogin cityresidents consisting of ethnic background, religion, socioeconomic status and interests. Theanonymity of the townspeople causes a tendency for citizens to communicate with people orgroups with similar backgrounds and interests. Communication citizens who have the backgroundand interests of the same this will lead to the pattern of communication that is the primary ofpersonal communication, informal and expressive. This pattern of primary communication can beat the individual level such as family communication as well as group level such ascommunication in organizations that use city public space.
