Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work discipline, competence and motivation on employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency of South Sumatra Province. A population of 150 employees was used in the research utilizing the associative approach, and 97 employees responded using a random sampling-based calculation on the Isaac and Michael formulas. The analysis technique uses the Instrument Validity and Reliability Test, the Classical Assumption Test and Multiple Linear Regression using SPSS 25 program. Based on the research results, known that Work Discipline has no significant effect on Employee Performance, Competence and Motivation have a significant effect on Employee Performance partially, while at the same time independent variables can explain the dependent variable of 65.1% while the remaining 34.9% is explained by the variable outside the model not included in this study

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work compensation on employee performance at the Marine and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province. The research method used is associative research using a population of 109 employees of the Marine Affairs and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province, the sampling technique is random sampling using the Issac and Michael formulas obtained by 78 employee respondents. The analysis technique uses an Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test. Based on the results of the study known that the Work Environment, Work Discipline and Work Compensation both partially and together can explain the variables of the Employee Performance of the Maritime and Fisheries Department of South Sumatra Province

Abstract

The Labuhan Mangrove Forest Education Labuhan is located in Labuhan Village, Ten District, Bangkalan Regency. The Labuhan Mangrove Forest area is actually a former pond area that was converted into a mangrove conservation area, then developed into a mangrove educational park by mangrove farmer groups as a tourist attraction or educational park, where this mangrove park is located. built by pertamina and managed together with the local community, this study aims to determine the impact of mangrove tourism on the socio-economic environment of the surrounding community which is reviewed from the perspective of hifdzul mal hifdzul din. The method used is a qualitative research method, where the source of data is through observation techniques which are strengthened by documentation and interview techniques with the manager of the mangrove harbor tour and the community around the tour and some other literature. This research has the goal that the existence of mangrove harbor tours can have a good impact and benefits for the surrounding community. Where people can trade and work (parking management) in tourist areas, these tours can increase income. From the results of the work and the results of trading, the community re-manages the results of their trade, used for their daily needs for food and the needs of children to go to school with halal results in accordance with God's commands, accept his orders and stay away from his prohibitions. Protecting children from work that is clear and lawful as well as saving and helping each other so that they can lighten the burden on others, such as giving alms according to the concept of hfdzul mal (safeguarding assets) where in protecting one's assets one must maintain and guard the assets owned so as to avoid things negative which is contrary to sharia

Abstract

The Government of Bantul Regency has a strong push for implementing the Badan Layanan Umum Daerah (BLUD) at the Benih Pertanian Barongan because, in principle, BLUD is based on the principles of efficiency and productivity. On this basis, a Research Analysis of the Potential of the Implementation of the Regional Public Service Agency was carried out at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan to know the potential of the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan in fulfilling the three BLUD requirements, namely substantive requirements, technical requirements, and administrative requirements. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative and quantitative approach. Data analysis analyses technical requirements, including public service performance and financial performance. The analysis results show that the potential for implementing BLUD at the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan meets the technical requirements, especially regarding public service performance and financial performance. This is indicated by the Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) category (category A) and healthy financial performance achievements. Besides that, it has also fulfilled the substantive and administrative requirements, and this is shown that the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan as a work unit under the SKPD of the Agriculture and Forestry Service of Bantul Regency is following the definition intended by Permendagri No. 61 of 2007, namely (a). The Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan organizes public services related to goods and public services, which have several tasks and functions of managing agricultural seeds and providing superior quality seeds and (b). Operational in nature in organizing public services that produce semi-public goods/services (quasi-public goods). That the provision of rice seeds is not only carried out by the Balai Benih Pertanian Barongan, but several private parties or the public can also provide them

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of co-creation and self-innovation on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja Tbk. This research method used a quantitative approach with a survey of 58 respondents distributor of PT Semen Baturaja. The research instrument used a questionnaire with data analysis techniques performed by multiple linear regressions. The results showed that co-creation and self-innovation had a positive and significant effect on the marketing performance of PT Semen Baturaja. This partially shows that co-creation has a more dominant influence than self-innovation. The limitation of this research is the relatively small number of samples obtained. A confirmatory study to prove the model formed should use adequate samples. The managerial implications of this research become the basis for policymaking in determining marketing strategies by involving customers (distributors) to be involved in determining the products and marketing strategies carried out. The novelty of this research is the need for co-creation from the company PT Semen Baturaja as the only cement producer in South Sumatra

Abstract

Walaupun pandemi covid-19 mewabah di seluruh dunia tidak terkecuali di Indonesia, namun pendidikan tidak boleh berhenti. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Implementasi kegiatan pembelajaran Blended Learning dalam Pembelajaan Jarak dan untuk mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi factor penghambat dan pendukung pada penerapan pembelajaran berbasis Blended Learning di SMK Negeri 2 Lahat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah field research dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu variable tunggal (implementasi blended learning. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 2 Lahat. Narasumber penelitian ini antara lain Kepala Sekolah, Guru dan Siswa SMK Negeri 2 Lahat. Narasumber yang di wawancara adalah kepala sekolah, guru dan juga siswa berdasarkan kriteria. Hasil penelitian diperoleh menunjukkan pelaksanaan metode Blended Learning dilakukan secara asinkron mandiri berbasis online, adapun mata pelajaran kejuruan seperti TKJ (Teknik Komputer dan jaringan), OTKP (Otomatisasi dan Tata Kelola Perkantoran, TBU (Tata Busana) , AKL (Akuntansi Keuangan dan Lembaga) (AKL), TBO (Tata Boga) dan BDP (Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran) dilakukan secara tatap muka disekolah. Faktor penghambat dan pendukung. Dalam penerapan metode blended learning, beberapa factor penghambat yaitu pembelajaran online (koneksi internet yang tidak stabil dan cenderung satu arah), dukungan SDM yang kurang optimal, Evaluasi sistem pembelajaran yang belum maksimal. Sedangkan factor pendukung dalam pelaksanaan metode blended learning yaitu adanya dukungan dari pemerintah, peran guru dalam membimbing siswa, lokasi atau wilayah dalam zona aman
